PPengguna TetamuWell , to be honest I’m non-Chinese speaking, so the communication between me and hotel staffs is limited due to Google, Facebook are blocked in China. However, the staffs have tried their best to support me as much as possible. I’ve highly recommend for this hotel because of their affordable cost, friendly and kindness service staffs… , but in my opinion, it’ll be hard for non- Chinese speakers like me to get to the hotel when first arriving in Tianfu, and you should have proper instructions for guests how to book transfer shuttle service easily, using translate app… in order to get more convenient. Hope to see you again.

BBikMagLike most, I booked the hotel to be closed to Tianfu airport for an early morning flight. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room is clean, modern and well lighted. Free airport transfer is shared by all the hotels in the vicinity so takes some time to reach the airport. It took about 40 mins this morning to reach the airport.

PPengguna TetamuAfter Arriving at Chendgu TFN airport- went to the English speaking assistance counter. Showed them the hotel check in voucher- they took my picture and sent to the hotel on WeChat. Waited at departure door 23- in 15 minutes the hotel owner came and picked me up. Hotel is about 15 minutes away from the airport in a near by small town. Same thing in the early morning- I got picked up for the airport at 6am.
Walk up the hill and many food places and stores are located. Easy access.
Hotel is pretty new- the owner’s wife too me to the room on the 4th floor in the elevator. Room is pretty large. Simple set up. Room is very clean and bright because of the large window. Bathroom is also large and clean with western toilet. Water is cold initially, even in the hotel setting- you have to keep water running after few minutes you will get water.
I want to let the owner know that if they can place the shampoo and body wash bottles near the shower, so when you are taking shower you don’t need to walk near the wash basin to access the bottles. It’s kind a dangerous to walk on the wet tiles.
Over all a great place- wonderful owner couple. They went out of their way to help me (I am a foreigner- NON Chinese speaker). Very kind owners.

SSona ChichyanI had an amazing time at this hotel. It is very close to the airport, only about a 10-minute drive. The hotel offers free airport pickup and drop-off, which was very convenient.
In the morning, I enjoyed a great breakfast. It was Chinese style, and since I love Chinese food, it was very satisfying.
The receptionist was extremely helpful. They upgraded me to a twin room and also helped me turn on the heated blankets. After about an hour, the room was very warm and comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel if you have a layover and want a good place to rest and chill…

PpeitatoThe room was simple and enough for just an overnight stay and the affordable price, but honestly due to the poor service attitude I would not come back and would rather pay a bit extra to stay elsewhere with better service. At the end of my trip, I stayed at a different airport hotel for about ¥15 more and it was much newer and with patient, great service.
I came in at around midnight and called to request a transfer to the hotel, but the woman who picked up was a bit rude. I did not fully understand something she said while figuring out where I should meet the driver because I'm not a Chinese national (although | speak fluent mandarin), and she said ”how could you not understand something so simple?” Saying this to someone who is not a local at a hotel for a huge international airport really rubbed me the wrong way.
I ended up not arriving at the hotel until 1am due to confusion about the pickup location and the driver returning back to the airport halfway through our drive
AWAY from the airport to pick up someone else and honestly regret not just calling a didi.
On my way out the next morning, someone came to the room 20 minutes before my arranged transfer time to make sure I was awake, which was nice. Then he came again 5 minutes before the transfer time to rush me, and even said ”if you're not ready I'll just take the others first and come back to get you. It will only take 2-3 minutes” I was literally putting on my shoes on my way out. I was not late at all but for some reason he rushed me like I was delaying everyone else and was inconveniencing them. The two others were headed to the airport so it definitely would have taken him much longer than 2-3 minutes to come back to get me. I assured him I was just about ready and arrived to the lobby in time for my arranged transfer time.
I always try to be understanding and patient especially when I stay at budget places but honestly these types of interactions are much less tolerable when it happened twice in my literally less than 10 hours there, on top of air travel already being stressful and exhausting.

24 hrs airport pick up and drop off service. Picked me from airport at 2.30 am in the morning.
It was much more than my expectation for the price.
The hotel is in a rural area away from the hustles of the city.
I really enjoyed my stay.

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
