Hotel Shantou dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

What an excellent hotel. It appears to be relatively new, so it was a real treat to sleep in fresh, crisp sheets, and I loved the supportive, firmer mattress. The blackout curtains and double-glazed windows were excellent too, making it easy to get a great night's sleep off the plane. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but the Italian drip coffee bags provided in the room were more than enough to get me caffeinated and ready for my meetings. Room service being delivered by a robot was an unexpected novelty and definitely added a bit of fun to the stay. The front desk staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to help me order takeaway and organise a DiDi to the nearby train station, making everything effortless despite the language barrier. The weather outside was hot and humid, but it never affected my comfort inside. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, cooling the room with a natural feel and without the usual noisy rattling that many hotel units have. The DIY laundry was another unexpected bonus. With the humid weather requiring more outfit changes than I'd anticipated, being able to wash and dry my clothes was incredibly convenient. The gym was also well equipped and a great alternative to running outside in the heat or getting lost. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on future trips.

The room is quite good for a one night stay. We book on weekdays (Monday), so not so many people around. We asked the room nearby the elevator, and we got it. The only issue is the room is not sound proof. And there’s no english speakers at the reception desk. However, the hospitality is good among the staff. They use translator in their smartphones. We think we should have basic mandarin language before coming to make ourselves feel more welcome. And we learned it. Overall, I recommend to stay for a night.

- Amazing location. Unbeatable - staff friendly and helpful - love the automatic curtains :) - in the shower, strong powerful hot water with great shower head - desk inside the second room I tried was great :) Things I would like to see: - stronger air conditioning. The air conditioning struggled to go below 23C, when it was 26C outside. I personally sleep better at 21C (happy to pay a bit extra to have stronger A/C) - a mini fridge in the room (happy to pay a bit extra to rent one from reception) - a microwave somewhere in the hotel (e.g. self service microwave in reception area, or pay a bit extra to rent one from reception)

Thrilling experience I , my sister and 75-year-old parents stayed for 3 nights. Our final night at the hotel was so unpleasant, stressful, uncomfortable and very disappointing. The hotel guard brought 4 policemen to our rooms at 12.30 am. The police knocked the door so hard and wanted to inspect inside our rooms in the middle of the night. We were so afraid. But We decided to open the door and asked them to show their official ID because We were not sure if they are real police officers. However they refused to show their ID and they inspected our parents room instead. We asked the police how can they get inside the hotel, came up and inspect. They told us that the guys next to them was the hotel owner who led them to inspect our rooms. We found out later that he is just a guard. After they left, I came to ask the concierge. The lady at the concierge said she didn’t notice the police had gone up to inspect us. We asked manager to tell their real owner. The owner explained it was a policy that police officer will come and randomly check without noticing. But the problem is how could the hotel guard easily let the officer go up to check us in the middle of the night by not informing the staff at the concierge. We felt so unsafe and could not sleep throughout the night. Our parents felt uncomfortable as well. We were afraid they would get heart attack from this situation so we then asked the responsibilities from the owner. He said he will not responsible and we couldn’t blame him because it is china policy. This means that anybody can get inside hotel and can go up to every floor easily without permission. It is so unsafe. From my opinion , I do not recommend if you are alone or if you are girls, or traveling with old parents because this hotel has no security system. Only two positive comments I can say is 24hr laundry room and good assistance of the lady at concierge (Miss Lin). We booked the room that supposed to have refrigerator. But there is no refrigerator in our room. Ms.Lin solved the problem for us immediately. We were very impressed.

安心又暖心 這次帶娃來普寧吃吃喝喝，入住星辰麗致酒店真的太省心了！從進門開始就感受到滿滿的誠意，前台小姐姐不僅禮貌熱情，辦理入住的速度也很快，全程耐心解答我們的問題，讓人特別安心。房間乾淨整潔，細節做得很到位。床品柔軟親膚，我們特意選了親子房型，空間寬敞，衞浴乾濕分離，還有專門的小童洗漱用品，細節滿滿，讓帶娃的我們省心不少。酒店的公共區域也很安全，走廊和電梯都有防滑設計，地理位置絕佳，離我們打卡的普寧大院、春滿園等美食店都很近，打車幾分鐘就到，帶娃出行毫無壓力。酒店正對面就是普寧國際服裝城，女兒“斥巨資”給全家人都買了衣服，皆大歡喜。這裏都是讓人放心的選擇，下次再來普寧，還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏！✨

酒店的地理位置一級棒，客房還配有手機充電線，抽紙也是相當厚，客服每個都很敬業，六樓整理房間的小汪會主動打招呼問好，沖涼房的下水道有點水流慢，小汪立馬解決，酒店老闆能請到這樣的員工真心是幸運啊，以後的揭陽行一定還會入住的，已推薦給朋友們。

酒店服務非常出色，從前台接待到客房打掃，每一位工作人員都非常專業且有禮貌。入住期間有任何需求，迴應都非常及時，真正做到了賓至如歸。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，睡得很安心。

設施跟不上時代，我住的房間電動浴簾還沒有，關燈設定得也**，我已經忘了上一家要下床關燈睡覺得酒店是幾年前了。就這還五星級酒店。線下開票麻煩得要死還收税點，網上如果用積分抵扣了房費可能導致截圖和發票對不上導致部分公司無法報銷，要自己虧税點線下開，工作人員還笨

Kakitangan penerimaan tetamu tidak boleh berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggeris sama sekali. Saya mendarat pada tengah malam dan mereka tidak membalas mesej sembang atau menghubungi saya melalui Sembang Kami. Saya terpaksa membawa bagasi saya dan berjalan kaki dari lapangan terbang Swa sendiri, iaitu kira-kira 1 km. Penerimaan adalah wajah hotel. Ia seperti mengupah pekerja harian untuk bekerja. Tiada pakaian seragam, hanya seluar dan baju sejuk, sangat biasa. Sangat mengelirukan. Tetapi biliknya cantik dan persis seperti yang diiklankan. Pemandangan sangat bagus. Anda boleh melihat lapangan terbang dan pesawat berlepas dan mendarat. Sarapan pagi adalah satu kejutan besar. Rasanya seperti berada di Thailand. Roti kukus sangat sedap. Sup jernih dan nasi goreng semuanya sedap. Bangun awal dan makan makanan yang lazat. Makanan mesti sedap. Makanan yang baik membantu meratakan skor. Daftar keluar, pemindahan lapangan terbang pantas Pemandu memberikan perkhidmatan yang baik. Saya baru mendengar perkataan Cina untuk lapangan terbang. Feiji, Feijichang, sesuatu seperti itu. Saya tahu lapangan terbang bersetuju. Ia adalah pengakhiran yang hebat.

每次到棉湖，绝大多数选择该酒店入住，这次感受非常棒。房間內的智能系統，方便节時，最为点赞的是靠近窗台的茶桌，靠上去，慵懶感、自在感由然而生。落日余晖，品着茶，欣賞窗外的景色，別有一番风味😊。
