We booked 2 villas, the 4 and 3-bedroom units. We had a great time at Beidahu, super friendly people that work there and very helpful. The on demand shuttle was great! Everything was done by the team, restaurant bookings, gear rental, ski pass bookings! We are extremely grateful towards them Highly recommend this villa if you’re coming for a ski / snowboard trip.

The service was very good and the food was nice. Overall, the experience was really pleasant, and I would definitely come back again. We stayed here mainly to experience the morning rime. Although the weather forecast showed that rime might not be available that day, the hotel staff—especially Xiao Li—kindly advised us to go. In the end, we were happy to see the rime, even though it wasn’t very heavy. It was still a lovely experience. Transportation was also very convenient. The hotel helped arrange a car for us, and there were no extra charges, which made everything very easy and smooth. Overall, it was a very nice stay and highly recommended. 酒店服务非常好，餐饮也很不错，整体入住体验真的很棒，下次一定还会再来。 这次入住主要是为了看清晨的雾凇。虽然天气预报显示当天雾凇概率不高，但酒店的小李还是建议我们前往，结果真的幸运地看到了雾凇，虽然不算很多，但依然是一次非常美好的体验。 交通安排也非常贴心，酒店的免费看雾凇接送真的很贴心，全程没有任何额外收费，非常方便。 总体来说，这次入住非常愉快，强烈推荐。

The hotel is exceptionally clean, which made a great first impression. The reception staff were not only professional but also very friendly and accommodating. They provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions and eateries, and they went out of their way to guide us on how to get there. We especially appreciated their helpful directions to a well-known local restaurant. While the room itself was a bit smaller than we expected, it didn't detract from our overall experience. The coziness of the space actually added to the comfort of our stay, and we felt right at home. One of the highlights for me was the hotel slippers—they were incredibly soft, thick, and comfortable, offering a nice touch of luxury and relaxation. Another nice surprise was the hotel’s thoughtful gesture of providing free porridge in the evenings. After a long day of exploring, it was a warm and comforting treat to enjoy before bed. Additionally, the hotel is well-equipped with convenient amenities like washing machines and dryers, which is always a bonus when you're traveling for an extended period. For food lovers, it’s worth mentioning that the hotel is just a short walk from 新兴园饺子, a famous local dumpling restaurant. The proximity made it easy for us to enjoy some of the best dumplings in the area without having to travel far. Overall, the hotel provided a great balance of comfort, convenience, and service, making it a wonderful choice for anyone visiting the area.

I am from Singapore. I added the inn’s phone number on Trip.com into my WeChat. Via text messages in WeChat (I can read and write in Chinese), I asked the inn owner how to get to her inn prior to arriving. Her replies were prompt. So, for non-locals, as long as you can access WeChat using your foreign phone number and can produce text in Chinese, communication would be fine. Apparently there is a local bus that goes to the inn from Jilin train station but on the day of my arrival, the bus wasn’t in service. The inn owner arranged a car to pick me up instead. There is a variety of food that can be ordered at the inn. I slept very well on the simple floor bed. Most importantly, the inn provide excellent service in ferrying the guests to and from the rime spots starting from early in the morning sunrise. The rime I saw on my visit was pretty. There were many guests during my stay. I highly recommend this inn if you come to Wusong island for the rime!

The stay was amazing. Hotel staff were very helpful. We had a staff member allocated to us for any questions. We are non-chinese speaking travellers and we communicated with the staff through WeChat which was very efficient with the auto translate function. We had RAIN who was responsive and helped us with a lot of questions. RAIN also provided great dinner recommendations as well as arranging transportation Location is great, right next to the ski lifts and food hall The Onsen (Soup) included in the package has amazing facilities. Inside the onsen thouguh the soup temperature did not feel hot enough The food hall at the ski resort was very good as well, a great variety and value

One whiff and I nearly cancelled the stay on the spot. Room Rescue Cue Mr Hong Dejian—calm, English-speaking, and clutching the keys to redemption. He patiently showed me alternative rooms until we found one that didn’t smell like a poker night. Had I left, I would’ve missed what came next. Comfort Food = Home Dinner delivered a miracle: stewed chicken with potatoes and mushrooms. One bite and—boom—mummy’s cooking. After days on the road, I finally found food in China that tasted like home. Tail wagging resumed. Care Beyond the Call Mr Hong returned with a portable heater, pointed out city landmarks, and even taught me how to take a non-reflective photo (yes, this dog learns fast). His easy friendliness softened the edges of dirty window panes and mostly Mandarin-only staff. I even showed him the ink-black towel after wiping the window—evidence, not barking. Menu Meltdown & A Win At the restaurant, I was handed a Chinese-only menu after saying I don’t speak Mandarin. I hit the roof. To their credit, reception listened: I received a call from the lady boss, and the issue was acknowledged. Then a hero appeared—the restaurant lady, who patiently translated dish names so I could choose lunch and dinner without guesswork. Gold bone earned. City Interlude: Jilin Catholic Church Between meals and meetings, I visited Jilin Catholic Church (吉林耶稣圣心堂)—a quiet pause from hotel hiccups. The church offered a moment of stillness, a reminder that even on a bumpy stay, the city holds pockets of grace. Logistics That Worked Back at the desk, the reception lady manager efficiently arranged my transport to Wusong Island—quick, competent, and reassuring. Breakfast & The Fine Print Breakfast surprised me in the best way: healthy, balanced, a thoughtful mix of local and Western dishes. One final bone to chew—early booking didn’t pay off as prices dropped later. A truly Winning Hotel would honour the lower rate at check-in. Verdict Despite communication bumps, this is a solid winter hideout: good Songhua River views, comforting food, and fast service when it counts. Appreciate the staff's hospitality and friendliness. Even though I can understand very little Chinese, they are all willing to give me the best service using translation app. They helped me deal with all the hassles very well. I'm very much impressed! Most of the services can be reserved via Wechat with a prompt response. The airport pick up service is superb, like a VIP. The driver waited for me at the meeting point with the well-recognized sign of my name. I only reserve for regular car at 280 Yuan The room is great, spacious for two people, heated floor, comfortable beds. They offer many services, such as free zen massage, body measurements. However, I went for skiing and explore the slope, so I didn't use many facilities in the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Keyiju Wula Culture Theme Hotel and were truly impressed by the unique cultural atmosphere. The hotel beautifully reflects traditional Wula heritage while offering modern comfort. The room was spacious, spotless, and perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable, and the peaceful environment made it easy for everyone to relax. The facilities are very family-friendly and convenient for those traveling with children. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. It was a perfect way to start each day and something our whole family really enjoyed. A special thank you to Xiao Rui for the exceptional service. Xiao Rui was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort, culture, and warm hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!
