Seibu Prince Hotel is excellent, we had a wonderful stay here, would for sure stay at this hotel again when we visit SongHuaHu Lake next time without doubt. Special thanks to Ms Shi at the reception desk, she is the kind of Hotel representitives who can make sure her clients be respected and heard and felt. Also, they have a lovely restaurant we would love to recommend to everybody.

This was a great hotel with wonderful views of the river and the light shows. The meteorite museum is just across the river and there are many eateries and restaurants within walking distance. The front desk people are wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly encourage anyone visiting this area to stay at this hotel.

We have a warm welcome from the hotel staff (especially from Eve) , they were great observers and offering us drinks, masks, eye masks… when we raise an issue they are able to share us solutions almost immediately! Breakfast variety was great, covering from western to local. Room size were big and the amenities was the best among all the hotels we have stayed in China. Will definitely come back again!

I spent 8 days at Vanke Songhua Lake New Story Suites. Usually it was planned for five days only but I extended my stay two times. This place is just awesome 👏🏼🤩 It is warm (floor heating), tidy and very clean. I’m allergic to cigarette smell so they arranged a non smoking room for me I was very happy with. …nice skiing for families, beginners and the faster, more brave ones and the hotel staff is just lovely. They are always nice and kind, help wherever they can ( even without much English or in my case with none existing to rudimentary Chinese 🤣) The Hotel is only 800 m from the slope but they offer a shuttle service (very convenient) during skiing times. I used it in the morning but enjoyed my walk “home” after snowboarding. Ski and snowboard rental plus gear is available in the basement. I booked a coach for every day in the morning for 3h and must say he was best of the best!!! I had no clue about snowboarding but he had the ability to teach me step by step 👉🏼 we both had to use translation apps 🤣✌🏼. After you finish at the slope there is always someone in the kitchen (breakfast place) who is happy to make a bowl of rice noodles or dumplings for you. ❤️🥰. And the flowers inside the hotel are real!!! No fake plastic but real flowers 🌸 huge thanks to the kitchen staff too, they work hard and the breakfast buffet ALWAYS looks clean. I will definitely come back and bring friends! 你们太可爱了❤️

不得不誇讚這家酒店，各方面都表現得十分優秀。 ❄酒店很新，裝修簡約現代，整體氛圍温馨，住宿環境很棒；房間舒適宜人，乾淨整潔無異味，設施完備。 ❄雖離滑雪場略有距離，但酒店配了幾輛車一直不停來回於雪場和附近餐廳，可以説是隨叫隨到，非常方便。 ❄服務人員熱情，不管是清潔人員、前台小姐姐還是酒店雪屋工作人員，都給我留下了深刻的印象，在酒店裡就可以購買滑雪票，也可以由雪屋小哥哥小姐姐幫忙約教練，很省心，酒店小哥哥推薦的美食也很贊，尤其是海哥燒烤，連去三次意猶未盡。 ❤這是一次非常滿意的住宿體驗，以後還會再來，也會推薦給身邊的朋友。

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff at reception spoke English fluently, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. The highlight of the stay was the exceptional room service – one of the best I’ve experienced! The attention to detail and promptness really stood out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great service.

真是太好笑了，整個吉林市600元一夜的賓館也是為數不多。本來衝著“豪華望山”這幾個字定的賓館。並且我還特意備註“高樓層，安靜”！結果毫無意義完全不尊重顧客意願，我的備註，留言，沒有起到任何的作用。最終給我一個最低樓層9樓，並且是拐角處！ 這真的不理解，為什麼高樓層空着，不給顧客，我第二天一早還特意到前台問了一下，10樓以房間還是有空房的。 本次入住，真的太讓人生氣了，不尊重人！但是9樓客房服務員和3樓餐廳人員，都很和氣，第二天早上的吧枱，得知我需求後也主動道歉，就是前一天的吧枱，不理解，為什麼滿臉的階級鬥爭，煩死了！

原來曾想去體驗一把的豪華酒店，現在吉林市排名第二，來吉林欣賞跨年煙花想住世貿雲錦，但是滿房沒辦法入住這裏，入住讓我大跌眼鏡，所有服務與設施還停留在十年以前，餐廳服務差到爆，而且一個餅加一份炸黃花魚180元不説還甜的甜，鹹的鹹，從未有過如此差的體驗，想感受朋友的歡迎體驗。同時我説句心理感受和酒店無關的，2011年我在吉林上大學，感覺吉林跟繁華，2017年左右回來一次，感覺相交我之前印象差了點，此次回來感覺落寞和蕭條，就不用落後這個詞語了，很冷清估計和冬天有關吧。

HI stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and its proximity to the railway station was very convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, communication was a bit challenging since no one at the reception spoke English. Despite this, the overall experience was decent, especially for travelers looking for a clean place near transport hubs.

酒店房間乾淨整潔！打掃衞生人員很認真負責！前台小姐姐小哥哥都很熱情！酒店好像是個星級老飯店！很大很乾凈！對於住宿體驗還是很滿意的！地理位置也很方便！門口就有公交車站！附近有條廈門街，吃飯也很方便！吉林市的景點基本都是免費的！風景也不錯！是個很值得來旅遊的城市！總之就是很滿意！
