PPengguna TetamuWe highly recommend this hotel for everyone who comes to visit Azhai Wonder Area - bridge or Maio village. It a perfect location because there some restaurants near by and grocery stores, easy to get to touristic sites.
Our room was better than we expected - large and fresh with new furniture and a good view. It can be heated at winter times which is very important.
Hotel owner is very helpful - he took us to the village and back 2 times for no charge, when we accidentally got out of canyon somewhere far away, he also arranged a transportation for us☺️

PPengguna Tetamu小木屋很舒服，有股木頭的清香味，不過不太隔音。但入住人少，不影響。
房間陽台很大，正對着矮寨大橋，特別舒服，早上可以看山間雲霧繚繞，日出東方，晚上可賞月。但遺憾的是陽台沒有燈，酒店的早餐也太簡單了，豆漿放的豆漿粉也太少了，完全做個樣子，沒有牛奶酸奶，煎雞蛋黑乎乎的沒有食慾。其實酒店入住率不高，完全可以適當調整下，比如可以提供用常温保質期長的牛奶，也不至於浪費，飯菜稍微精緻一點，種類可以不多，但也不能太敷衍了。
酒店有門票優惠 棧道峽谷特別漂亮，人又少。德夯峽谷和苗寨沒有去 下次有機會再去一次，人少景美，很好的體驗。

DDaisyFlowerWe had a great stay here. The front-desk ladies are really nice. The room was clean, just one remark: the toilet makes a lot of noise while flushing. If one of us went to the toilet at night, this would wake up the other person. The toilet flushes automatically so you have no control over this.
The hotel had great amenities. The free midnight snacks are awesome and you can also get some great massages on the 7th floor. We really enjoyed our stay here.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel was great value. We had big spacious rooms with bathrooms and a sun terrace to eat and dry our laundry. The thing I remember most is the kindness and hospitality of the lovely lady who runs the property. She was so smiley and accommodating. She helped us store our bikes in the lobby and carry our bags upstairs. We arrived a little early for check in and she offered us drinks from the refrigerator while we were waiting. In the morning she had been practicing English and asked us in English where we were from, where we were going and welcomed us to China and wished us luck with our journey. I was very touched by this kindness. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers

AA N M Ahsanul Islam ImonThis hotel is located inside Jishou East Railway Station, making it an ideal choice for anyone travelling by high-speed train. The service was truly outstanding. The lady at the front desk and the cook in the canteen were exceptionally helpful. The room was excellent and very comfortable.
Please note that the hotel is not situated in Jishou City itself, but you can easily reach the city by Bus No. 22 or by taxi. For my travel plan, the location was perfect since I was commuting by train. I am fully satisfied with the service and the courteous behavior of the staff.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI stayed 4days, but It was so nice hotel. The room was comfy and kept it clean by staff every day.
I can’t speak Chinese, but Some staffs can speak English and all staffs is helpful. When I have some question or some trouble, they helped deeply.
I could go anywhere easily by bus or taxi. The room has a projection sets we can watch some movies and landscape from the window was so good.
On another note,If you want to use a microwave oven,you should tell owner and get her to take you to her house for using it. The water is offered for free at room temperature. The refrigerator is an only 1st floor.
These are typically habits in Chinese hotel room so just noted.

PPengguna TetamuEverything was good. Big room, big comfortable bed, plenty of space to put your stuff and a super nice rain shower. I like that the shower and toilet is separated. The day and night view from the room is incredible. Most importantly washing, drying and detergent is free!

PPengguna Tetamu酒店位置很方便，開車來湘西出差大晚上十一點才到，前台工作人員很熱情，就讓人瞬間感覺像回到家了一樣，還提供免費停車場，辦完入住後想去吃點東西，前台還幫忙推薦周邊有什麼好吃的，雖然衹是幾句話但是讓人就很感動! 房間的話，首先是比較寬敞，我行李比較多也不覺得邁不開腿，衞生也還是蠻乾淨的，第二天還主動問是否需要做衞生，總之這家酒店的服務和衞生都做的挺到位，行程比較匆忙其他的也沒來得及感受，但是作為頻繁出差的我來説，衞生和服務做到位已經非常滿意了！下次來湘西出差首選這家

PPengguna TetamuExcellent value for money, my room was spacious, bright, clean and quiet. Great location, the bus stops right across the street and the old part of Jishou is literally 10 minutes walk. Surrounded by lots of shops and eateries, right in the middle of the city centre, so easy to find. A huge Thank You to the receptionist, she really helped me to get to the station when the bus and my ride weren't coming, without her I'd have missed my train.
