Very unique hotel in the mountains with 10/10 service and friendly staff. Hu Lin, the hotel manager, went above and beyond helping us from pre-arrival (picking us up from train station) to taking us to the Aizhai Bridge, and arranging tickets to see an evening show. The hotel itself and rooms were incredible, very cozy and modern. Views from the room were beautiful too. Breakfast buffet was delicious too. Overall we highly recommend this hotel!

We highly recommend this hotel for everyone who comes to visit Azhai Wonder Area - bridge or Maio village. It a perfect location because there some restaurants near by and grocery stores, easy to get to touristic sites. Our room was better than we expected - large and fresh with new furniture and a good view. It can be heated at winter times which is very important. Hotel owner is very helpful - he took us to the village and back 2 times for no charge, when we accidentally got out of canyon somewhere far away, he also arranged a transportation for us☺️

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was nice, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for me. It was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. They went out of their way to make sure everything was okay during my stay. They even called my friend from their own phone so we could arrange to meet up, which I really appreciated. Their excellent customer service made me feel very welcome, and the whole experience was enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place with genuinely caring and helpful staff.

This hotel is located inside Jishou East Railway Station, making it an ideal choice for anyone travelling by high-speed train. The service was truly outstanding. The lady at the front desk and the cook in the canteen were exceptionally helpful. The room was excellent and very comfortable. Please note that the hotel is not situated in Jishou City itself, but you can easily reach the city by Bus No. 22 or by taxi. For my travel plan, the location was perfect since I was commuting by train. I am fully satisfied with the service and the courteous behavior of the staff.

Quite a special hotel with the view over the longest Chinese suspension bridge Aizhai Bridge. Spectacular! It is situated 355m above village aizhai and 1176m long. Our wooden hut was nice with a little garden. Room was clean and tidy. As the restaurant a bit far for us, we ordered food delivered to the room. Good service. Good and helpful staff who helped us to carry the luggage to the room. Unfortunately, there is no public transport unless driving your own car or taxi.

We had a great stay here. The front-desk ladies are really nice. The room was clean, just one remark: the toilet makes a lot of noise while flushing. If one of us went to the toilet at night, this would wake up the other person. The toilet flushes automatically so you have no control over this. The hotel had great amenities. The free midnight snacks are awesome and you can also get some great massages on the 7th floor. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is very new. The room is spacious and tidy. Though there is no elevator, the owner of the hotel helped to carry the luggage upstairs. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and nice. The location is very good, inside the center of the ancient town. We highly recommend the hotel.

Excellent value for money, my room was spacious, bright, clean and quiet. Great location, the bus stops right across the street and the old part of Jishou is literally 10 minutes walk. Surrounded by lots of shops and eateries, right in the middle of the city centre, so easy to find. A huge Thank You to the receptionist, she really helped me to get to the station when the bus and my ride weren't coming, without her I'd have missed my train.
