I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was nice, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for me. It was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. They went out of their way to make sure everything was okay during my stay. They even called my friend from their own phone so we could arrange to meet up, which I really appreciated. Their excellent customer service made me feel very welcome, and the whole experience was enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place with genuinely caring and helpful staff.

Very unique hotel in the mountains with 10/10 service and friendly staff. Hu Lin, the hotel manager, went above and beyond helping us from pre-arrival (picking us up from train station) to taking us to the Aizhai Bridge, and arranging tickets to see an evening show. The hotel itself and rooms were incredible, very cozy and modern. Views from the room were beautiful too. Breakfast buffet was delicious too. Overall we highly recommend this hotel!

酒店是車站的附屬建築，進出站十分方便，用不了10分鐘！乘電梯不需要刷房卡，一層樓有73間房，好像衹有一部電梯？酒店有餐廳，供應三餐。相對於28元而言，早餐品種少了點？午餐晚餐未用，不知道是什麼情況。入住時問我需要搞衞生嗎？我説需要。但是，衹搞了一天，之後再沒有搞。要個刮鬍刀，説給我送到房間。等了一天也沒有送，再次催促才送。前台有員工帶孩子上班？入住時不清點物品，退房時不查房。但房間裏有個內容繁多的賠償表。早餐是7點鐘，但是第一和第三天早餐廳都沒有開門，前台讓我等幾分鐘。為什麼要等？周圍沒有餐館，更沒有外賣？衹適合晚下車或早上車時過渡一下。

We highly recommend this hotel for everyone who comes to visit Azhai Wonder Area - bridge or Maio village. It a perfect location because there some restaurants near by and grocery stores, easy to get to touristic sites. Our room was better than we expected - large and fresh with new furniture and a good view. It can be heated at winter times which is very important. Hotel owner is very helpful - he took us to the village and back 2 times for no charge, when we accidentally got out of canyon somewhere far away, he also arranged a transportation for us☺️

The location is great, and it’s close to two shopping malls. Interestingly, they offer both breakfast and late-night snacks. However, some of the breakfast dishes, like the stir-fried rice and other items, were actually cold, which was quite odd. The rice noodles tasted pretty good, though. You can also do your laundry there, and they even have someone who helps take care of it. Overall, it’s quite nice.

This hotel was great value. We had big spacious rooms with bathrooms and a sun terrace to eat and dry our laundry. The thing I remember most is the kindness and hospitality of the lovely lady who runs the property. She was so smiley and accommodating. She helped us store our bikes in the lobby and carry our bags upstairs. We arrived a little early for check in and she offered us drinks from the refrigerator while we were waiting. In the morning she had been practicing English and asked us in English where we were from, where we were going and welcomed us to China and wished us luck with our journey. I was very touched by this kindness. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers

Just one word: amazing!!! Lost in the middle of nowhere, this hotel is a gem worth the detour. Both the camping car (ideal for a family) and the heated infinity pool were idyllic. The Aizhai highway bridge is breathtaking and one of the best views is indeed from the pool! The only downside is the limited dining options (the hotel restaurant closes very early at night; food delivery arranged by the hotel staff is possible, but it takes ages to arrive). But that's to be expected given the hotel's location.

If you're visiting Qianzhou Ancient Town, this hotel is an absolute gem! I stayed here for one night and couldn't have picked a better spot. It locates by the river! It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the main ancient town attractions. Within 2–5 minutes on foot, you’ll reach two very unique river-crossing bridges that full of local charm and character. Very nice spot to take picture right at the doorstep of hotel. The room overlooks the river, scenic bridges, and Qianzhou Ancient Town directly across. The views are gorgeous during the day and even better at night when everything lights up! The hotel features a stylish blend of modern aesthetic and traditional Chinese design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. Their hospitality is outstanding! The front desk was so helpful, one call upon arrival and they came right to our drop-off point to assist with our luggage. The owner is super friendly and welcoming! Some of great restaurants, cafes, teahouses, and bars right around the corner. Definitely giving this place 5/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Will 100% stay here again next time!

I stayed 4days, but It was so nice hotel. The room was comfy and kept it clean by staff every day. I can’t speak Chinese, but Some staffs can speak English and all staffs is helpful. When I have some question or some trouble, they helped deeply. I could go anywhere easily by bus or taxi. The room has a projection sets we can watch some movies and landscape from the window was so good. On another note,If you want to use a microwave oven,you should tell owner and get her to take you to her house for using it. The water is offered for free at room temperature. The refrigerator is an only 1st floor. These are typically habits in Chinese hotel room so just noted.

Excellent value for money, my room was spacious, bright, clean and quiet. Great location, the bus stops right across the street and the old part of Jishou is literally 10 minutes walk. Surrounded by lots of shops and eateries, right in the middle of the city centre, so easy to find. A huge Thank You to the receptionist, she really helped me to get to the station when the bus and my ride weren't coming, without her I'd have missed my train.
