We were looking for an experience in a rural village away from the usual tourist tracks, and this was the perfect place for it. The host was incredibly welcoming and generous with his time. He shared a lot about Miao culture and traditions, and took us around the village to show us where he grew up and where he and his family live. He kindly helped us with transportation to the station, and his brother prepared a delicious dinner made from locally grown ingredients. The accommodation itself is comfortable, clean, and has attention to details. Surrounded by the beautiful nature of hills and fields, it felt both peaceful and authentic. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this wonderful place!

The hotel was exceptional. If I could give six stars I would do. The hotel itself is really pleasantly designed. The layout is friendly and comfortable. The food is really good.The breakfast was outstanding with amazing selection of different dishes. The bedroom was very comfortable I slept exceptionally well. What makes this hotel special is the staff, they are incredibly attentive, and make sure that you are comfortable in every way possible. In particular I want to mention the lady called YangYang - She is probably one of the best hosts I have met anywhere and she is the reason I would give SIX stars! Location wise. It is very convenient to the high-speed rail station. It is slightly less convenient to the town of Kaili itself which requires a short taxi ride. But don’t let that deter you if you are arriving by HSR this must be your number one choice. Well done Yang Yang and team.

This homestay in Xiasi Ancient Town was probably my favorite place we stayed during our trip. The property has a charming farmhouse feel blended with modern comfort. Inside, the design is clean and updated, while outside you step into a rustic, peaceful setting with plants growing around the courtyard and a small pond that makes it feel like you’re staying on a quiet farm. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room temperature was perfect, and the views were lovely and calming. The owner was very kind and welcoming, and we enjoyed delicious rice noodles for breakfast. Xiasi Ancient Town itself is super cute and worth exploring, and staying here made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful, cozy, and memorable stay.

Хороший и свежий сетевой отель. Обычный номер достаточно просторный. Кровати, подушки удобные) На этаже с запретом курения и правда свежий воздух. Через вентиляцию дым не затягивает. Для перемещения на такси удобно, недорого и быстро до вокзала, горы, ”старых” городков. В самом отеле обширный завтрак, рядом много разнообразных ресторанчиков как традиционной кухни, так и барбекю и стрит фуд. За углом luckeen coffee) Практически под отелем гастроном. Вцелом удобно перемещаться по окрестностям Кайли в рамках 1-2 станций поезда. В Zhenyuan ездили через станцию Sansui.

All the friendly Reception Counter staffs including the Supervisor were cheerfully receiving us. The Supervisor chatted with us making us so welcomed while her staffs were busy registering us. The cleansing staff greeted us when they saw us walking to our room. The hotel is super clean and looks classy. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were large and comfortable to sleep on. We regret that we had only two days stay in Kaili. We checked out with poignancy. This beautiful hotel is highly recommended. We will definitely come back to this unforgettable Hotel again the next time we visit Kaili.

Convenient location right opposite Wanda plaza. Clean premises fairly large rooms well decorated and professional staff eager to help. They served us some fruit and snacks every evening of our stay.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional service. Mum and I stayed in this accommodation for 3 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has brand new rooms and facilities, and is clean. The staff are super helpful and courteous. Especially the front desk team. I don’t remember all of them, but team member number 26 was always smiley (they all referred to themselves in numbers, interesting practice). The hotel location is between the city centre and the train station, close to the local art and crafts market (within walking distance). Highly recommended activity is to visit Xia Si old town, where you can experience traditional clothes dying and painting technics that’s special to ethnic communities in Kaili.

It was an amazing stay. The room was clean, the location is good (near the high speed railway station), the staff were so friendly yet polite. I would stay there again if I got a chance to go to Kaili

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!

Amazing hotel in a great location in Kaili center. Close to lots of food and bar options, as well as shopping. Also close to bus station. This hotel is very comfortable to stay at as a foreigner, they have many aspects similar to Western hotels that aren’t commonly found in China, like offering free ice, coffee, softer beds, etc. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are meticulously clean and have very modern amenities like automatic lights and a smart toilet. There’s also a balcony which is great to relax on. My only advice is that I had a bit of trouble finding the location, it would be good if they could give instructions on how to find the hotel.
