Cari Hotel 2-Star di Kaili

We were looking for an experience in a rural village away from the usual tourist tracks, and this was the perfect place for it. The host was incredibly welcoming and generous with his time. He shared a lot about Miao culture and traditions, and took us around the village to show us where he grew up and where he and his family live. He kindly helped us with transportation to the station, and his brother prepared a delicious dinner made from locally grown ingredients. The accommodation itself is comfortable, clean, and has attention to details. Surrounded by the beautiful nature of hills and fields, it felt both peaceful and authentic. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this wonderful place!

Il ne s'agit pas du tout d'une guesthouse mais c'est une chambre située dans une tour. Difficile à trouver car aucune info pour aider à y accéder. Il faut appeler au téléphone pour qu'une personne vienne donner le code d'accès à la chambre. J'ai posé une question sur les lieux et dates des grands marchés de minorités et il m'a été répondu ”moi je ne sais pas” ! Même si la chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée, il vaut mieux choisir pour le même prix l'hôtel à côté où le personnel est extrêmement accueillant.

民宿應該是在凱里最繁華的市中心了，周圍超級多好吃的，專門來凱里吃美食的住這就對了，房間乾淨，管家很nice，怕我找不到位置專門來接。

酒店地處凱裏市中心大十字核心商圈，地理位置絕佳，出門就是各大商場，沿街全是本地特色餐飲店，酸湯魚、苗家小吃、奶茶夜宵一應俱全，下樓就能打卡地道美食，吃喝逛街特別方便，出行遊玩、逛市集都省時省力。 環境衞生完全挑不出毛病，大堂、走廊每日定時清潔，客房打掃細緻到位，床品潔白蓬鬆，桌面、衞浴邊角都擦拭得乾乾淨淨，衞生間乾濕分離，全程無異味，住着安心又舒服。 酒店設施設備很新，空調、熱水、網絡運行穩定，洗漱用品、桌椅燈具配套齊全，房間空間寬敞，隔音效果在線，遊玩回來能好好休息。自駕遊客最看重免費停車，停車場車位充足，進出方便，全程不收停車費，省去很大一筆開銷，對自駕遊旅客特別友好。 前台服務熱情高效，辦理入住退房速度快，還會主動推薦凱里遊玩路線，性價比拉滿，不管自由行還是自駕都很合適，下次來黔東南還會入住凱巢，強烈推薦給來凱里旅行的朋友！

Excellent place to stay, I would go back again ! The room was very clean and super comfortable. But for some reasons I didn’t get the free coffee that was advertised when booking 😔

這絕對是我在凱里住過性價比最高的酒店。 1.酒店房間很乾凈沒有任何異味，廁所乾濕分離。 2.每天早上的早飯很好吃，包子都是自己包的不是那種速凍的，粥熬的也很棒。 3.入住有免費小零食和蒸汽眼罩。 4.工作人員從前台到阿姨到店長都很熱情，幫我解決了很多的問題。 5.停車很方便有自己的地下停車場，誰懂下暴雨的時候不被淋濕的快樂，凱里有地下停車場的酒店並不多。 雖然不是大牌酒店，但這已經是這個地理位置和價位能做到的極致了，作為他家一次又一次的回頭客真心推薦。

這次的酒店入住體驗堪稱完美！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，前台工作人員就熱情相迎，辦理入住手續迅速又貼心，還詳細介紹了周邊好玩的地方和酒店設施，好感度直接拉滿。 房間更是沒得説，一塵不染，床品軟乎乎的，躺下就不想起來，衞生間也打掃得極為乾淨，洗漱用品齊全。酒店的餐飲也很棒，早餐中西式美食都有，吃得超滿足。而且酒店位置超優越，交通便利，周邊餐廳、商店一應俱全，下次來這邊，肯定還選這家酒店！

best host. got picked up from somewhere closer to Xiasi (so keep in mind it is a shuttle from certain points) and received help with some beehive in no time. perfect and amazing experience :)

Room is spacious but bathroom is abit narrow. It's about 1.5km walk from Kaili city center. We're happy with the pillow and mattress. Downside was noise from the proximity residences opposite our room where there's loud karaoke until 11pm+.

The hotel forgot my pillow request when we first check-in. Couldn't get assistance in the evening. Room is spacious and hotel location is about 1km walk to the ”big cross junction” where the main city is. Mattress is hard. Overall is OK but not quite worthy when compare pricing in the surrounding
