這次旅遊一共在他家住了三天，老闆兩口子好的真的是沒話説，本來在他家的評論裏就看到別人説他倆好，這回住完了是真感覺到了，房間的墊子和枕頭是我喜歡的乳膠的，住着是真的挺舒服的。因為有行程沒辦法，所以衹能住三天，要是有時間還想住幾天。等下次再來一定還住他家 設施：很棒 服務：一流 管家式服務:真棒 衞生不錯 製氧機供氧:好 管家式服務:好

This is by a long way the best hotel I have stayed in , in Tibet. Love the ”Manor” feel, at the same time homely. The rose garden which decorates Lakari cafe ia a lovely place to eat, relax, wind down. Food & service excellent. There are in addition two other restaurant on site, serving authentic Chinese & Tibetian food, yum. DURING a qord in the garden, I notice birds churping and hunting worms on the lawn ! Rooms takes on a modern Tibetian style, everything works & impeccably clean. Staff are v warm, helpful, even helped w my washing, offered to show me around on her day off. A most enjoyable stay. Tops all otherss I have stayed in Tibet.

Semasa cuti May Day, saya dan rakan saya memilih untuk menginap di Hotel Lanou sekali lagi, dan pengalaman keseluruhan pastinya tidak mengecewakan. Bilik hotel adalah luas dan terang, dengan peralatan tempat tidur yang selesa yang membuatkan kami berasa sangat santai, seperti berada di rumah. Lokasinya sangat baik, kira-kira 10 minit berjalan kaki dari Istana Potala. Hotel ini juga berdekatan dengan Jalan Gongdelin dan Antarabangsa Tianhai, di kawasan yang meriah, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk menjamu selera, membeli-belah dan aktiviti lain. Kakitangan hotel juga sangat baik, mesra, penuh perhatian, dan sabar. Kemudahan bilik adalah agak baru, dan penginapan adalah sangat menyenangkan. Terdapat restoran dan kedai serbaneka di tingkat bawah, yang sangat memudahkan perjalanan kami. Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat beberapa isu kecil dengan bilik 8626. Label pada pintu bilik mandi adalah tidak betul; ia berkata ”tarik” apabila ia sepatutnya ditolak, yang mungkin menyusahkan tetamu. Tirai elektrik di dalam bilik juga tidak bertindak balas; baik kawalan suara mahupun butang berfungsi, memerlukan operasi manual. Selain itu, kepala pancuran mandian bocor apabila dihidupkan. I stayed at this hotel from June 5-7 2026. The official check in time is listed at 2 pm. They did not give me access to my room until after 4 pm. Furthermore, laundry is listed as included service and they said their facility was not working and had to send it somewhere else. They charged me a hefty fee. I believe it’s a misnomer for this hotel to call themselves “international” This hotel really only caters to Chinese speaking populations, which is fine and the typical situation in Lhasa, but to be more accurate, the hotel shouldn’t make the claim “international.” That would typically imply better more comprehensive services for people outside of one population and nationality. This hotel is listed as 5 stars in Lhasa. I have traveled to many countries and stayed in many 5 star hotels. According to my experience, this hotel doesn’t measure up to a 5 star standard. Perhaps it did in the past. 5 star hotels typically have much better restaurants and dining options. The room was clean and I had a nice view.

真心推薦這家酒店！從進店辦理入住到退房全程體驗感拉滿。前台工作人員熱情禮貌，尤其是前台央吉服務非常周到、服務響應及時。房間打掃得一塵不染，佈局合理，床墊軟硬適中，睡眠質量特別好。衞浴乾爽無異味，配套設施齊全齊全完好。地理位置交通便利，出行覓食都很方便，整體性價比遠超預期，已經收藏，下次出行首選這家！

I stayed 3nights with family heavy luggage no one there to help or luggage boy …four to five people in front desk all with computer didn’t care much n not asking to send luggage boy,,,,in the corridor thick mattress hard to pull the two big bag…..morning at bf I asked for fresh juice n make me wait for 20min no sorry just drop on the table ….not much hospitality,warm welcome , greetings etc…little bit disappointed frm 5star label Htl…

Detailed & Social (Great for backpackers looking for a vibrant vibe) Title: Incredible community vibe and the best dorm experience in Lhasa! ”I spent 3 days in one of the shared dorms here, and it was easily one of the highlights of my time in Lhasa. The dorm rooms are incredibly clean, tidy, and well-organized, with sturdy bunks and enough space so you never feel cramped. The social energy in the main lobbyist is unmatched—it is so easy to grab a drink, strike up a conversation, and find travel buddies to split tour costs or explore the city with. They even had local singing and ******* dance performances right in the common area, so which was amazing to experience. To top it off, the hostel has a sweet resident cat who loves to hang out. If you’re a solo traveler looking for a comfortable dorm with a true community feel, this is the spot.” Barkhor bazaar (30 min walk/ small bus ride away) and Nice place to run 5 mins away by the riverside

Bosses and staff were caring with my altitude sickness. Great, friendly and convenient services like laundry for free at the rooftop with a beautiful view on the Potala Palace, helping out with food orders & car pick-ups and drop-offs, various trip arrangements, luggage storage and so on. The hotel has a nice authentic architecture with a big lounge area and cool temperature inside. They have a heating blanket, humidifier and if needed, also oxygen. Located just off the main road which offers quiet sleep at night. Surrounded there are eateries, fruit shops and nice traditional alleys to walk to both well-known and local places. I extended my stay and returned for another night after a trip.

As a state-owned hotel in Lhasa, this property’s main advantage is its proximity to Norbulingka, though it is relatively far from most other major attractions in the city. The reception staff were not particularly welcoming, which made the overall service feel somewhat impersonal. The hotel building itself is set back quite a distance from the roadside entrance, resulting in a quieter atmosphere. This, combined with the surrounding garden, does create a reasonably tranquil environment—one of the few positive aspects of the stay. The included breakfast was acceptable but unremarkable, and the room view was similarly average, without anything particularly memorable.

The hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel. The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage. The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app. There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.
