Hotel Nanning dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

I stayed at this hostel and had a truly wonderful experience. The accommodation is located on the 24th floor of a skyscraper in a very convenient and well-connected area. The apartment is extremely clean and well maintained, with the added bonus of a free-to-use washing machine, which is very helpful while traveling. Xiu Xiu, the girl who manages the place, is incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything needed. She was so lovely that we even went out for lunch together, and I really enjoyed chatting with her. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend staying here.

We booked for 5 days stay. I picked this room becos I really like the lollipop lamp as it is so cute! The location is superb, if you turn left going out at the entrance of the building, you will be at the famous “3 streets and 2 lanes” (三街二巷) which is a bustling tourist spot with a lot of good eating places, and shopping places. If you turn right, in a few minutes, you will reach Nanning Old Street (南宁老街），also filled with eating places and shopping places, and there is a night market there too! The room is cosy and very clean. No unpleasant odours and there is a fridge and a washer in the room too. Toilet is clean and looks new, basic amenities like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided. The room can be cleaned daily if needed and we requested for more bottled water on some days too. The owner is very friendly and very fast to act of request for extra water or to clear rubbish or tidy the room. Room is equipped with AI assistant, everything can be activated with voice commands (but I think you need to speak Chinese/Mandarin though). It took me a while to get used to speaking to 小爱同学 😜 It is very easy to get cabs from the building too. We also had no issues getting food and drinks delivered to us. I will definitely book this place again the next time I visit Nanning.

Hotel was located in a great location, with good amenities and facilities in and outside the hotel. Service response time was slow which was a bummer. When we requested a change in room they mentioned ”will check and revert ASAP”, but after 45 minutes, there was no follow up and multiple reminders were needed. Aircon temperature couldn't be controlled and it got stuffy at night. Again , response time was slow. Hotel would do better with more timely response and if more time is needed , please let your guests know so they can plan.

great economical car hire, the car was brand new and is powerful and easy to drive, car was deliver to the airport.

Excellent service from the staff, who were consistently polite, warm, and attentive. Nice and comfy room. The room was impeccably clean and very well maintained, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Hotel is across the road from the airport. Easy to find. Staff who checked us in were super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and staff were really helpful with letting us know which dish contains pork as I do not eat pork. Checking out was super fast. Very convenient as our flight landed at 10.46pm. We will definitely stay again

环境：The environment is very good and clean, the lobby is also very wide, the rest area is very large, and there are free coffee and tea.

The location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building. The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

My comments not meant to be criticism, but to help improve the service... i stayed at room 2715. Originally booked for 5 nights, but cancelled for 4 nights. 27th floor corridors are literally black and narrow, it feels depressing. Not only that, it is extremely hot and stuffy. The room is fully carpeted, but i don't think it has been cleaned for a long time. The whole time i was there, it smelt like an unwashed sock. The closed windows, heat, humidity and dark decor only made it worse. Notes: bedside left light and wash room mirror right side lights are not working. bathtub is also leaking. the windows are long overdue for cleaning. On the bright side, the staff are helpful and doing their best to help.
