Hotel Shanshan dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

After we encountered a bad experience with a desert glamping resort in Dunhuang, we were a bit cautious with Dune when we booked it. However, after I communicated with the manager in Dune via WeChat, I was more confident as he was very polite and helpful. He helped us to booked a transfer from Turpan Airport to Dune resort. As our flight arrived Turpan in the evening, it was late when we arrived at Dune. The manager and another staff came to the entrance of the driveway to welcome us and helped us with our luggage. They took us straight to our tent, and they upgraded us to a bigger tent, too. We woke up to this beautiful Kumtag Desert Sand dunes, right in front of our tent! It was so beautiful. As the off peak season started, we were the only guests there but the staff were serving us with delicious breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and plentiful! The manager and staff were very attentive to our requests. One of the staff has helped us to arrange a local guide/driver to take us to the Kumtag desert for an exciting ATV ride and sand sliding. We had a great time. We ended up hiring the same guide, a pleasant and calm Uygur young guy to take us for some sightseeing and dropped us back to Turpan. I would say to anyone who is looking for a real desert glamping, please come to Dune in Shahshan near Turpan instead of Dunhuang.

We booked on short notice ten minutes before arrival and were absolutely surprised. Despite the language barrier the team of receptionists went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, spotlessly clean and have all the amenities one needs for a pleasant stay, and more. We slept very well in the new, comfortable beds. The bathroom itself is bigger than some hotel rooms elsewhere. The real highlight though was the complimentary breakfast we, were offered. Plenty of great food to choose from, coffee and tea. Upon checkout we could store our luggage for free until our train departed. All in all, great value for money and we'd definitely stay again.

這次入住體驗真的超出預期，從辦理入住到退房全程都很舒心。前台工作人員態度熱情有禮貌，辦理速度快，還主動介紹酒店設施和周邊情況，服務特別貼心。房間乾淨整潔，採光通風都很好，床品柔軟舒適，一覺睡到天亮，隔音效果也不錯，完全聽不到走廊噪音。衞浴乾濕分離，熱水出水快，洗漱用品品質在線，細節做得很到位。 酒店環境安靜雅緻，公共區域乾淨明亮，電梯和走廊都沒有異味。早餐種類豐富，味道可口，熱菜、麪點、水果、飲品一應俱全，吃得很滿足。地理位置便利，出行方便，周邊配套齊全。整體性價比超高，服務、衞生、環境都無可挑剔，不管是出差還是旅行都很合適，下次來還會選擇這裏，真心推薦給大家！

This is quite an old hotel that recently got a new management by Rezen who introduced some small refreshes to the property. But the hardware remains old. Lots of electric and drainage problems. The good thing is that the location is excellent, opposite the dinosaur museum and with plenty of food options and shops around. The Kumtag scenic area is 6 kilometres away. Another good thing is that the mattresses are new a d the bedsheets clean. The reality is that this hotel needs a complete costly overhaul which is unlikely to happen with the fierce hotel competition in Shanshan and relatively low hotel rates. Overall it was ok

We stayed during low season, only 5 guests stayed that night. The laundry can not make it, very old washing machine without a dryer. Due to low seasons, the hotel conserves electricity, the whole hotel is dark at night along the corridor. They prepare limited breakfast for the 5 guests. Front desk provided good service. We enjoyed the winery tour.

從大廳經理到保安都很好，在大廳沙發等外賣呢，漂亮小姐姐過來説看您帶着小朋友，如果需要熱水前面有直飲水。房間鋪蓋捲兒都很乾凈很新，衞浴也用的都是品質很好的東西，懸着的心也是放下了，房源緊俏看着有房就趕緊訂上了，沒想到服務，環境，衞生，設施都沒得説。門頭看起來不是很氣派，但是裏面很好，一點不掉檔。

環境安靜，雅緻，沒有嘈雜喧鬧，適合喜歡安靜休息的旅客過來入住熱水供應全天穩定，浴室用品品質很好，房間還可以看到日落

Great stay. Very warm welcome by Reception staff. Mgr Vicky, english-spoken, was excellent in helping for a quick tour by taxi to nearby Bezeklik buddha mountains and the Tuqu village. Noodle soup station is good for breakfast. Hotel installations are top.

一次非常不好的體驗。網上預訂兩間房，花了1400大洋，提前告知入住時間，進入房間熱的像蒸籠，空調顯示室內温度有29攝氏度。床上燙手，感覺在40攝氏度以上。床上有些細沙子。 最令人難忘的是睡下不到一個小時，就被蚊子🦟咬起來了，開燈，開始了長的一個小時的打蚊子，以為打完了，躺下一會兒，又嗡嗡的，又起來，前前後後打死九衹。無奈，凌晨三點半，打電話給管家，讓管家驗明正身後，還有身上的紅包後，給換了一間。此時已經快四點了，睡了兩個小時，又打死兩衹，早上六點多，開車逃離酒店。打死也不回來了，

國慶期間，路過鄯善的酒店都400以上了，離幾十公里的這個小鎮也是借了旅遊的光了。這個價位住了個招待所，屋內地毯估計很久沒清理過了，關上門灰塵嗆得鼻子疼戴口罩睡得。安靜度可以，熱水充足。節假日出行好難，應該説沒錢才難呵呵
