This stay experience was truly extremely satisfactory! The service was warm and attentive. Xiao Du at the front desk responded promptly to any needs. They communicated with me in English throughout the process, recommended nearby restaurants for me, and even helped me with a taxi. It made me feel very considerate and comfortable. The room was cleaned to an excellent standard, clean and tidy without any unpleasant odors. The bedding was comfortable, and the details were handled very thoughtfully. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, with good lighting and views. It was peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle, and I had a particularly good rest. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, and they were very convenient and easy to use. They fully met my daily accommodation needs.

這次入住體驗非常滿意，整體感受超出預期，性價比很高，是一次非常舒心的住宿體驗！首先酒店位置十分優越，交通出行非常方便，周邊配套齊全，餐飲、便利店都很近，無論是出差辦公還是旅遊居住都特別合適。進店第一感覺就很好，大堂乾淨明亮、整潔大氣，整體環境安靜雅緻。前台工作人員服務態度真誠熱情，辦理入住速度很快，流程簡單不拖沓，有問題諮詢都會細心解答，讓人感覺特別舒服。最讓人滿意的是酒店的衞生情況，整體衞生做得非常到位。房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，角落、床底、衞生間都沒有灰塵和污漬。床品柔軟乾淨、乾爽無異味，浴巾、洗漱用品擺放整齊，衞生間乾濕分離，整體整潔清爽，住着特別安心、特別舒服。房間空間寬敞通透，採光通風效果很好，整體佈局温馨舒適。基礎設施完善且保養得很好，空調製熱製冷效果給力，熱水出水快、水温穩定，網絡網速流暢穩定，追劇、辦公都完全沒問題。床墊枕頭軟硬適中，貼合身體，睡眠體驗極佳。酒店隔音效果也很不錯，環境安靜，晚上完全不會被噪音打擾，休息質量非常高，有機會會繼續選擇

They went above and beyond to help me set up my mobile plan, which was a huge relief. The hotel's breakfast buffet was a highlight of my stay, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The rooms were not only elegantly designed but also featured state-of-the-art technology, which made my stay both productive and enjoyable. Overall, my experience at the Vienna Hotel was outstanding, and I will definitely return here for future business trips.

Perfect place. Wonderful hotel. I am delighted, and my colleagues are also absolutely delighted. Good convenient location, there are cafes and shopping centers nearby, convenient transportation. The room is clean, the air conditioner heats well in winter, daily cleaning of the room, change of bed linen and towels. There is everything necessary for life in this hotel. Special thanks to the guys at the reception, responsive young people, helped with all questions, and even accepted parcels. Special thanks to the cook, very tasty food, a lot of choice in food, drinks. At the reception in the main hall there is tea, a coffee machine, juices, and drinks. The hotel smells good, no smell of cigarettes, new furniture, everything is clean and perfectly good. I was shocked by such a wonderful hotel. I have been coming to China on business trips for 5 years now. I have been to most of the cities of China, and I can say that in Weifang this is the best hotel in all of China. Thanks to the management of this hotel and all the staff. We will recommend you to our partners and colleagues.

這家酒店性價比真的超高，日常住完全夠用。位置挺好，出行打車、逛周邊吃飯都很方便。房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，床單被罩都是乾淨整潔的，衞生間也沒有異味。設施不算豪華但很實用，熱水出得快，空調製冷制熱都給力，wifi網速也流暢。前台服務態度很隨和，辦理入住退房都很快，有啥問題問工作人員也都耐心解答。整體就是樸實不花哨，平價住着舒服，性價比拉滿，日常出差、短途住都很合適，下次來還會選這家。

The hotel has around 8 rooms surrounding two courtyards so it’s fairly big for an old style home in the ancient town. The rooms are spacious except one which is small and has large Windows instead of walls The main complaint I have is that there is no floor heating despite being assured there was so the AC heater had to be kept on all night the bathroom is also freezing during the night unless you keep the door open. The reception area has a distinct smell of tobacco that is off putting The location is within the old town but on the periphery so there’s a fair bit to walk to get to the shops restaurants. Nevertheless, apart from the floor heating the place is good value and the staff are helpful as I was given an extra duvet without complaint when I asked.

衝著高鹽鹵温泉特地來的，帶着長者家和小孩特地訂了庭院私湯房。結果…確實有點差強人意，失望而歸。 房間院子進去一共三間，一間客廳兩間卧室，但是，都有門禁，所以…去客廳喝茶看電視請一定要帶着門卡，因為不關門你會收穫一屋子蚊蟲，關門你就得隨時帶好房卡，這設計還不如主樓直接訂兩間房間！！！！還乾淨方便。不像湯泉屋打電話叫車，送水開温泉都要等半天… 環境的話，距離歡樂沙灘半小時車城渤海之眼十分鐘，但是旁邊弘潤小鎮開不進酒店，下着大雨打電話問了前台也説了半天沒説明白，需要開出小鎮。 酒店有自己的温泉水世界，因為房間沒含門票且院子裏私湯就沒有體驗不做評價。 院子裏的私湯是一個小正方形的，不是很大，且需要呼叫服務員來開，還要等她來關……所以泡好温泉請不要睡覺，敲門沒人開的話，再晚酒店也會打電話讓你開門，讓服務員進來關温泉…… 衞生情況，真的是一言難盡，房間裏但凡白色的物件（毛巾浴袍被套…）上面都有血跡斑斑，服務員解釋説是洗衣機的銹…真假不知，但是感受度大家自己看吧。 早餐，入住時前台告知五一假期早上九點就結束了，事實發現九點半還有人來吃飯，也是可以進去的，管理一塌糊塗，衹能説吃飽是沒問題，沒有現磨咖啡，不如市區的快捷酒店，完全不是度假酒店的水準。 最後服務，是這幾項中我認為比較好的，至少服務員都能很熱情尤其是開擺渡車和打掃的員工，都非常客氣，相較之下前台員工有些還需要培訓吧。 總結一下，如果訂主樓的單間四五百樣子也許還不錯，如果是湯泉房大可不必，沒有特別好，且完全沒有私密性，關門關窗對面屋討論昨晚吃啥，我都聽得一清二楚。
