Great location in the old city, short walk to the city walls. Homestay was very clean and well maintained with friendly staff. For those craving coffee, they have a coffee machine at the reception that's rarely used. There's a snack box is the room and the snacks are so nice I finished 4 of them... For those who grew up on Chinese novels, you'll be disappointed. Most novels describe how the Mongols attached XiangYang on horseback. But if you see view from the city walls, you'll realise it's protected from all sides, especially the north, by the 800m wide Han river. No way that the Mongol horses could have swam 800m while under fire from the arrows on XiangYang.

It is a nice hotel within walking distance to the city walls. The bed and pillows are really comfy. Breakfast selection is limited but tasty. What really stands out is the exceptional service of the reception staff and also kudos to the female chef at breakfast who is patient with our vegetarian requirement. The only thing is the wifi is pretty weak and breaks often.

From the morning shift to the evening and even late at night, every single one of them was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. They were always ready to help with a smile, no matter the time or situation. You can really feel that they love what they do their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Each interaction was filled with kindness and respect, and that made all the difference. 全家出行選對酒店太重要了！這家酒店真的沒讓我們失望。前台小何服務超讚，看我們帶了小孩，不僅給我們選擇合適的房型，還給我們多送了水。房間空間超大，衞生做得無可挑剔，床品柔軟親膚。房間設施齊全。退房的時候完全不用排隊，工作人員效率超高，態度還特別客氣，臨走還叮囑我們路上小心。這樣的服務和體驗，必須五星好評，下次還來這兒

帶娃入住體驗超棒！酒店對親子家庭很友好，提前預留了安靜樓層，還提供了小童洗漱用品和床圍，細節滿分。房間空間寬敞，孩子活動自如，衞生做得很到位，不用擔心衞生問題。周邊有親子遊玩景點，工作人員還推薦了適合孩子的餐廳和路線，非常貼心。早餐有小童專屬餐食，營養均衡，整體體驗感極佳，親子出行強烈推薦！

入住的酒店好處前面我已經説了很多很多了，這家酒店確實不錯，而且很獨特，又是在鬧市區出行更加方便，離襄陽幾家著名的牛肉麪館都很近。特別是一橋頭牛時代陳家麪館。近在咫尺。今天又認識了一個小前台服務員小賈。雖然年齡小，工作也是很積極，也是對客人微笑服務，是一個很好的前台姑娘。也感謝其他為我服務的所有工作人員。保安大叔也很棒。歡迎世界客人入住這家酒店❤️

本次入住整體體驗十分均衡，各方面都挑不出短板。酒店位置適中，靠近機場車站#交通便利，出行打車、步行逛街都便捷，周邊商鋪齊全，採購用餐不用走遠。大堂整潔明亮，香氛淡雅不刺鼻，公共區域定時清潔消殺。前台接待禮貌温和，辦理入住退房速度快，寄存行李免費貼心。客房空間大小適中，採光通風俱佳，全屋乾淨無死角，地面、鏡面、角落都無污漬灰塵。床品柔軟乾爽，枕頭軟硬適中，休息睡眠安穩。隔音效果不錯，走廊、室外噪音基本隔絕。衞浴乾濕分離，熱水供應穩定，水壓充足，洗護用品齊全。WiFi網速流暢，全屋插座充足，日常充電辦公都夠用。保工作人員服務有度，有需求響應及時#動作麻利，全程無隱形消費，價位合理，不管單人、結伴出行都很合適，整體十分滿意。

The check in was smooth and hotel is located at a central location. You can walk to the ancient town in about 15-20min time. There is also a mall located near the hotel so that you can do your grocery shopping or have a quick bite. Special shout out to 燕燕 for her attentive service.

오래된 건물 이지만 청소가 깨끗하고 기차역에서 바로 보인다. 2층 넓은 식당에서 제공하는 저렴한 음식은 조리 방법이 깔끔해서 외국인이 싫어하는 중국음식 특유의 냄새가 안나고, 영양가 있는 메뉴를 갖추었다. 카운터에서 일하는 직원들은 교육이 잘되있어 친절하고 노련하게 직무에 충실함을 보여준다. 특히, 여행 중 길에서 잃어버린 소중한 휴대폰을 끝까지 추적래서 찾아주는 실력에 최고의 박수를를 보낸다! 너무나 고맙고 감사해서 그분들께 절까지 했다^^ 호텔을 도와 외국인 여행자에게 보여준 중국 공안당국의 노고에도 감사한다. 멋지다! 모든 것이 감동이다! 한국 정부는 위기에 처한 자국 국민을 도와준 이들에게 한국관광을 선물하고, 감사장을 주어야 한다!
