I reached midnight around 1.30am at the airport at T5, called the counter for the shuttle, arrived around 20+ minutes as T5 is rather far from the hotel. Checked in was smooth. It’s just a simple room for a night. Nothing much to complain.

We have extended our holiday vacation, returning to Xianyang and stay in this hotel again. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to your outstanding front desk team—Jia Jia (佳佳), Xiao Wan (小琬), and Meng Meng (梦梦) —for their exceptional customer service during our stay. From the moment we arrived, their warm welcome, professionalism, and attentiveness truly stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, handling every request with efficiency and a genuine smile. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist at every step made us feel not just like a guest, but genuinely cared for. It’s clear that Jia Jia, Xiao Wan, and Meng Meng take great pride in their work, and their dedication reflects the high standards of this property. Nearby to hotel and quick check in even we arrive after midnight lobby receptionist is efficient but breakfast needs to be improved as limited choice available with coffee not refilled and served cold even though still within breakfast timing.

The room was clean and reasonably priced. The amenities were quite complete. It's about a 10-minute drive from the airport. I checked in quite late at night, but the receptionist was very welcoming. The staff was also very helpful during checkout. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is grand and beautiful. My room was spacious, elegant, and offered an amazing view of the park. Many of the staff spoke English, which was very helpful. Although dinner seemed catered more towards groups, I was served well even dining alone, and the food was delicious. Breakfast was equally good. I also really appreciated the modern toilet. It was a welcome rest! On the flip side, for a hotel I would consider in the luxury category, it was surprising that no laundry service was offered. I think a hotel of this level should provide it, even if for a fee. In addition, my door had a noticeable gap between the door and the frame, large enough to see into the room, which compromised privacy.

I read a lot of positive reviews about the Somerset Fendong, and this was why I came here, it did not disappoint. The hotel and room facilities are excellent, everything I need for a comfortable work trip and to work from my room. The breakfast buffet has delicious food in Chinese and Western options, and the gym is a really useful addition. However, what has really made the trip exceptional is the staff. They have done everything they can to make my stay comfortable. Athena Wang and the others at reception, the housekeeping and the restaurant staff go out of their way to be friendly and caring, as the best possible hosts, since the afternoon I arrived. This atmosphere makes more of a difference than anything towards having a good trip, and it is honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have had anywhere in the world. I would recommend the Somerset Fendong to anyone, thank you to Athena and all the staff!

hotel location is only 10 minutes from terminal 5 and they even provide pick up service so it was easy for us to go to the hotel. just call them and they will pick you up right away. the room also so clean and comfortable. i had a really good rest and they also send us back to the airport to catch up my morning flight.

Nice and clean. Quite comfortable to sleep inside The hotel is not actually inside the terminal. It is just outside the terminal. Near the bus stop. About 500m from the T5 terminal. There are hot drinking water near the hotel. But no hot water shower rest room. About 10 m walk to nearest toilet and hot drinking water. Quite convenient. Good for a shor stay and price is very good too. I stay there for 4 hours and they have wake up service to wake me up for my morning flight.

If you have to fly out early in the morning, we strongly suggest staying at this hotel. It is very close to the terminal 1. From Xian central city, you can take the subway to terminal 1 then order DIDI to get to the hotel. In the morning of your flight, the hotel can arrange the shuttle bus to.your terminal that will fit your schedule. We shall l use this hotel again the next time we are flying out of Xian Intetnational airport.
