it is about 15mins from the airport with free airport service pickup which is a good point. they consolidate the pickup with another hotel and the pickup van was full , the van driver try to squeeze everyone into the van so he can charge more head count as we rejected due to safety reason. the other hotel incharge called a grab for us and bill to the hotel.

정신이 없어서 방 사진을 못찍었는데 정말 최고의 호텔이었습니다. 파리＞시안＞서울로 경유 동선이었고 7시간정도의 환승 텀이 있어서 공항에서 버텨볼까 하다가, 근처에 픽업,드랍이 가능한 호텔들이 좀 있어서 엄청 비교하고 고민한 끝네 니 호텔을 선택했습니다. 결론적으로 정말 행복한 시간이었습니다. 아침 6시쯤 픽업능 해주셨고 11시쯤 나와서 총 4-5시간 정도 밖에 머물지 못했지만 모든게 만족 스러웠고 더 오래 있지 못해 아쉬웠습니다! 방은 정말 넓었고 깨끗하고 뷰도 좋고 창문도 있어요. 조식도 현장 추가결제로 (15위안) 먹었는데 너무 맛있어서 놀랐어요... 모든 음식이 엄마가 해주신 음식 처럼 맛있어서 더 많이 먹고싶었습니다... 잠깐 머물렀고 저는 중국어를 못했지만 로비 직원들은 정말 친절하게 대응해 주셨습니다. 갈때 공항 드랍도 해주시고 액자 선물도 챙겨주셨습니다. 이 가격에 이런 서비스를 받다니 너무 감동입니다....!!! 다음에 또 멀리 가게될 일이 있다면 시안 환승을 꼭 또 해볼거에요. 그리고 이 호텔에 또 갈거에요. 아니면 시안으로 여행을 가겠습니다. 정말 감동 적인 호텔입니다.

Nearby to hotel and quick check in even we arrive after midnight lobby receptionist is efficient but breakfast needs to be improved as limited choice available with coffee not refilled and served cold even though still within breakfast timing.

The room was clean and reasonably priced. The amenities were quite complete. It's about a 10-minute drive from the airport. I checked in quite late at night, but the receptionist was very welcoming. The staff was also very helpful during checkout. I will definitely stay here again.

It is equipped with an air purifier and the operation of the air conditioning system responds quickly. The tableware is modern and the room supplies give the impression of being concisely organized. The marble tiles on the bathroom floor are neat.

First time come Xian and the flight is arrive at midnight 1am, as the hotel provide free transportation for me to the hotel and back to airport for metro in the next day. Very tentative and great service by the owner as she politely provide how to go to the place to get fetch by her at 2am midnight. The room is comfort and very clean , make me sleep till 11am due to tiredness. Next time she say will change to a ****** car to pick up customer to hotel 😂 so if I come again can sit big car.

從安康做了接近四小時大巴搖到西安趕第二天飛機，下車時候其實很累了，這個酒店的接駁巴士來得特別快且高效，後續辦理入住的速度也特別特別快，而且會在房間空閑的情況下諮詢我的住宿偏好，所以態度絕對滿分。 房間也特別乾淨整潔，隔音也蠻好的，特別舒服睡特別踏實！！ 第二天早飯也很好吃哦～～ 作為女孩子獨自出游來説這裏給了很強的安全感和親和感，下次再來還住這裏🤩🤩

What a wonderful place to rest before my 2am international flight. Inside Terminal 5, this hotel was away from the noise of the arrival/departure hall so you can get some good rest. And there’s a great restaurant next to it. It was tricky to find at first arriving by metro and I was shocked none of the airport staff could point me in the right direction. But upon messaging the hotel staff, they were quick to respond and helpful to point me to the long distance bus station on Level 1. Be careful with the other sleep pod inside this terminal as that was the default spot the airport personnel kept sending me. I want to thank the hotel staff for their kind support throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place!

Очень переживали, как найдём отель. Но зря. Приехали на такси по адресу, хозяин отеля вышел нас встретить. Говорит по английски, сразу обсудили трансфер в аэропорт. Номер прекрасный, чистый, уютный. Напротив отличное место поесть, где готовят вкусные шашлычки. Даже в Сиане хуже). Рядом магазин. Номер взяли на 1 этаже. Было очень тихо, несмотря, что рядом аэропорт. Очень рекомендую данный отель доя транзитных остановок. Фото не сделала, т.к. номер полностью соответствует заявленным характеристикам. Только территорию сфотала.

The hotel is grand and beautiful. My room was spacious, elegant, and offered an amazing view of the park. Many of the staff spoke English, which was very helpful. Although dinner seemed catered more towards groups, I was served well even dining alone, and the food was delicious. Breakfast was equally good. I also really appreciated the modern toilet. It was a welcome rest! On the flip side, for a hotel I would consider in the luxury category, it was surprising that no laundry service was offered. I think a hotel of this level should provide it, even if for a fee. In addition, my door had a noticeable gap between the door and the frame, large enough to see into the room, which compromised privacy.
