確屬藝術酒店，整體就是美，風景怡人，酒店外觀到房間佈置，都很有格調，處處透着設計美學與巧思。從預訂後前台主動響應，到店後迎賓，入住後客房服務的各種細節，整個服務流程都非常滿意。歡迎水果吧枱飲品都有，還送附近遊樂項目，接駁車隨時接送方便高效，司機們全程微笑服務。這麼熱的天，一個微信前台就安排小哥哥繞湖過來接我們，太貼心了。房間很大，能從落地窗看到天嶼湖，躺沙發上立馬能體驗度假鬆弛感，床品舒服，浴室乾濕區設計都很喜歡。室外無邊泳池給酒店風貌錦上添花，晚上泳池邊喝着酒水吧特調雞尾酒，感覺不要太好。體驗太好果斷續住了一晚。推薦喜歡安靜享受度假慢生活且關注服務品質的盆友們，一定不要錯過這裏。有機會還會還再來，續寫隱麗時光！一點小建議是如果可以，房間的大電視能從牆體拉伸出來，給愛看電視的我們更多觀影角度。瑕不掩瑜，下次再見！

Second time I stayed and rooms modern and fresh, but the laundry facilities are convenient. I have to pay good complement as when I returned from dinner I put my clothes in the wash while I slept and asked them to possibly dry for me. When I went down for breakfast the clothes were dried and folded in a bag for me. Thanks for the great service, nice to go back. .

前台接待應答得體，諮詢周邊打車點位的時候，會簡單告知大概等候位置，特別仔細，夜裡需要多一套洗漱用品，打電話前台，馬上就有服務人員給送過來。房間床品平整。淋浴出熱水快，水量充足。這一趟入住很不錯，感受很好，下次還會來這裏

I had a really good stay at this hotel, so much so that I decided to extend my stay! The place is clean and well-maintained, making it very comfortable. The staff are friendly and always helpful, which made my experience even better.

Our family of five (three kids) stayed at Sky Island for three days, and we were absolutely blown away. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything. The resort is huge — so many activities and things to do that we didn’t even have time to try everything they offered. We spent a lot of time in the hot springs, and it was such a great way to relax and recharge. The service there was top-notch, and it felt very private and peaceful. We also had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, and it was amazing — the presentation, the taste, the service, everything was high quality. Our two-story room was super cozy, spacious, clean, and had no weird smells (which we really appreciated). We will definitely come back again — not just once — and we’ll bring our friends with us next time!

五一假期不想出去人擠人，被雲夢這個美麗的名字吸引，來到這個美麗的小城。 關注到這個酒店是被獨特的裝修風格吸引，是比較少見的南洋風情，而且也是新開業。入住開始就發現自己的選擇非常正確，意外的下雨天到達，就感受到服務人員的專業和熱情，也我們加急清潔房間，提供外借雨傘☂️，為我們下午的旅程解決後顧之憂！ 房間比較大，各種設施齊全，裝修細節真是越看越喜歡，衞生條件也比較好，酒店確實用心了！房間還可以欣賞到外面的湖景很棒！ 酒店外面就是一條美食街，各類網紅餐飲店齊聚。離祥雲灣景區，雲夢博物館非常近，基本屬於步行可達，天氣好的時候可以沿着河邊慢慢散步，真的很愜意！ 雲夢不大，但是也不普通！希望下次還有機會來玩！

I am first time to staying in this hotel, it has great location and staff. The room with back yard give great pleasure.

房間夠大，視野開闊；衞生間夠大，馬桶間和淋浴間各自獨立，方便使用；早餐品味豐富，服務也還行；有洗衣房和烘乾機，剛需。門口就是歡樂街，走幾步路就是漢海國際，交通非常便利。

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants and shops just around the corner. A large Mao statue directly in front of the hotel is also a distinctive local landmark. We were travelling by bicycle and were allowed to leave our bikes safely in the lobby, which we really appreciated. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered good value for money. When we first entered, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. We informed the staff, and they responded immediately by spraying an air freshener in the room. We really appreciated how quickly they reacted, and the smell improved afterwards. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and although communication in English was limited, everyone was patient and genuinely tried to help whenever needed. We had an enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other travellers.
