民宿老闆娘特別熱情和體貼，給我們升房了小木屋特別温馨！！是我們整趟新疆之旅住過體驗感最好的，雖然在那拉提的兩天都下雨，但這民宿的體驗卻讓我們在這裏留下難忘的回憶。早上下着雨老闆還悄悄在門外放了把傘好讓我們可以下樓用餐，體驗感真的拉滿！小木屋的景色是面對那拉提草原，超級好看，還有陽台和鞦韆！浴室裏的熱水很温暖，沐浴露洗髮水很香，房內還備有加濕器，早餐也好吃，還有老闆娘的現磨豆漿特別好喝！民宿距離那拉提遊客中心1公里左右，推薦來那拉提都住這裏！

Our stay at Shejing Homestay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed. Every single staff member was friendly, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. A special thank you to the boss as well, whose care and dedication can be seen in every detail of the homestay. It is clear that a lot of heart has gone into creating such a beautiful and welcoming place. The property itself is absolutely stunning. Every morning, I woke up in awe of the breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings. some of my favorite memories will be the heavenly scent of lavender drifting outside our room, the sound of the river and the beautiful sunset. The room was comfortable, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. Waking up each morning to such beautiful scenery felt like a dream. As our stay comes to an end, I feel genuinely sad to leave. It feels like I've left a piece of my heart here. The warmth of the people, the beauty of the place, and the unforgettable memories we've made will stay with us for a long time. Thank you to the boss and the entire team for making our stay so special. I would wholeheartedly recommend Shejing Homestay to anyone visiting the area, and I hope to return again one day.

We stayed here while backpacking, and it truly became one of the highlights of our trip. The location is perfect, the scenic centre isn’t too far. You can walk there if you don’t mind a bit of a stroll The hotel has a washing machine, which was a huge plus for travellers like us. But what made this stay unforgettable was the kindness of the hotel owner, Mr. Liang Yue Yang. Despite the language barrier, he went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From offering us a ride to the scenic area, helping us buy bus tickets, to making sure we had everything we needed—his warmth and generosity touched our hearts. He even offered to send us to the bus station on our departure day. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and the view from the hotel is breathtaking. Just a short walk away, there’s a peaceful river that’s perfect for a quiet picnic. As Muslim travellers, we were also relieved to find halal food easily available nearby. This place may be small, but the hospitality we received was big in every way. We’re so grateful we chose to stay here.

很少評價，但是這家民宿很驚喜，很乾凈整潔，位置也很好，窗外就是草原景觀。離景區不遠，周圍很多好吃的，晚上隨便出去溜達也很方便，出去走幾步就吃到了好吃的新疆菜，水果店也很好買，很適合像我們逛完那拉提不想趕路或者第二天要早點進景區的人來住。滿意到想要推薦給每一個來那拉提的人！！！一路上都是定連鎖酒店，且不説那拉提附近的全季都上千，看了很多評價都説衞生不達標，就選擇了這家民宿，沒想到是一路上住的最滿意的一家！頂樓還有可以休息的觀景大平台，買了蛋糕和卡瓦斯在上面休息簡直是享受！總之就是滿意滿意滿意

來那拉提玩必須誇誇民俗管家小馬，人真的太靠譜貼心了！我們出發前他就主動提醒穿搭、防曬和景區注意事項，剛到民宿就早早在門口等候，主動幫忙拎行李，熱情又實在。 給我們規劃避開人流的遊玩路線，還推薦本地人常去的美食，幫我們預約騎馬、民族服飾體驗，省去超多麻煩。路上車子小出狀況，也是他第一時間幫忙協調解決，隨叫隨到從不敷衍。待人真誠有分寸，不會過度打擾。全程遊玩省心又舒服，沒有任何隱形消費。來那拉提想玩得自在省心，找小馬絕對不踩坑，下次再來還找他！

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel at Nalati. When I arrived at this hotel, I was welcomed and recommended by the hotel staff to liaise with a travel agency if I required any transport for tour at Nalati (the hotel staff pointed at a banner which was set beside the front counter (picture is attached). As this is the recommendation by a trustworthy 5-star hotel, without hesitation I contacted the person in-charge of the travel agency (Mr *** at hp: ***********/ ***********) via WeChat . Finally, I booked a travel tour with this guy 贾 i.e a 7- seater MPV to send myself & my wife from Nanati hotel to 奎屯市via 独库公路。 I was charged ¥498 per person for the trip and I paid ¥400 for the deposit. I told 贾that I needed a good view seats for the MPV. He acknowledged . The next morning , the travel transport MPV came to my hotel to fetch us to 奎屯. When we boarded the MPV, there were already 2 customers inside the car (one seated next to the driver & the other one was seated at the middle row). Immediately I chose the empty seat at the middle row and my wife went to the back seat at the last row. To my surprise , I was shouted by the MPV driver to move back to the seat at the last row because someone had booked the seat at the middle row. Prior to fetching us on the day before , I had spoken to the MPV driver and told him that my wife & myself preferred to sit in front of the car for better view of scenery . However , the driver replied that there is a first come first serve by the company policy . We were very unhappy and upset with the arrangement made by this travel company. I spoke to both the driver and Mr 贾 over this issue . Unfortunately, my request was turned down and they even threatened to forfeit my ¥400 deposit if we refused to take the back seats . After which , Mr 賈 didn’t want to speak to me at all. To this, I got no choice but to cancel my trip with this company. My deposit was not refunded . I felt we have been cheated and unfairly treated by this travel company just because we are foreigners? Finally, I lodged a report with the local Police. The Police attended the case and took statements from me. They also spoke to the travel agency over the phone. After much persuasion from the Police, the travel agency agreed to refund me the deposit . I’m putting up this review as to praise the Nalati Police for their prominent & effectiveness in handling the case. As for the front office manager, Mr 王， please be impartial and handle the issue with responsibility . Anyway, I wished to thank Mr 王for calling the Police which he initially reluctant to do so. 這是一家性價比極高的客棧，老闆及家人十分誠實，對我們提出的各項服務要求，儘可能滿足。房間乾淨整潔，地理位置十分優越，離那拉提客運站衹有幾分鐘路程，離那拉提遊客中心也衹有不到2公里，而且一路都是飯店，超市，小院佈置十分 温馨，房頂有一個大觀景平台，可以看到草原風景，總之到那拉提草原，首選此客棧。

Saya tinggal di sini selama satu malam tanpa jangkaan yang tinggi. Saya boleh makan dan tidur di sana kumpulan pelancongan yang datang pada waktu petang. Ia sepatutnya menjadi hotel mereka yang ditetapkan. Terdapat ruang parkir yang luas. Tahap hendaklah antara 3-4 bintang. Ulasan yang bagus!

I had such a wonderful stay here and truly want to thank all of the staff for making my trip so special. First of all, the hospitality was beyond amazing. As a foreigner who cannot speak Chinese at all, I was honestly a little nervous at first. However, every staff member tried their best to help and welcome me warmly, which touched me deeply. I would especially like to thank a staff member named Yi. She was the only person who could communicate with me fluently in English, and she helped me with absolutely everything during my stay. Because of her kindness, I never once felt uncomfortable or isolated here despite the language barrier. I would honestly give her 10000/100! The accommodation itself was also excellent. The room was very clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed me to rest perfectly every night. Another thing I loved was the variety of activities offered here. Everything was amazing , horseback riding, delicious hot pot meals, and even professional photography sessions. It was my first time riding a horse, so I felt a little nervous at the beginning, but the staff took such good care of me and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the experience. Most importantly, I was deeply impressed by the culture here. It felt so warm and heartfelt. I truly love your culture. At night, there was a campfire gathering where local staff sang songs and danced together. It was such a joyful and unforgettable experience for me. In conclusion, if I ever visit Xinjiang again, I will definitely come back and stay here. Thank you so much to every staff member for your hard work and kindness. You made me genuinely happy throughout my entire stay.

Had a very pleasant stay here. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and communicative. We booked 3 rooms, and the staff thoughtfully contacted us beforehand to ask whether we preferred the rooms to be near each other or to have better views even if the rooms were further apart. Really appreciate the effort and attention to detail. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive to the entrance of 那拉提景区, which is very convenient. A lovely touch was that they prepared goodie bags with mineral water and lotion for us when they saw us heading into the scenic area, and also on the day we checked out. They also introduced us to local horse riding guides for a one-hour ride into the woods. It was a very different experience compared to the horse riding activities inside the scenic area, as this one brought us deeper into the forest and felt much more authentic and peaceful. Breakfast was decent. The stay also has its own halal restaurant, which was very convenient when we were too tired or lazy to drive into town for food. Overall, a comfortable and thoughtful stay with warm hospitality.
