Nice quiet relax environment. They have chef from Cantonese. Best breakfast place & the food he cook for our dinner really very nice. Standard very good highly recommend this resort.

To be honest my review is based on a basement room which was not ideal as the window was half way under the ground and easily people could see inside. Also the shower was terrible and once u showered the entire toilet area including part of the corridor got flooded as the drainage was blocked. It was not a good experience to be honest but I’m sure it is one of the better hotels in the area. Generally they need better hotels to be built in this area for tourist no doubt. Prices are also very high compared to other regions of Xinjiang.

這個酒店算是我們新疆旅行當中，住過性價比最高的酒店，也讓我們這次在那拉提的旅行格外舒心。 在選擇這個酒店之前，其實翻看了很多，有民宿有酒店，一開始覺得離景區越近越好，後來覺得也沒必要，住的舒服才是最主要的，所以才選擇了這家酒店，當時這個酒店甚至還沒有一條評價，後來也證明選擇對了。 入住這個酒店，有好幾個讓我印象深刻的地方， 1.【接站服務】酒店是有接站服務的，我們是從伊寧客運站出發，坐的大巴來到的那拉提，到站之後聯繫了前台小姐姐，沒幾分鐘就開車來接我們了，到了之後才知道，原來也就幾百米的距離，不過拖着行李箱終究不方便，這點還是要點贊~ 2.【酒店設施】剛進房間，就感覺裝修的真好，乾淨明亮，還有智能馬桶，語音助手，電動窗簾，房間里居然還配有洗衣機，而且還有75英寸的電視，連上手機投屏看阿勒泰，爽飛！床也非常舒服，可惜忘記問是什麼品牌的床品了，那兩天睡得好香。 3.【景區免費接送！】無意中的聊天，問了下酒店工作人員明天早上能不能送我們去景區門口，意外解鎖了免費接送景區的服務，😂小姐姐人太好了，早上九點就給我們送到景區了，還跟我們説出景區的時候打電話聯繫她，再來接我們回去，不過逛完景區之後，我們就一邊溜達一邊找吃的了，慢慢走回去了。 4.【超強的保潔阿姨】逛完景區回酒店的時候，這家酒店再次震驚了我，一開門，本來鋪在地上的行李箱，散落在地上的鞋，扔在床上的睡衣，昨天刷的鞋，洗的襪子，全部整整齊齊的給我們收拾好了，鞋本來放門口的，被保潔阿姨拿到了窗前晾乾，還有襪子給我們掛好，睡衣給疊好放床上，洗漱包那些也是整整齊齊。我倆都服了，專門還去前台找兩個前台小哥哥説，他們倆一開始還一臉緊張的站起來，以為是保潔阿姨動我們東西，我們生氣了，哈哈，我説我就是來專門誇誇保潔阿姨的，真厲害👍🏻 不過這個事還是得看人，有些人可能會很介意別人動了自己東西，如果能提前溝通可能會更好，但是我們覺得這個真的很驚喜。 5.【期待的露台】我們還被帶去了四樓參觀了一下露台，這個露台可以看到酒店後面山的景色，當時下雨所以感覺好漂亮，衹是露台還沒修建好，非常期待！下次還會來這家酒店看一看。 另外提醒一下來那拉提玩的朋友，景區門票是48小時的，所以可以算算時間，下午剛來應該就可以進景區玩，而不是像我們一樣，第一天下午來了之後，沒買票，就衹在外圍轉轉就走了。 後來遇到了別的遊客才知道，他們第一天下午，第二天上午，第三天上午，都在入園遊玩！！能玩兒兩天半！！！具體可以問問那拉提景區的服務小姐姐，看看時間是從買票開始計算，還是從入園開始計算。 另外零食飲料礦泉水，放心大膽的在那拉提服務區那裡買就行，這是那拉提景區給我的震撼，景區裏東西比外頭便宜………酸奶景區7塊，外頭8塊……感興趣可以對比對比

那拉提景區下面國道馬路兩邊的酒店基本都是新開業的，設施設備全新，隨便入住哪一家應該都不錯。 不過！！！來御豪之前在隔壁鑫都佳悦酒店慘遭滑鐵盧，頭一次**訂酒店就碰釘子了。7大兩小一路從烏魯木齊游來都是訂3間雙床，沒有一家酒店一定要求每間房衹能入住兩成年人，多餘的人頭意思讓加房！我呸！***還邪乎了！**攜程黑鑽趕上來你這**小九九遭不平等待遇了！***鑫都算哪根葱！你這要擱攜程，**投訴到你哭着寫檢討1000字！以後上哪都記得你這幅裝作正規操作實際不知道殘害多少遊客的嘴臉，你看我像好欺負的咩？有本事來廣州單挑？！！前台經理還是啥的，****！一看就不是本地人的***！！！我呸！****！遊得大半夜累死還讓你給我整不會了！！！鑫都佳悦，你給**記住，衹要你敢上攜程，我一定會回來找你的！！！ 説回來，御豪的服務簡直跟鑫都那個***千差萬別，從垃圾鑫都操作完退房，立馬來御豪辦了入住，還特意問了人家是不是有這個標雙衹能入住兩成年人的規定，人家説沒有誒，都是默認3-4人都可以。 擱你那垃圾鑫都就摳門扣到你前台經理老家了！！！***像是吃早餐不會按人頭補差價的人麼，再説你早餐哪個**我還看不上！用品你給多一份就**就破產了麼！？不提供我們自己肯定也會有啊，就一定等着你那垃圾用品才能完成洗涑呀！！！鑫都佳悦，***趕緊歇業倒閉算了，別在那拉提做一個攪屎棍了！！！ 人家御豪的前台小姐姐人美心善，服務又好，當晚就給了我們最優惠價格入住！感謝！特別提出前台有個戴眼鏡的小哥哥看着很乖巧懂事的大堂服務員，也馬上幫我們去隔壁鑫都拿了行李送到房間！第二天因為有同行朋友需要提前回去，沒有網約車去那拉提機場，找到他幫忙，給了非常貼切的友情價把朋友大早上送到機場，真是太好了！這個評價滿分不給你們給誰！！下次有機會再去再來入住，會一會這位前台小哥哥！ 那個酒店圖片沒有，借幾張那拉提風景圖！

那拉提冬天太冷啦，建議大家來都要穿厚點，我們住的這家民宿是這次旅遊路上最好的一家民宿，首先一進房間一股熱氣撲面而來，房間很温暖，也很寬敞，乾濕分離的設計我很喜歡，床品也很舒適，雖然外面風很大，感覺還是能睡個好覺，其次熱水也很給力，我們運氣也很好站在天台還看到了星空銀河，向遠方眺望還有田野雪山美景，真的很不錯，還有民宿老闆也很熱情，有求必應，我們不方便開車還特意接送我們，體驗感真的太棒了👏
