Location: The location is near afew famous tourist street. However, the bus stop to take the bus to the railway station is at a location that requires you to go through one of these streets. The pavement on these streets are uneven and rough, making it difficult for you to move through with your luggage. Cleanliness: The room is quite clean. The hairdryer holder have afew strands of hair from previous users but otherwise, no issue with cleanliness. If you click on the switch to request room to be tidied up when you are out, they will tidy up the room for you nicely and even replenish the supplies you’ve used like bedroom slippers, toothbrush, etc. Service: The staff are friendly and Informative. They make sure to notify you of where each item you need are located. They helped to store my cake in the fridge for me so that it won’t turn bad during my stay there. If you order delivery, you can request for the driver to place the food on the counter and notify the staff. They will bring the food to your room. Amenities: The firmness of the bed and pillows are just right, ensuring that I sleep comfortably. I’m not sure if the hair dryer is legit as I do not own one. The hair dryer makes my hair more dry but it blows dry quickly. There’s no hair condition so please bring your own if needed. I have oily scalp so their shampoo wasn’t too my liking but I do like their shower gel. Their disposable toothbrush is very soft, even sensitive gums can use it. The TV is very big and there are vip subscription for all the Chinese streaming apps, allowing my friend to enjoy her favourite TV Drama series. Overall, my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Location is good, convenient and situated at a very good spot. Reception service was excellent, friendly and helpful. Room was beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean. Toilet was equipped with high tech facilities and the amenities were comprehensive and useful.. I’m very impressed and would definitely recommend to friends to stay at this hotel. I give a 5-star rating 😊

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you to Jay, Chen Gaojun, and 乔卫岭, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Jay was consistently attentive and made sure every request was handled promptly. Chen Gaojun brought a level of care and friendliness that made interactions feel personal and sincere. 乔卫岭 was equally outstanding, always ready to assist with a smile and ensuring a smooth, comfortable experience. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent amenities, but it’s truly the people who make it stand out. Their dedication to service turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just comfort, but genuine hospitality. We had a wonderful stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better location in Yangzhou. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area near Dongguan Street, which made it feel calm and removed from the crowds, while still being perfectly placed for exploring the old city on foot. The room was beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, blending modern comfort with traditional architectural details. Everything was clean, well maintained, and felt intentionally done rather than generic. What really surprised us was discovering the hidden courtyards throughout the hotel, along with a traditional tea house on site. Walking through these spaces felt like stepping into a small historic compound rather than a standard hotel — peaceful, atmospheric, and full of character. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist and happy to share information when needed, without ever being intrusive. If you’re looking for a place that reflects the slow, cultural rhythm of Yangzhou, this hotel is a perfect fit. Highly recommended, especially for couples or anyone wanting a quieter, more meaningful stay.

酒店位置非常好，可以走路去東關街、個園和瘦西湖，附近有很多出名的揚州早茶，有冶春、趣園、富春這些店。酒店早餐還不錯。設施方面，隔音也很好，我房間臨馬路邊，但是玻璃很厚聽不到噪音，窗簾遮光效果也很好。加上是新開沒多久的店，設施都比較新，衞生也不錯。前台送了份水果，還給了伴手禮，服務態度都不錯。

酒店整體服務非常好，辦理入住非常迅速，並且也送了揚州特產揚大酸奶作為歡迎禮品，非常貼心🎉房間整體非乾淨，設施設備還是非常不錯的，整體非常新，空間也足夠大，入住體驗非常好👍附近吃飯非常方便，走路大概10分鐘就有大學城夜市，本地特色菜也好有，選的非常多，有小攤子也有本地的餐飲店，各個檔次都有，最重要的是打車去高鐵站很方便，很容易叫車。如果對定位不熟悉的話可以讓前台幫忙叫車，這樣叫車會快一些，前台的工作人員都非常熱情，非常願意幫忙，非常推薦入住👍

Hotel is easy to reach and very nice. The staff is friendly, helpful. Hotel clean and big enough~ we have a small sofa there! Staff Mr, Huang(小黄） is kindly to help, and also other pretty lady staff! Keep giving us opinion and try their best to solve our issues as well! Very happy to have so comfortable stay here, hotel location really nice easy to go those famous place! Will come again!

The resort grounds are beautiful. The room was great with the outside tub. It was very far from town and we could not get a Didi to come there so we had to take a bus to go to splendid west lake. I booked a room that said it came with free flow mini bar, fishing, biking and entry into the wetlands. There was no minibar and when I asked, they brought us two bags of chips and sodas. This is not what I call free flow or a bar. I complained to trip and they eventually sent us a bottle of wine. I never received any info about the fishing or biking, even though I asked. There is no entry fee to the wetlands so I’m not sure why they put this as a perk. Also, the bar out front was closed and the lobby bar only had fruit beer. There was a sign with 20 drinks listed but everything was out. The restaurant was amazing and the most positive experience. Great food and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was awesome. The restaurant had beverages but they do not open until 6 PM. I would not stay here again based on my experience.

ห้องพักสไตล์จีนโบราณ อยู่ในถนนตงกวนเลย เที่ยวสะดวก เดินทางสะดวก พนักงานเป็นมิตร แมวน่ารัก ห้องสะอาด ผ้าเช็ดตัวเป็นแบบใช้แล้วทิ้ง มีหมวกคลุมอาบน้ำให้ ดีไปหมดทุกอย่าง ยกเว้นน้ำร้อนร้อนช้า และถ้ามีคนใช้น้ำร้อนพร้อมกันมากๆ น้ำจะไม่ค่อยร้อน

:過了揚州的旅遊旺季，感覺人確實少了很多，從高鐵站下車就有感覺，景區也很舒適。住酒店人也明顯少了很多，很舒服，不擁擠。酒店服務是老牌五星，還是很專業的，不管是前台接待，還是餐廳服務員。早餐品種還是很多的，揚州的特色早餐，麪條、包子都有。房間面積很大，住起來很舒適，酒店機器人是小朋友最喜歡[強]
