JjowensgNewly opened. Room is clean and spacious. Front reception is friendly. The manager even help us carry our luggage to the room. They had a surprise chicken hot pot for guest the day we were there. Highly recommend to stay here. Free Americano and frozen pear.

YYi Wen CheungVery nice service. Good Location, just infront of the water market. Breakfast is nice. Have laundry with dryer. Service/Front Desk/cleaner are so nice. Room size are big. Price are so cheap and worth to have all what I gets from this hotel. Highly recommend from what this hotels provide. Can just book without any thinking.

ННадежда МунThis is a wonderful hotel! The atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant. In the lobby of the hotel there are items from the Harry Potter movie universe. You can take some photos. This is a great offer for fans of this movie. The location of the hotel is near shopping centers, a bus stop, cafes and restaurants. Clean and cozy. Large beds, soft pillows, warm blankets. The wet area is separated from the dry. Smart toilet system. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Friendly staff. I recommend booking this hotel! I want to come back here again and again.

ННадежда МунThis is a fantastic hotel! Everything here is very well organized. The hotel staff speaks English. The transfer from the station of the high-speed railway took and brought us to the hotel. The room already contained welcome fruits and gifts. Spacious room on the 10th floor with a beautiful view. The room has everything and even more for comfort to feel at home. There are cups for coffee and tea. Wine glasses and even a corkscrew to open the bottle. The fridge already had chilled water. In such heat, it's a pleasant concern. In the bathroom, everything was also organized beautifully and a pleasant little thing - a rose petal. Soft pillows, comfortable beds. The hotel is very conveniently located. There are many attractions: Dinosaur Museum, Korean Folk Garden, Dinosaur Kingdom. The Pearl Tower can be quickly reached by taxi. Great and varied breakfast every day. Me and my friends really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I want to come back here again!

PPengguna TetamuWe ordered a room with one double bed and one single bed. The room is spacious and the hotel provided a very good self service laundry facility. The location is superb! But, as a foreigner we tried to use some postage service to send some parcels. The hotel reception didn’t help us much, only provide us a delivery man WeChat. But the attendant didn’t approve our request or respond to us. We tried to settle our delivery, but the other delivery man turned down our request due to foreigner status. When we returned to the hotel to look for the parcels. The hotel attendant mentioned nothing at their counter. After numerous check then only told us the parcels in their store room. The same attendant who turn us down on the day we check in, easily called the delivery man to pick up our parcel. We are kind of disappointed and frustrated especially this should be quite a good rated hotel in Yanji. As foreigner we need quite some help to do some simple delivery within the country. We went thru all the hassles during our holiday. Actually, the hotel reception didn’t intend to help much at first, only help us when we had to went thru all the troubles. There is so much can be improve on the service standards especially for foreigner like us.

AAldiceThe hotel’s location is excellent.
On one side, there’s a large shopping mall and plenty of dining options. On the other, it’s quiet and easy to find.
The reception is on the 14th floor, where you’ll also find the laundry room and the breakfast buffet.
The room was clean and cozy. Housekeeping and towel change happen every day.
The power outlets accept European plugs. All basic toiletries are provided except for hair conditioner — for some reason this chain doesn’t include it, so better bring your own.
I’ve stayed at Ji hotels in several different cities, and the quality is consistently good.
The staff is friendly and polite.
I recommend staying here.
I can’t fit all my impressions into this review, so I’ve written a separate note that I hope will be useful for fellow travelers.

JJulia Biryuk2D2N in this hotel in the off-season. I booked it based on the good reviews! BUT there were some unexpected things nobody talks about! Let’s go for a quick review👇🏻
What was good:
• Super clean
• A good firm mattress and two pillows to choose from: one soft and one firm ✨
• The bidet 🥰
• The price
• Good Korean-style breakfast, but the same every day
• Showroom full of Korean costumes
• Sweet girl at reception, although she was a bit shy with foreigners 🤪
• Quiet outside, warm inside, and the air is fresher than in the city
What was disappointing:
• The TV turns on every time we come back — it’s kinda annoying
• Since neither of us knows Chinese, we couldn’t use the voice assistant. We could've used it in English, but nobody helped us set it up (but it’s okay, because we visited just for the weekend)
• Disposable towels 😅 (I prefer the soft cuddle of a real towel/bathrobe after a shower)
• There were no dental supplies. It was disappointing and unexpected (but maybe it’s okay for a hotel at this price, who knows?)
General conclusion:
It’s the best option for a Korean-style photoshoot for a few days. Good for sleeping after walking around all day. But if you’re visiting just for the weekend and you don’t need photos, it’s better to stay somewhere near the city centre.
As for me, I like fresh air, and in this hotel I could have it. In the city centre it’s only air-conditioned, so this is kinda the better choice for me…
What about you? Who knows! Next time I’m gonna try a hotel in the centre or with hot springs.

HHongyumama實話實説，酒店的設施、環境、衞生以及地理位置都不錯，值得給滿分，走路到網紅牆不到一公里，早餐也很豐盛可口，唯一的瑕疵就是服務。首先，定了三個標間，有長者有孩子，麻煩前台給安排三個相鄰的房間方便照顧，結果前台接待臉臭的不行，説已經安排好的房間，告訴其他客人了。行吧，為什麼沒有人提前告訴我給我安排的哪個房間呢？結果安排了不同樓層的房間。不通人情在這家店體現的淋漓盡致。其次，下午四點多到店的，結果告訴我房間還沒有收拾出來，還得等一個小時，那請問我第二天下午四點退房你們同意嗎？果斷聯繫攜程客服後，結果告訴我馬上可以入住了，原因我就不説了，不過這件事得給攜程上大分，以後還會在這個平台訂酒店。
