SSeasoned travellerThe staff are superb! Helpful and response promptly to requests. The welcoming drinks and tidbits plus the light, simple but warm supper was very thoughtful of the hotel.
The pick up/ drop off service from the railway station was excellent.

PPengguna TetamuStrangely, this is by far the best hotel I've stayed during my 21 days travelling in China on a USD 100-125 per night budget. It has electronic face scanner at the door (for Chinese speaker only tho, or just use the keycard like me as usual) and in-room Ai (Chinese language only) and the room size is generous, high ceiling, very well-appointed and maintained. Bathroom is super clean (aka. no corner mould). They're a bit far from the Yichang downtown, but then Didi taxi is cheap in China so we just hail a Didi for meals. They also have free airport shuttle for my 5.30am check out. Will stay here again when I'm at Yichang.

PPengguna TetamuThe room is bigger than my expectation. It is very clean and does not smell of cigarette. I especially like the hot shower. Strong and hot. Everything from bath towels, face towels, hand towels, paper cups are all wrapped up with plastic bag. I arrived late and was glad there was a restaurant on the ground floor that is still operating. The food is delicious. Especially the soup. Location wise even though is within walking distance to the HSR, I would recommend that to flag down a taxi because there is a lot of walking and with a heavy luggage it is quite challenging carrying the luggage up the stairs. There's plenty of taxi. I managed to get a taxi at 8am. Opposite the hotel at night there are lots of hawker food. Check in was fast and there is a tour desk on the ground floor I will definitely come back.

AAllen M ZI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made check-in a breeze.
The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep.
The on-site restaurant deserves a special mention too. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious options.
What really stood out, though, was how helpful the staff were throughout my stay. When I needed recommendations for local attractions, they gave detailed, friendly advice that helped me make the most of my trip.
I can't recommend this hotel enough. It's the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

DD SueTravelled with my elderly parents. They were so happy with the room Zhouzhou upgraded us to. Automated toilet flush, high tech hotel. Blinds automatically open or close when u enter or leave the room, mirror light is finger touched. Definitely won’t try another hotel next time. Highly recommended. Not far from the train station. Amazing view!!! Superb will give them 20/10 for the room they upgraded us to.

IIvy_Oh1. Hotel location is perfect as the Three Gorges Tourist Center is just diagonal opposite the hotel, and Wanda Shopping Mall is also just next to it.
2. The hotel is new, and the smell of the new wooden furniture is too strong and I guess that's why some of the doors of the unoccupied room (included mine) were open which I personally felt a bit uncomfortable as any guess may just step in to any room to do something silly.
3. I stayed for 3 nights, and 1st 2 nights was ok but on the 3rd night, someone checked-in and occupied next to my room, I was in the middle of my sleep and suddenly a piercing sound entered my ears, the sound last for almost 1 min and it seems not ending and so I contacted the counter to seek for help, the counter staff explained that the location of the toilet of room# 1310 is next to the bedframe of room# 1309, they can send me the ear plug for time being and let me change the room the next day. I told them I will be checking out the next day and I am not use to sleep with an ear plug, I hope the sound will end soon and I also tell the staff to escalate this matter up. During my check-out, the counter staff had asked how was my stay and I told her the incident too. I told her that I am not happy especially when the hotel said they can help me to change the room on the next day, my comment was if the hotel already know of this problem, so why are they still arrange guest to stay in room# 1310?? At the end of the day, I am being given some snacks and small souvenirs and 2 bottles of mineral water as compensation.
My question to the hotel: why put the blame on the design/layout and not employee training?? Why you know this is the problem but yet still allow the problematic room to be occupied?
For the seek of the reputation of the hotel, please shut down the problematic room until you fixed the problem!

PPengguna TetamuThe owner is very friendly and helpful. Pickup and drop off at Yichang airport is foc. The only downside is there is hardly any restaurant nearby. This area consist of only 2 rows of houses of which some are turned into Homestay. The only thing good is that is is only about 10 mins drive away from the airport. If staying downtown it takes about 1 hour to reach the airport if there is no traffic jam. If staying here best buy some food in advance in downtown before arriving at Homestay. Breakfast is provided by owner. It was a bowl of noodles which taste quite nice. And they have a digital weighing scale which is helpful to ensure our checked in luggage at airport is within the weight.

LLijiang PapaTHis hotel was worth it primarily because the price was decent. Some of the downsides for this hotel are that we were on the 12th floor and the 5th and 6th floor KTV could be heard late into the night. The parking is free but every single time you leave you have to scan a code and input your license plate. It's worth it to scan the code cause parking was expensive. It was annoying if you forgot and had to run back in to the front desk. I think simply having a card with the QR code on it would work but if they passed those cards out then a lot of people might abuse the system and park for free even if they weren't staying there. So I understand why the system. The acutal room is quite small but it worked for us. Price was low which was why I booked. The room is a bit outdated and old and has the typical older hotel smell but overall it worked for what we needed. Staff were generally helpful.

PPengguna TetamuGreat location to catch local busses-which go everywhere. (Bus station platforms have a cash machine with dedicated turnstile to enter- look for it.) Easy/quick walking distance to stores/fruit vendors, even late. Reasonable walk to Yiling Square. (FANTASTIC restaurant up the street, taking a RIGHT exiting the hotel, walk up maybe 75 meters and it is across the street- modern design, bright lighting, excellent food, fun/awesome staff. Stores located in same direction); Very nice desk old lady, messages returned in reasonable time. Site has no English markings. Room appears to have been smoked in- scent of it, yellowing of all things- needs full cleaning and paint job. Bed otherwise comfortable. Bathroom adequate. Functional and affordable for solo male backpacker. Accessible to 3 Gorges Dam by going to the Tourist Center bus station, next to EAST HSR station. Local busses very useful, efficient, and cheap. I was able to get to the 3 Gorges Dam Tourist Center and return entirely by AMap Global app (essential in China) and busses, for less than $10USD.
