This was our third stay at the hotel. You can’t beat the location. While the same line of hotels has a newer, larger or more glamorous location near Rainbow Island… This one’s in the heart of the city and just makes so much more sense for ease of access to activities throughout the day. All The food and night market access within 5 min walk. Park and river within 5 mins. The mall across the street has activities for kids (roller skating, swimming, arcade etc). Taxi’s and didi’s are easy to come by. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. Daily room cleanings any time of day. Breakfast is delish (noodles 😍). Ad the work out facility in the basement is a full gym!! Easy to get delivery too!

Super nice view over Dongping and the river and the mountains. 23rd floor. The small room provided everything I needed. Also the staff was super helpful and friendly.

前台服務：特別熱情貼心，辦理入住退房效率很高，有任何問題都耐心解答，服務態度滿分。酒店環境：特別好，大堂雅緻乾淨，整體氛圍感超舒服。房間設施保養的很好，佈局合理，住着特別舒心。衞生做得特別到位，房間、衞生間無異味無雜物，床品乾淨柔軟， 還配有自助洗衣房，洗衣機烘乾機都能用，洗護齊全，出行洗衣服特別方便。早餐品類豐富、食材新鮮，口味很不錯。沒想到還有免費午餐可以享用，性價比直接拉滿，太良心了！酒店自帶停車場，車位充足，進出停車特別方便，自駕出行完全不用愁。

沅江出差選了戴姆斯至尊酒店，體驗超預期！房間寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨無異味，乳膠床墊睡得特別踏實 。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住很快，還主動介紹設施。自助早餐品類豐富，還有甜酒釀餈粑，味道很贊 。免費停車、健身房、洗衣房都有，性價比高，下次來沅江還住這！

We had a decent experience at this hotel. The location is good and they have the appearance of luxury, but the service and amenities are not as good as you would expect for a 5* Wyndham. Services such as laundry are very expensive and charged per item. The service was not the best and staff were not as willing to help as our last stay. Compared to experiences at other hotels in Hunan, it is not worth the price and I can see why it is mainly a business hotel as people should not spend their personal money to stay here.

這次入住整體體驗非常滿意，必須好好誇一下酒店的服務。從辦理入住開始，前台工作人員態度熱情有禮貌，辦理速度很快，全程耐心解答問題，沒有不耐煩。入住期間保潔、客房服務響應及時，有需求都能第一時間處理，細節做得很到位。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，隔音效果也不錯，睡得很安穩。整體服務貼心周到，工作人員專業又友善，出行住這裏很安心舒適，性價比很高，下次來還會選擇這家，也推薦給大家！

Great location. The room is spacious and clean. Hope the management will look into replacing the air conditioner, it is dirty, it turn on and off by itself.

路過益陽，住宿一晚，還不錯，乾淨衞生，經濟實惠，還給多了一張被子給小孩，床1.35米比1.2米好多了，早餐有麪食，粥，雞蛋，牛奶，蕃薯，性價比高
