PPengguna Tetamufabulous customer service upon arrival for checkin with Alex, ever so friendly and hospitable, made me feel welcome, also a shoutout to Celia front desk, required assistance with my bicycle and other points of interest, sorted all my quieries and was ever so kind to juggle me with my myriad of questions and check in all guests. multi taking employee @ Toc, loved the historical central location, overall quiet, respectful staff including Jony @ night shift. Toc seems like a hotel upon entrance, fab social scene at the entrance with billiard tabe, tables for computer use, rooms warm and quiet, just bring ear plugs for the weekends. Kitchen has limited supplies, but functional..highly recommend a stay at Toc,..certainly will return.

RRiazFWe came here from a budget hotel so our thoughts on entering the room first were wow and amazing.
I've stayed in 5 star hotels few times and also 1 star hotels so have an expectation of rooms and service.
The room is spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. Got a good rest. There is a comfortable couch, big TV, separate toilet, shower and bath tub, mini kitchen area and AC.
Room:
Spacious, modern, comfortable, dining table but only one chair...
Mini Kitchen:
There was a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and sink but no cutlery which seemed strange as you would expect these things to be there. You had to request cutlery etc.. at reception and collect from the buffet area yourself.
Shower:
The shower was awesome. Spacious with overhead and handle shower. Lots of toiletries. Could have benefitted with more hangers. Has an appealing deco.
Reception:
Took some time to check in with people before us in a queue. Maybe checkin can be streamlined more especially if all prebooked and prepaid.
We were able to add late check out till 5pm for about £20. We came back to the hotel before 5, I asked for some tea bags, but was given a key card, which was weird but just misunderstanding but it meant wasting few minutes we needed for packing. Then our key card wouldn't work on the door which took another few minutes to fix.
We were able to get some hot water for the tea afterwards which was kind of them.
There is a gym but didn't get chance to use it.
Some staff has good English so communication isn't an issue and they will help you with what you need.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Gran Hotel Miramar GL during my stay from November 1st to 4th, 2025. The hotel is stunning—elegantly designed with a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a beautiful view.
The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Every detail, from the check-in process to the housekeeping service, was handled with care and efficiency.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. The hotel's location is ideal—peaceful yet close to the beach and city attractions.
Overall, Gran Hotel Miramar GL exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Málaga.

PPengguna TetamuIt’s a decent hostel in terms of hygiene and amenities, and the owner welcomed me professionally. However, it could be a lot better as I was placed in a dormitory with some highly unpleasant characters who were extremely noisy and stank of vile ******** and disgusting stale sweat. Worse still, no rules about noise were enforced by the night receptionist as people were watching TV and having loud phone conversations after midnight in the common area. I’m sure you can a do a lot better — if you don’t see a problem with the noise late at night and people standing outside your entrance smoking ********, then please market yourself as a party hostel and I’ll choose somewhere else to stay to get a good night’s sleep.

SSavy GandhiThe hotel location is amazing. Breakfast is great but one day in the morning my wife was eating a cake and it had a mold on it. There is a water and free coffee station is also very good. The cleaning girl changed the bedsheets and towels but always missed to sweep the floor. We did complaint at the reception. The reception people were very helpful all the time. Everyone spoke English with us and was easy to explain. AC is centrally controlled so you cannot do much if you want to decrease the temp.

SSmonChauHotel location is excellent, it’ located in the heard of tourist area. Hotel room is clean, big enough to open 2 of our 30” suitcases, bed and pillows are comfortable as well. All the hotel staffs are professional, helpful and super nice. i highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Malaga.

PPengguna TetamuWe loved our stay at Four Point! The staff were incredibly helpful! We were allowed to check-in 3 hours ahead of time as the room was available. They were extremely helpful with all information regarding what to do in Malaga and how to get around.
Cristina and David were just wonderful!
The room was big enough for two. There was plenty of space to hang our clothes and store multiple suitcases. The bathroom was just perfect with an ingenious door that could be used to close the shower and give privacy while using the toilet. I am taking that idea home!!
There were plenty of toiletries (shampoos, conditioner, shower gel, hand soup and body lotion) and a strong hairdryer.
Do not be put off by the star rating. This is easily a 3 star and the rooms are much bigger than any 3 star hotel in London or NY.
