Cari Hotel 3-Star di Malaga

Asked for someone to meet me at the accomodation and was greeted by the friendly Agnes and Marcos. Agnes showed me to my room and brought me around to show me the mini kitchen that has Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave and utensils. Found my room very pleasant, clean. Worth the stay. Only negative is the Nespresso machine needs some cleaning/maintenance. I tested the machine without putting in a pod and found brown water coming out with particles. I did not make a drink from it. Otherwise, my 2 nights stay was good. Even arranged a taxi for me to the airport.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was calm, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also convenient and made getting around very easy. The only small improvement I would suggest is having a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. This would make the stay even more comfortable, especially for guests who enjoy a hot drink in the room. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

I thought this was a great apartment in a quiet residential area. Modern and clean and included a washing machine which was very handy. As I booked at short notice, I had to phone to chase the online check in process which involved taking a picture of my passport, but this was pretty straightforward. Now i've got the hang of it, I would certainly go back.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel did a good upgrade. The only wish is that their airport shuttle was available at earlier hours. We had to leave at 4, but the shuttle starts at 5, and we had to find a taxi. Otherwise, no negative experience.

We reserved the loft and we had high expectation with the accommodation given that the photos and reviews were great. In reality, everything was great as expected including cleanliness, location and amenities. It is very close to Malaga Cathedral, and the room environment is decently refurbished. However, the service is not up to standard. First of all, we arrived early and requested for an early check-in. However, the request cannot be fulfilled. Second, there was no luggage storage within the facility and we had no choice but to spend extra money for nearby lockers. Third, the check-in service is all set up and processed via online check-in form and WhatsApp. The contact persons are not helpful as our requests were not fulfilled. No early check-in, no luggage storage and no real-person concierge. Also, the Wi-Fi password is too complicated and the room access requires the hotel Wi-Fi connection. The mobile connection is weak for the area. Overall, the accommodation was great, but the guest service has a big room of improvement.

Good location, within 10 mins walk to both central stations, so great place to base in. Very easy to walk to center as well (around 10-12 mins walk), and good transport links to various places, with the bus stop to the airport within 5 mins walk from hotel. Biggest problem is that room's beds do not actually come with blankets (kind of strange, not sure why), they only come with beddings (like coverings that are very thin). Service is great and they let you leave baggage with them as well after/before check out check in.

호텔 상세 사진에 나온 그대로입니다. 아늑하고 예뻐요. 올드타운 중심지에 위치해있어서 시끄러울 수 있지만, 귀마개도 준비해주셨고 저는 잘자는 편이라 편하게 지냈어요. 아파트먼트 형식이라 음식도 해먹을 수 있어서 좋아요. 화장실 걱정 했는데 생각보다 넓고 청결해요! 전체적으로 청소 잘해준듯해요. 다만 식기는 한 번씩 더 잘 닦아야해요. 체크인 과정 복잡하다고 하지만 저는 며칠전부터 미리 연락보내서 링크받았고 링크안에서 체크인 정보만 미리 입력해둔다면 3시도 아니고 미리 2시에 한시간 일찍 입실할 수 있었어요! 여기 예약하실 분들은 체크인 미리 챙겨야하는 점 참고하세요 ㅎㅎ
