The basic room is really basic. There isn't even a kettle... It was barely given any attention; the entire shower wall was covered in mold, which could have been cleaned. 360 turn to grab toilet paper. 2 head hits on the shelf above the bed… The whole property lacks design thinking. I'd say they're more focused on renting it as a whole, for weddings, etc., than on the individual experience, which is understandable: location, space, competition. But 3-5 details would make a huge difference. :) Nevertheless I think the other rooms are much better. They were just a bit tired, end of the season. The pool is fabulous; we were allowed to enjoy it after checkout, which was very appreciated, considering our flight was at 5:00 PM. The breakfast is excellent; thank you, Camila, for the delicious scrambled eggs and friendly chat; the rating went up that morning. 💫 But we won't be returning or recommending it to our friends and family.

Au delà de nos attentes ! Personnel courtois, avenant et très poli. La nourriture était excellente et très variée que ce soit pour le petit-déjeuner ou le souper. Très propre et lits confortables. Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits et sommes ravis ! Je recommande fortement !

The location , hotel , spa and hotel are all excellent. The hotel is possibly a four star and the villas are 5* the only gripe was the check in. Wow that was a painful experience. Arrive an hour early to ensure you don’t waste time stood waiting for very slow and incompetent staff. The shop at the hotel is expensive , see photos for October 2024 prices.

I love this hotel. Highly professional and friendly service, calm and peaceful with lovely views. Fantastic spa facilities and wonderful wines and cuisine. Highly recommended whether traveling with a group or solo. I will continue to return here

Sauberkeit in Ordnung ! Lage war uns vorher bekannt, dass das Hotel nicht zentral ist. Passte aber gut für uns mit kleinen Kindern. Große Park Anlage. Preis Leistung passt leider aber so gar nicht. Service sehr unfreundlich ! Buffet für 2 Erwachsene und vier Kinder 210,- € mit einer Flasche Wasser und einem Apfelsaft finde ich dann etwas überzogen für das, was man geboten bekommt. Da kenne ich in Muro deutlich besseren Service aus 5 Sterne Hotels

Quaint hotel with a nice pool and bungalow type rooms that open up to the pool. The breakfast is quite good, fresh and tasty, nice coffee. Has a fitness room, that I used, some yoga mats and kettles would be appreciated. Extremely friendly waiter😊

去之前有一些擔心，去了之後體驗很好 5月初人就挺多的，基本都是白人，偶爾有兩個亞裔面孔，多半是韓國人。前台英文很好，講解得很清楚。可以半包可以全包，會給你戴一個手環當作鑰匙和付款的憑證，離店的時候剪掉，不同的顏色代表不同類型的客人。 酒店在馬略卡東南角，cala egos旁邊，酒店門口有公交車站和Taxi站，到機場自駕1小時左右。不知道還以為cala egos是酒店私人沙灘呢，玩水很方便。果凍海很美，非常漂亮，安靜，很適合度假。 裝修比較現代，房間也很大，住的套房，每天送一大瓶水，陽台就在泳池旁邊、自助餐廳上面。酒店每天不同時段都有各種活動可以在前台看安排表，基本每天晚上在水吧都有表演，白人全聚集在那喝酒社交。自助餐廳每天晚上的主題都不一樣，選擇挺多的。 缺點：衞生間有點反臭，洗澡水是鹹的（海水過濾）。但都在可以忽略。

En general, el hotel no estaba mal. La habitación estaba limpia. Cosas que mejoraría: los colchones y almohadas, eran un poco incómodos. La almohada solo había una y era super baja y el colchón te clavabas un poco los muelles… Por otro lado, la primera noche que llegamos no teníamos ni cobertura (que se entiende al estar un poco apartado) ni wifi. Salimos a recepción a preguntar y nos dijeron que el wifi iba y venía… cosa que nos pareció un poco mal ya que no podíamos planificar nada. Teníamos que salir fuera cerca de la recepción para coger algo de wifi. Al día siguiente, vimos a un señor de mantenimiento arreglando algo cerca de nuestra habitación y desde ese día ya tuvimos wifi en la habitación. Plancha tampoco tienen; ni en la habitación ni en recepción. Por último, un día antes de la salida cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación nos encontramos un papel debajo de la puerta que nos indica que recordásemos pasar por recepción antes de irnos para pagar una Ecotasa que no se especifica en ningún sitio y nisiquiera nos lo dijeronen recepción al hacer el check in ni el segundo día cuando fuimos a que nos escanearan los dnis. Así que bueno, como no se especifica en ningún lado, contad con abonar 2,20 € por persona y día. Por último, el desayuno estaba bien y completo, solo que había 3 leches vegetales de avena caducadas del 10/05; cosa que deberían estar un poco más pendientes.

During my stay (April) was cold weather and heating was not working. Everything other was excellent. Price/quality, food, entertainment, hotel staff, etc.

Hotel is very clean, the all inclusive food is about the standard of a 3 star hotel. What we ate was fine, plenty of choice. We did eat out a few evenings out of choice which we planned to do anyway, but overall the food was plentiful, hot and good enough. The noise from outside the hotel woke us up early each morning. First night, a gardener cutting the trees woke us at 8am. Second night, cars using their horns around 8am, this is by no means a hotel fault! It couldn't be helped. Third night, which sounded like a cleaner using a vacuum as early as 8am? On the last day at 10.15am prior to checkout the cleaner walked into the room expecting us to be out, we were semi dressed which was slightly embarrassing! Surely cleaner shouldn't be going into the room until after the 11am checkout time? The close area to the hotel is very clean and lovely, although on a cold, cloudy day, we struggled to find something to do within the area as we had already visited the marina the previous day. I wouldn't recommend this area for children as close by there is very little else to do other than beach or swimming pool activities. If I were to stay in cala d'Or again I'd consider renting a car so we had more freedom to visit further. Overall, the hot is fab, we really couldn't complain at all for the price we paid.
