Hotel itself is really nice and in a great historic setting. The hotel is remote and id recommend hiring a car as it’s not really possible to walk anywhere. Service was a little slow at lunch and breakfast, felt understaffed, possibly because were coming to the end of the season. Breakfast really good. Bring bug spray, I’ve never been bitten by flys as much as I have here.

This was one of my favorite relaxation hotels ever where I stayed and we will come definitely back next year. Please note that a car definitely is recommended! - Facilities: wonderful hotel facilities with many different buildings, 3 pools (one relaxation pool, a pool with music and bar, a kid‘s pool), two tennis courts, multiple restaurants, etc. Wonderful atmosphere, especially during the night with beautiful lights, and basically everything you need for a high-class, relaxing stay. Very welcoming and helpful staff. - Restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner): we tried out all restaurants and were really happy about the quality and taste of the food and drinks. For the breakfast, a menu is available in addition to the buffet food. The service personnel was partially a lot under stress and it took e.g. quite long to order, both during breakfast and dinner. In addition, there were really friendly waiters, but also some who were rather „strictly transactional“. Unfortunately on our last night, food was not good. - SPA: Spa area was nice and provides different types of treatments/massages. Pool with whirlpool functionality, sauna, „adventure showers“ (don’t be surprised during the first time), and steaming room. - Rooms: beautiful, calm rooms with high-quality furniture and everything we need. Water was provided only on the first day. - Location: I would definitely recommend a car, as this hotel is in the middle of nowhere (which is good for a relaxed vacation). Plenty parking spots are available in front of the hotel. Only 20 minutes to the airport by car. - Wifi: unfortunately not so stable, especially during peak times and when changing locations inside the hotel.

We stayed here on our honeymoon in August for 10 nights. What a place, from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave you feel like you are in relaxation mode. The scenery, setting and amenities are all top class and the surroundings are very clean and well kept. The mix of rustic charm and modern elegance has been combined beautifully. Food: we were on the “endless privileges” package and we were therefore entitled to eat and drink and any of the restaurants/bars for “free”. Our favourite was “Es Mescat”, which feels like a posh meal out and a million miles from a typical “all inclusive” dinner. The Tapas restaurant is also pretty good and in a beautiful setting. Breakfast is outstanding even if the staff do seem flustered when busy. Room: we were in a ponent room, which was spacious and lovely with great aircon (well needed), and the supplied toiletries are brill. Well stocked minibar also included in the EP package. Staff: Generally very nice and accommodating, reception team are great, along with the maintenance team and immediately respond to issues with no question. Drawbacks: 1. Pool bar - food very good and a great selection but service can be very very slow with the staff simply unable to keep up with the demand of two pools at times. 2. Main bar/evening vibe is non existent. Being an isolated resort, it would benefit from better evening atmosphere/entertainment. 3. As a small criticism, we think the restaurants and bars would benefit from some good background music to add to the atmosphere. Overall a brilliant stay, but a few changes could really make this place outstanding. (P.s you will definitely need a hire/rental car if you intend to venture out - there is no bus/shuttle service to/from anywhere)

The hotel with its wonderful buildings including a chapel fully met our expectations and more.Very comfortable rooms,huge grounds, two large swimming pools with plenty of sun beds such that it never felt overcrowded and a very well equipped gym.The breakfast buffet was absolutely top notch and had literally everything from very tasty detox juices through to a wide selection of cooked to order breakfast dishes. A special shoutout to Sally who served us endless coffees always with the brightest of smiles! Dinner options also very good. My only slight gripe was that the pool bar food options were somewhat limited and uninspiring. Would definitely revisit Zoetry Majorca.

I don’t actually want to write a good review as I don’t want people to know how amazing this hotel is and I want to keep it a secret! Everything about the hotel is perfect if you are looking for an adult get away to chill and relax. The hotel and grounds are stylish and classy, the food is really good and there is a great variety and the staff are SO friendly and helpful. Things we loved: Although the hotel was full, it seemed empty, there was never a wait for a table in the restaurants and there were always free sun beds around the pool. Talking of the pool - no one reserved sunbeds with towels so there wasn’t that anxiety of whether you would have somewhere to relax for the day, or the crazy game of having to follow suit and bagsy a bed! That meant that if you’d gone out for the morning/ day, you never worried about whether you could then spend the afternoon around the pool as there was always somewhere to sit and people were courteous about removing their towels if they had finished for the day. Unheard of in usual Spanish hotels in summer! We stayed in a Ponent room right next to the adult pool (rooms 4000s and 5000s) Everything was only a couple of minutes walk away and all the Ponent rooms are around the pools and are single story so you don’t have people upstairs stomping around on your ceiling late at night. You don’t actually hear anyone in the hotel at night/ in the morning. Everyone seems very considerate of others, maybe as it’s not by the beach it deters certain people from staying here. There were a couple of families with children, but even the family pool, where the lunch restaurant was, didn’t seem loud or crazy. There isn’t actually much for children to do here, apart from play in the pool, so again, although not an adult only hotel, it has a couples/ adult only feel. You really felt that it was an intimate resort as apart from in the evening, there were never big groups of people anywhere, and even in the evening it was chilled and not busy. We had planned to go out every day and explore the area, but we loved just relaxing at the hotel so much we only ended going out once! It’s the perfect destination to just get away from it all in the sunshine, with great food and drink. If you are looking for entertainment and a party atmosphere, this isn’t the place for you, but if you want to unwind and recharge - it’s perfect!

Lovely quiet setting within easy reach of the airport. Very friendly staff and excellent accommodation. Very well maintained facilities, great choice of places to relax around the pools. Very good standard of food in the restaurants. My only small complaint would be that although the hotel was far from busy, restaurant service was very slow - There was no lack of staff, just that no-one seemed to be in charge and overseeing the needs of guests.

A wonderfully restful place. Perfect for an autumn break. All the staff were lovely, food was good and the massage was sublime. The restaurant (both the inside area and the outside area) were lovely and the selection of wines was great.

Amazing place - beautiful architecture and deisgn of the hotel, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food - everything was a la carte. Indoor and outdoor pools (one only for adults), spa are available. Everything was perfect. Highly recomend to everyone, especially without kids

This was our second visit to the Zoetry and we had another wonderful time. Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean and staff are excellent - friendly, professional and work hard. The 2 swimming pools and spa are lovely. Food is excellent both at breakfast and dinner. Because of its location you will need a car if you want to explore the island. Our thanks to Lucio and all the staff for looking after us! We will be back!
