This is the best place in the world! The receptionist are warm and welcoming. The food was perfection. The beds are extremely comfortable. Every staff paid attention to detail. My favourites where Cesaer and David - this 2 should be a comedy due - hilarious 😂, they made us laugh so much. Every member of their staff are kind, I love it here and I hope to be back again soon.

What a fantastic hotel! We spent a week there on a bed & breakfast basis in a Star Prestige Junior Suite. The staff welcomed us with a lovely glass of fizz and fresh fruit whilst they checked us in. We were allocated beautiful rooms on the 6th floor with amazing views of the sea. The rooms were spacious, clean and very well equipped with toiletries, hairdryer, iron, safe and well stocked mini bar. We had access to the roof top sun deck with infinity pool, bar and sun loungers. The bar staff were very attentive and friendly. Lots of choice of drinks and lovely fresh snacks. We also made use of the prestige lounge which was a lovely relaxing space with a wide selection of hot drinks. Soft drinks and fresh snacks throughout the day. Our concierge, Felicity, was so friendly and helpful all week with restaurant recommendations and taxi bookings. Breakfast was very good, everything you could think of, all freshly made and good quality and excellent gluten free and dairy free options. Great location, lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby and only a short taxi ride to Palma. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tolles Hotel für einen Winter-Kurztrip.
Die Lage ist super, 200m zum Strand (trotzdem nicht zu sehr im Party-Tourismus), Autobahn ist 1 min entfernt (ideal wenn man einen Mietwagen hat und Anschluss an die Insel haben möchte).
Die Zimmer haben einen kleinen Kühlschrank und sehr bequeme Betten.
Das Essen ist für ein 4 Sterne Hotel entsprechend gut.
Toll: Im Winter ist der Außenpool beheizt (24/25°) und man kann sogar im Februar Nachmittags, wenn die Sonne scheint, schwimmen.!

Great modern hotel set on the beach.we stayed in a sea view apartment and hired a car to see the island and shopped at lidl and ate out in can pastilla rather than pay their tidy sum to dine in the hotel.We would have liked an oven to cook meals however the rings of the hob did meals well.wonderful maids and the indoor pool made this a welcome short break plus the sun came out which was a bonus in January!

This hotel is very nice. Clean, friendly staffs. Foods were delicious and lots of varieties. Location is very near to the beach, just right behind the hotel.
There’s bus stop 2min away from the hotel so quite convenient. But it’s far from downtown. You have to take the bus to get around. It costs only €2 per trip so still ok. You can also take the airport bus from the same station.
Overall, this hotel is worth the money. Would recommend it.

We found the hotel, rooms and dining were all very good. The staff were very helpful and eager to please, especially the very attentive security guard who looked after our bikes in the car park. You can catch a direct bus to Palma from right outside the hotel. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. The only caveat I would have is make sure this hotel is for you. This is, to an extent, a party resort and the hotel reflects this. The guests were predominantly groups of single males, of all ages , with the odd hen party. There was a lot of late night/early morning noise and drunken singing and the bar was often raucous although we never saw any loutish or aggressive behaviour. Just people having a very good time. If you are looking for a relaxing family holiday or romantic getaway I would recommend you consider other hotels.

Excellent hotel with excelent service. The hotel is really nice with very friendly stuff also very calmingathmosphere. The music is great duringthe day, they created a good tastenof zen mood. Also small guesturs likeeveryday leaving water , chocolates in the room. Spa is great and every detail is thought o relqx. For kids they leave special package in the room also onXmas day they left a present in the room personalized and we said this is above expectations. it made our daughter very happy. also during nights live music is great. all in all, it is way better service than a lot offive stars we have been with those extra mile guestures.

We received an upgrade to a fantastic room near the adult only pool. Everything with this hotel is top notch. Best breakfast ever, the dinner at roof top restaurant also perfect. Service superb in reception and bars. Cleaning was absolutly perfect. Comfortable beds and perfect clinmate control and good isolation in walls gave us a perfect sleep. Good location near supermarket and 8 min walk to beach.

We had a lovely family holiday here during half term week. The hotel is well maintained, rooms were comfortable and staff are super friendly. We were self catering and had a few nice meals at the hotel but mostly opted to eat out most eve. Kids enjoyed the outdoor, indoor pool and the kids club, their experience made all the better because of Ray Chocolate. He really goes above and beyond to ensure the kids have a really fun time. The location of the hotel is great, short distance by bus 25 (right outside hotel) to Palma and beach, bars and restaurants all within a 5min walk. We would visit again.

Hhayleyrh_94I’ve just returned from a five night solo trip at this hotel. The hotel was lovely, so modern but with really lovely touches. I arrived fairly late after a flight delay, there was an issue with my payment but Pablo was patient and understanding and I really appreciated that after a long day! All the staff I dealt with were polite and kind. Bus links to Palma and airport are very close by and reasonably priced. The beach is also very close along with many shops and restaurants. The pool area was great, plenty of sun beds and shades for everyone and a really chilled out vibe. The brunch offer was perfect, I was able to have breakfast and then pop back for something small over lunch. The room was also lovely, I stayed in a superior single room on the first floor. Often single rooms appear cramped but this was just perfect and the lovely big balcony overlooking the pool was a real treat. I would most definitely recommend the hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

PPengguna TetamuI agree with others’ comments about the cleanliness and friendliness (and lovely smiles) of all staff at the unpretentious Tent Capi Playa, the lukewarm buffet dishes, and the lack of bedroom fridge and tea/coffee making facility………… but there is a safe and hairdryer…… and hot and cold drinks machines in the foyer available 24/7. I loved the concept of a brunch service, available from 08.30 till 01.30; you can visit as often as you like and eat as much as you like. They even put out pizza slices later in the session. I couldn’t find an English-language TV channel………. seems to require the hotel to connect to a cable service?........ though there are loads of Spanish, French and German channels. The pool is quite small (no-one used it during my March visit) and there are sun loungers, bean bags, ‘normal’ tables and chairs….. and even a couple of hammocks! Sadly, they play awful and loud “music” over the outdoor loudspeaker system……… and, then, there’s those folk who cannot go on holiday without using their mobile phones incessantly! There are loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and the local bendy bus (mostly green and white) stop is just under 2 blocks away from the hotel. There are 2 services – the A2 goes to the airport (cost €5pp) and the No 25 goes to Palma in one direction and s’Arenal in the other (cost €2pp for any length of a single journey). If you’re coming to the hotel catch the bus labelled No A2 at the airport or “25 s’Arenal” from Palma and watch the onboard info screen for “Proxima parada (next stop) Balneari 9” and press one of the red stop buttons to alert the driver. The hotel is just around 200 yards back. Pay the driver with cash as you board (but don’t use a higher than €10 note), take your change and ticket. If you’re going to/from the airport, the journey time is about 25 minutes and runs at 45 minute intervals. If you’re going to Palma the bus is labelled “Catedral – Palma Express”. There’s a bus every 10 to 12 minutes or so and it takes around 35 minutes to the cathedral or about a further 10 minutes to “Proxima parada Placa d’Espanya” where the main island modern train and bus station (Estacio Intermodal) and historic Soller train station are both just across the busy road from the bus stop (“H”). Beware, though, the Palma bus could be hugely overcrowded, or full, especially at ‘rush’ hour heading for Palma…… and that was in March. Several times it was so full that it didn’t even stop though once or twice there was a second bus right behind. The historic train station is accessed through a café over the road to the left of the two low white buildings. You’ll probably need to buy a ticket in advance (online, one week beforehand) and I recommend you add the tram down to Port de Soller. I paid €39 for the combined round trip. PPengguna TetamuUnsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Super nettes Personal. Wlan erstaunlicherweise auch sehr gut. Das Essen war lecker. Fisch und Ähnliches wurde frisch gebraten für einen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen und würden gerne nochmal kommen.
Wenn ihr zum Ballermann wollt und feiern wollt empfehle ich das Hotel jedoch nicht. Es ist eine Stunde Fußweg bis dahin die sich sehr zieht.
Habe mal ein paar Beispiele gepostet: der Blick aus einem Innenhof Blick, Beispiel essen (was wir uns geholt/zubereitet haben) manches davon ist Abendessen, anderes vom frühstück. Ein Bild vom Gang habe ich auch mal mit rein genommen. Auf einem Bild sieht man auch wo man sich unter anderem was zu essen holen konnte, es gab aber noch andere Optionen.

У меня рейс был с пересадкой 36 часов, поэтому расположение отеля было важным.
Круглосуточная стойка регистрации - отлично, так как самолет задержали и в отель я попал уже далеко после полуночи.
Завтрак хороший, овощи, фрукты в разнообразии. На территории бассейн, и пляж тоже был не далеко.
Номер большой, просторный, чистый!

PPengguna TetamuLet’s review Pure Salt Garonda. The top line is it’s a 4 star hotel - there’s stuff above that, stuff below that…and some weird stuff. THE GOOD: Breakfast is amazing - free cava is the top line, so mimosas every morning if you want. Followed by a live cook, eggs and o letters any way you want, a great selection of local meats and cheeses on top of the normal stuff, lots of healthy options and also cakes. A real smorgasbord every day. The beds - we stayed in a “superior” room- the beds are huge, firm and have memory foam toppers. Great nights sleep. The turn down service were like ninjas, sneaking in and tidying the room when we weren’t looking. The Showers - huge rainfall heads and handheld shower heads in a nice, clean room. Two sinks, too! The ocean view is spectacular, the roof top bar made great negronis and best of all the hotel was really quiet. So we got a lot of rest. THE BAD: Aside from the fire alarm left hanging out of the wall outside our room, the reception staff on arrival didn’t make us feel special in any way despite us celebrating an occasion. Not looking for a freebie, but a “congratulations” might have been nice? There is also the occasional smell of sewers from our shower drain. It went quickly, but was noticeable. And finally the AC was set to “comfort” across the hotel. So only heated the room. We (and most people) slept with our balcony doors propped open for air flow. Again, reception didn’t seem interested in helping. THE WEIRD: why did one elevator smell of fish every evening? Why in 2023 is there a telephone by the toilet? Why is there a renal balcony to lord it over everyone? All in all, it was a good stay. I’d go back. There’s things for them to work on, but there’s lots to love about the hotel. We went in mid April - it was warm but windy, the place was half full.

PPengguna Tanpa Namasupper big and good with delicious breakfast and kind staff, they can call the taxi for you and there is a bus stop right at the gate of the hotel, it’s really convenient. We really had a good time at the hotel and it’s near the airport only cost 7mins so we can save time there.

PPengguna TetamuA good four stars. Hotel close to the airport (taxi 14 euros, no ubers in Mallorca). I was lucky enough to have a terrace room (first floor room) where you walk from your balcony directly onto the terrace overlooking the pool. I reckon these rooms are best unless you're obsessed with a sea view in which case go above 5th floor. Hotel breakfast is good- lots of choice. Also an inexpensive cafe / bar on poolside with very friendly staff. The hotel was peaceful when we were there- slept well and beds pretty comfortable. Very very close to the beach- 3 mins walk - and then you're on the beachfront which has an almost unlimited abundance of restaurants, cafes and bars. One cautionary note about the restaurants nearby - be careful with the reviews many look to be inflated / fake so choose carefully. Lots of mini-supermarkets - the best within 5 mins walk is carrefour express.

RRaymond TCYThe resort is near the airport. The beach is only around 50 meters walk from the resort. The room is clean with a balcony, but they did not provide a kettle and free bottled water. Wifi is strong, breakfast spread is ok. Got a lot of pool chair for you to sun tan.
