Hotel Dengan WiFi di Mtskheta-Mtianeti, Georgia

I brought my mom here for 5 nights and it has been a wonderful stay. 1) we lived on the 3rd floor facing the Kazbegi mountains and the view was stunning. It was lovely sitting on the balcony in the evening chatting and sipping wine or having coffee in the morning 2) The location is great, lots of trails for hiking. To do most of them you will need to go down the hill (about 600m) and then up the hill on the way back. Going up the hill might be a bit challenging for some people but you can always get a cab if needed! 3) Food in the restaurant is delicious. I’ve noticed that guests (including myself) would stay inside or take their food outside on the terrace and spend hours having breakfast in the morning, it’s that relaxing. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant a few times and it was great. And it wasn’t more expensive than the food in most local restaurants down at the hill. 4) I recommend going to the pool especially if you find time when there are not too many people (I went in the morning and evening sometimes and most of the time few people there) 5) Very helpful and friendly staff. Always smiling, always polite, being very professional and calm.

房間不大，比較舒適，滑雪方便，可以滑進滑出酒店，雪場雪量不錯，適合初學者，早餐品種豐富，紅酒很贊。酒店的露天熱泡池是個亮點。如果是一家人帶小朋友的話，酒店底層有個室內游泳池，就是比較小，小孩子可以玩就夠了。

This stay was absolutely incredible. 1. Staff : Amazing staff. So good that I remember their names as well. Meriami was amazing. She did a 24 hours shift in front of us and never hesitated to climb up or down a few flight of stairs for smallest of issues. She even helped cooking baby food for us. She was incredible. Avto (I hope I have spelt it correctly) was amazing. He is the bar manager but he was managing the kitchen as well absolutely flawlessly. Georgi (I hope I got the name right) helped us with the bags a few times and was very helpful and always smiling. Warmest staff on our entire holiday. 2. Food : Superb food. Mushroom soup was soul warming. Roasted potatoes were crispy and the dip was outstanding. Chicken wings could have been more moist. Pizza was decent. 3. Location : Views from the rooms are to die for. We got a mountain view room that gave us an amazing view of the Kazbek range and Gergeti church. The location is not too remote. A few restaurants and stores are within walking distance. 4. Rooms : Clean rooms, well maintained temperature, spotless linen. They gave us a complimentary baby cot and it was the cleanest and cutest baby got I've ever seen at a hotel. All in all, its a no brainer to book them. You guys are the best. Wish you the best like you deserve.

Withing walking distance from the center. Good and clean hotel with private parking space. Nice and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious with a balcony and a view over the Trinity church. Beds were very comfy! The location is perfect to stay in the area for a few days. Would come back again.

Good: comfortable rooms if a bit on the small side. Very friendly, helpful (and English speaking) manager and staff. Restaurant OK. Pool and sauna are great after a day on the slopes. To note: it is quite a way out of New Gudauri (where the main ski lift, restaurants, bars, ski rentals etc are located). The manager will run you to and pick you up from the base of the ”Shino” lift near the hotel but if you need to get into Gudauri (or fancy eating there after skiing) you will have to call the hotel (they are very efficient about responding) and pay about 20 Lari.

Местоположение близко к подъемнику, номер хороший, новый, красивый вид из окна, уборка не на 100 процентов, забирали посуду, забывали поставить новую, даже после звонка на ресепшен не принесли, пришлось просить уборщиц в коридоре. Не давали новые капсулы для эспрессо-машинки. Завтрак хороший, в отеле есть сауна (только финская) и бассейн с видом на горы (входит в цену), джакузи не работало. Бильярд, боулинг, бар за дополнительную плату, удобно что находится в самом отеле. Заказали отель ради детского клуба, по прибытии оказалось, что нет присмотра за детьми, есть просто игровая комната, в которой практически нет игрушек… Персонал на ресепшн приятный, готов помочь.

This is a terrible hotel. Do not stay here!!! The manager of the hotel was rude and the staff unhelpful. They could barely speak English. We arrived in a storm at 6:30 am after a 18 hour trip. People were left to drag their suitcases up an 800 meter slope in half a meter high of snow. The entrance to the hotel was not cleared of snow that night or in the following days. The entrance to the hotel did not have a mat and thus was a slip hazard and in spite of asking the staff on a daily basis to put a mat down so people would not fall and hurt themselves, the staff did nothing and neither did the manager. The bed was cardboard hard. The ski rental shop was on a lower level so people had to climb with their uncomfortable ski shoes up narrow stairs with no rail to hold on to, to access the ski storage room only to be screamed at by the unfriendly manager. The staff did not help with suitcases in any shape or form. Taxis arriving near the hotel entrance skidded on the ice and very nearly missed hitting my friend who half a meter to the right would have landed up in hospital. The ski slope was accessible but demanded a 5 minute walk up the slope. Breakfast was very very basic. Stale bread, a few croissants, jams some cucumber and tomatoes cheese and on good days scrambled eggs. The hotel has an atm machine thank gif because the nearest change is a 25 minute walk away in the snow. There is no village or shops for a nice apres ski experience. The slopes are wide and not very crowded. Although I enjoyed them I am not a super good skier I believe they mostly suit people with a basic level of skiing. So not a great place to go skiing and definitely not the hotel you’d want to stay at.

Excellent hotel. Fabulous location with stunning mountain views. There is a large terrace with seating where you can have a drink and take in the views. Plenty of seating and even games and table tennis to keep you amused. The food was of a good standard. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedroom was good - storage space was lacking - some shelves for example. This was our favourite hotel in Georgia.

Очень милый отель и прекрасный персонал, который был на связи, доброжелательный и клиентоориентированный. поскольку мы приехали поздно ночью и не успели поменять лари, то даже заселили и позволили оплатить утром. Виды из окон потрясающие, номера новые, просторные, удобные кровати. Вкусный завтрак со свежими хрустящими круассанами. Рекомендую. Есть парковка на территории.

Someone has clearly spent a lot of time, energy and money creating a small hotel with a really nice interior design. Having done the hard work, the overall experience was let down by the simpler things. The manager (owner?) seemed completely disinterested, never a smile. It was like we were an inconvenience that he was barely tolerating. The food was fine but it was really expensive by Georgian standards. Another night we ate round the corner at Rooms Hotel. Now that is a stunning property and its perfectly fair that it is rather more expensive to stay there. But we ate there as non-guests and the food was markedly better and cheaper than Alpine Lounge. Even a coffee was cheaper there than at AL. I would suggest that if you don't want to walk into town you simply eat at Rooms each night and don't bother with AL. The breakfast at AL was good the first day, then the 2nd day maybe they had fewer guests so the buffet was gone and instead we had a smaller selection on our table. Was it our fault that they didn't have more guests?! Maybe too many people had read reviews like this and gone elsewhere?

Excelente servicio por parte del staff, hotel muy limpio, camas muy cómoda, el balcón y la vista es increíble.

Обслуживание отличное, персонал радушный, вежливый, гостеприимный. Номера чистые, немного прохладные и слышимость соседей высокая. Есть уютное место у камина, где можно провести вечер с бокалом вина в приятной компании, поиграть в нарды. За отдельную плату в гостинице можно посетить сауну с приятным температурным режимом. Еда в отеле не самая вкусная, по сравнению с другими местами, но вполне приличная. На вкус и цвет.

The hotel and the staff were good. The rooms were also decent, not great though. However, the restaurant was a let down. They told it would close at 10, but when we went at 9. 15, they told us they have already closed the kitchen. Why have a restaurant if you can't manage

Мы жили напротив, а сюда бегали вкусно кушать и отдыхать. Классное расположение: недалеко подъёмник, отличные виды, тихо, дорогу не слышно даже. Уютный интерьер — ресторанный зал на первом этаже с диванчиками и камином, и терасса с удобными креслами и видом на горы. Стильный, располагающий к отдыху, интерьер, в котором приятно находиться, ненапряжная музыка (и возможность в тишине посидеть — тоже очень здорово). Камин по вечерам — киллер-фича: уютно, тепло, залипательно) Очень вкусно и быстро готовят, есть и местные блюда (курица чкмерули и хачапури по-аджарски были просто огонь), и обычно-привычные, типа карбонары и пиццы. Отношение очень дружеское, персонал приветливый: доброжелательные люди, с которыми приятно поговорить. Уча, отвечающий за ресторан — дружелюбный и приятный человек: договорился с кухней о специальных пожеланиях, организовал нам деньрожденную почти-свечку и был приятным собеседником на протяжении всего отпуска. Хозяин Мераби очень отзывчивый — помогал с бытовыми вопросами, отвёз нас на Арку Дружбы народов недалеко от отеля, угощал вином, рассказывал истории, посиживая на терассе... невероятно душевно!) Чудесно провели время, если ещё когда-нибудь буду в Гудаури — только сюда! ＜3
