PPengguna TetamuJ’ai obtenu l’hôtel El Paso à la roulette, et c’est déjà la deuxième fois que j’y séjourne… et j’aime toujours autant !
L’endroit est propre, la décoration est vraiment réussie et totalement dans le thème, ce qui donne beaucoup de charme à l’hôtel. Les chambres sont chaleureuses, on s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise.
Le buffet est de bonne qualité malgré l’affluence : il y a du choix, c’est varié et bien organisé. Rien à redire de ce côté-là.
Le parc est vraiment top, et surtout à seulement 5 minutes à pied de l’hôtel, ce qui est super pratique pour profiter au maximum du séjour.
En plus, grâce au site Trip, j’ai pu bénéficier d’une belle réduction, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.
Je recommande sans hésiter !

PPengguna TetamuOverall it was good….excellent food, lovely room, excellent service.
The downside was as it wasn’t very sunny there wasn’t a lot to do in the hotel itself during the day.
The single jacuzzi was always full and the indoor pool was freezing!
Also although the gym had a couple of nice machines there were very few (nothing for triceps or biceps) and no free weights.
I probably would go for a more adult oriented hotel in Salou next time but if these things don’t matter to you I would definitely recommend staying here!

The main advantage of this hotel is the staff, who never change. So, all regular guests here become part of the family.
This time I was here for my birthday, and it was so nice to receive the warmest congratulations from everyone!
The hotel is impeccable. The only downside is that the breakfast food, which should be hot, is completely cold.

PPengguna TetamuEl servicio en recepción genial, en el desayuno buffet no fue tan bueno, a la chica que le pedimos si por favor podían hacernos unas tortillas se nos quedaba mirando sería y cuando le dijimos que en el buffet no quedaba leche caliente para poner al café también nos miro muy seria y nos contestó bastante seca, la otra chica y el chico sin embargo muy simpáticos. La limpieza en la habitación no era del todo buena, habían manchas en el suelo que no se habían fregado y mucho polvo sobretodo por encima de la luz del escritorio.la ubicación es genial y el hotel es muy bonito.

PPengguna TetamuOn arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.
Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.
The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week.
Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.
If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children).
All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

NNVilaHabitación individual un poco justa. No hay escritorio sino q un palmo de estantería. Suelo con tachones . No hay cortina blanca así q si quieres privacidad tienes que echar la opaca y así no ves nada dentro. Vista piscina en un rincón.
Comedor: Cena, plancha deficiente y mejorable (quizás así se acerca alguien). Primeros justos, 5 metros de mostrador xa 4 boles de ensalada y 2 platitos individuales a elegir. Segundos sin ninguna gracia. Desayuno: Los mismos 5 metros con 4 embutidos y 4 ensaladas. Camareros ”todos a una” dejando los carros allí donde les parece. Cubiertos limpios al lado, a tocar, de los vasos sucios.
Triunfo en comedor xa la plancha en tortitas, tortillas y huevos fritos. Zumos naturales y pizzas.
No estaría mal que los responsables de la comida se esmeraran un poco.

Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente.
La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción.
El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

EElías ZammouLa habitación y la terraza son amplias, las camas individuales y separadas.
Lo bueno: por la noche no se escuchan ruidos y la atención recibida fue buena. La fianza te la devuelven el mismo día.
Lo malo: el secador no funcionaba y si querías uno tenías que alquilarlo mínimo 3 días y pagar por ello y en la foto aparecía bañera y luego fue plato de ducha. La zona es difícil para aparcar y todo zona azul.
