Hotel Salou dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

I was not fully satisfied with our stay in hotel Best Da Vinci. I did the reservation with the information that the breakfast is 7.7 euro per person. When we arrived to the reception for check in , the receptionist said is it is 12 euro per person per day and she told us this is the price even I was showing my reservation details regarding breakfast cost. She said she will speak with her manager on breakfast price but nobody came back to us for this issue. We had to pay 12 euro per person/day for the breakfast. The second day of the stay , they didn’t provide room cleaning and we requested to change towels change and they gave new towels. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach and the entertainment was good. We appreciated about these 2 things during our stay.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough, location , staff and service was amazing. It is abit on a hill, but this didn’t bother me at all. I had the breakfast included and was so pleased, so much to choose from! Staff were super friendly and room was cleaned daily. I did not have the sea view but had a lovely view of palm trees from my room which always had a nice breeze coming. Loved every bit and will most likely stay here again when I visit Salou. Habitación individual un poco justa. No hay escritorio sino q un palmo de estantería. Suelo con tachones . No hay cortina blanca así q si quieres privacidad tienes que echar la opaca y así no ves nada dentro. Vista piscina en un rincón. Comedor: Cena, plancha deficiente y mejorable (quizás así se acerca alguien). Primeros justos, 5 metros de mostrador xa 4 boles de ensalada y 2 platitos individuales a elegir. Segundos sin ninguna gracia. Desayuno: Los mismos 5 metros con 4 embutidos y 4 ensaladas. Camareros ”todos a una” dejando los carros allí donde les parece. Cubiertos limpios al lado, a tocar, de los vasos sucios. Triunfo en comedor xa la plancha en tortitas, tortillas y huevos fritos. Zumos naturales y pizzas. No estaría mal que los responsables de la comida se esmeraran un poco.

On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

Todo correcto. El hotel bastante sencillo. Las habitaciones justitas para un 4 estrellas. Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente. La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción. El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

Lovely hotel in a good location friendly staff Pool a nice size the terrace above the bar is nice and relaxing . Cocktails were nice

Hôtel propre bien situé ! L’accueil de Madu est top ! La chambre propre bien nettoyée . Seul bémol des remontées d’odeur d’égout dans la douche à corriger ! Les gens ne respectent plus personne ils claquent leurs portes et courent dans les couloirs à 7h du matin pour aller prendre leurs petit dej .

Our stay was wonderful. All the stuff is so kind and gentle. Only one little thing the : the key to open the room took time , I mean didn’t work properly. But , we could open. The place was so clean. Thanks to all stuff and the energy of the place 🙏🏻❤️🕉️We will love to book again. Have a beautiful day full of peace and love .

La ubicación de este Hotel es perfecta, cerca de supermercados, de la playa y de varios restaurantes y bares. Puedes ir caminando tranquilamente por los alrededores. El hotel es limpio y habitaciones amplias.

Precio calidad excelente. Comida variada que aunque sin excesos era de calidad. Instalaciones en la parte de atico con los jacuzzis poniendo aun apunto para el inicio de la temporada. Personal muy agradable y atento. Volveremos a repetir como desde hace ya varios años.
