KK.YuNice location which close to a lot of signature sightseeing places, such as Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Rouen, Historial Jeanne d’Arc, Le Gros Horloge, Opéra de Rouen Haute-Normandie - Théâtre des Arts Opéra Orchestre Normandie Rouen, Église Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc de Rouen, etc.
Accommodating with kitchen and microwave which absolutely good for those family who like to have their own seafood party, you can easily buy your own seafood from Poissonnerie Villard - Le Littoral, or Poissonnerie Saint-Marc, etc.
Staffs are kind and friendly, the aparthotel provides replacement of garbage bags and toilet papers, just asked at their reception desk.
It definitely a good and memorable stay in Rouen.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is nicely located, few steps away from the main attractions, hotel has its own parking which is convenient, however the number of places is limited. There are water refill stations on every floor, which is very handy. The breakfast has good variety of products. The swimming pool is on a smaller side and the water is quite cold to our preferences, so it’s mainly for “soaking in cold water” rather then swimming:) the family room for 4 is spacious, beds are comfortable, window sound proofing is not the best.

PPengguna TetamuNew Hotel. The Spa area is so small that you actually need to book it well in advance if you are planning to use it.. As most likely the slot which you would like is already taken. It's charged per hour...
Overnight parking is €19.
Very irritating is the shower in the bathroom as the water goes between too hot and too cold on its own pattern and you can't control it.. Typical for the buildings with the plumbing issues, or the water pressure..

SShawnHere's a unique hotel - housed in a old mansion from the 1900s. This means that each room in the original wing is a little different and 'eclectic'. There's also a new wing with newer rooms, a spa, a swimming pool (sorta heated), a bistro and a 1 Michelin star restaurant.
Pros:
- Unique style of hotel that's set away from the hustle/bustle of the Etritat town.
- Helpful staff
- Complimentary bakes and hot drinks from 4-6pm
- Michelin-star restaurant on site (but it was closed during our visit)
- Comfortable beds, good water pressure and a bathtub
- Professional grade Nespresso machine in-room with 4 pods (2x decaf) + nice tea bags
- Grounds are cute, with a resident cat, fireplace and pleasant garden-ish spaces.
Cons:
- Cleanliness - we discovered a swarm of ants crawling behind the curtain. We think it was some food that wasn't cleaned away from the previous guest that attracted the ants. This was gross.
- Room styling may not be to everyone's tastes - suggest you ask to view a room before you move your luggage in.
- Narrow stairs to rooms in main building, was abit hard to get luggage up to but they can get help if needed.
- Location could be a con for some as it's a good 10-12 min walk into the main down down a high.
- Parking spaces were limited.
- Breakfast is pricey at 25 euro - there's a great boulangerie in town Maison Piquenot that you can get good croissants, baguettes from.
- Overall abit pricey for the value you get.

PPengguna TetamuGreat hotel and great location. Plenty of free parking. Very clean and big rooms. Reasonable price. The only thing I would have liked is a kettle and a coffee machine in the rooms, thats the only thing that was missing. Other than that. I highly recommend this hotel. The front desk agent, Mary is also very nice and kind.

PPengguna TetamuThe main building of the property is beautiful but has a tight parking space, which… needs to be booked ahead.. and we didn’t know . Anyway, also be aware that there are 3 buildings within the property, 1min walk to each other, and in winter at the dark of the evening, it is not really convenient to go from one place to another one.
Anyway. Fact is that the 2 buildings we were presented are beautiful, fully renovated, warm and nicely decorated. Well done.
Breakfast was also very good; I just think that the breakfast timing mngt of the various bedrooms run off… as people were queuing up, waiting for tables. My advice: wake up early, go breakfast early! ;-)
Again very nice mansion and service.

PPengguna TetamuIf you want to experience La vraie vie de chateau (a real life a a castle owner) this is your choice. Only 5 rooms available, very private, feels like you are in your own chateau… fabulous park and setting around the main building, was told there are other separate “mini” houses in the park , and you can go watch the horses…. And admire the view on the valley.
Our room: we booked the round bedroom … the center bedroom on the 1st floor…. Fabulous place, need a bit of upgrade in the bathroom… if anything… but seriously felt like a châtelain… as we reached early, we were welcomed by one of the sons of the owners who took us around the private wing, “his house”, and told us everything about the mansion history as well as hotel business. A great interaction with a friendly castle owner and businessman. They also have a snooker, a gym and sauna…. I mean… what else do you want!!!
We had to go out for dinner (at L’Hermitage) which the owner booked for us.
Breakfastwas served in the salons…. Stylish French dépit déjeuner, served by a dynamic, friendly and frank lady.
Just go. Dont hesitate.
