PPengguna Tanpa NamaHotel is clean and tidy, there is a hill to walk up .? We have stayed at Hampton Hilton a few times , unfortunately like most things there are cut backs . In the scheme of things they are small , Breakfast no fried eggs no mushrooms, they used to serve small chocoate muffins , disappeared , instead of being an outstanding breakfast its now just average at best . Quilt on the bed very thin for December. But all in all it’s okay .

PPengguna TetamuStunning hotel, great location. Everything was fantastic. Small thing is room 109 has a small frosted window with no view. When opening it opens to a dirty mucky roof. We did not leave it open as vermin might enter the room. We also mentioned it was a 40th bday but no extras not even a note.

Je n'ai pas pris de petit déjeuner, seulement le dîner. Une discussion stérile commence et l'acceuil a en effet constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner mais que le dîner...
Personne explique le fonctionnement de l'hôtel, où se trouve le restaurant pour le dîner, juste demander l'heure pour manger.
Je ne me suis pas senti à ma place.
2 bagages en arrivant, je galère pour entrer, personne pour aider...
Mon anglais n'était pas top mais je faisais l'effort de communiquer.
Par contre les serveurs du restaurant du soir sont gentils, agréables et attentionnés. Bravo
Le check-out a été bien mieux et ils étaient compréhensifs. Rien à dire. Sourire était là
L'hôtel est très propre , rien à dire.

NNazmulWe specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor.
On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool.
Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay.
Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuIt was very nice the rooms were clean and the beach was very close.The staff was very kind and nice,I would definitely book again i am very pleased with this hotel my kids also loved this hotel more than me. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to others. However I would say if there is a family you book the rooms near each other in advance. Overall my whole family loved this hotel.

TTboneVery nice hotel for its price. Quick access to the beach. Doesn’t have AC but has fans in each room which do the job. Staff are excellent, great service by the team. Got us everything we needed. Costs to park at the hotel. Cheaper to park on the main road which is free between 5pm and 9am and free on the weekends. Very close to Bournemouth pier and boscombe pier. Has everything you need otherwise. Lift is a little small but works well. Close to everything. Cant complain.

We didn’t had a view 😅 But I guess you are not coming there to sit in the room.

PPengguna TetamuTypical UK seaside hotel, in need of re-furbishing. We paid a lot for the small, badly furnished bedroom, but it was one of the busiest weekends of the year. Friendly, helpful staff. Chloe in the bar was a star. Pleasant walk through the park to the beach.
