The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean, with modern amenities and comfortable rooms. The location is also excellent, being conveniently located near attractions and restaurants. JJillianFirst room allocated and the tv didn’t work but staff kindly moved me to another room. Unfortunately the next morning at 8:30am there were workmen in the corridor replacing the ceiling tiles so there was loud hammering, drilling and sawing. The hotel manager refunded me 1 night stay but I don’t understand why they would use the rooms if there was repairs going on. Leaving the room I had to step over paint pots and tools.

CCazPerfect for staying overnight after watching Sarah Millican at Derby Arena. Less than a 10 min walk. So relieved we stayed there after seeing the traffic queues to and from the arena.
2 min walk to Frankie & Benny’s for food. Excellent friendly service from everyone we met on reception. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Lovely and clean and modern. Decent price for rooms and parking. Would definitely recommend it.

JJoannebtfWe recently stayed at this hotel and were very impressed by the staff — they were consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable, which made a positive difference.
However, the interior of the rooms did not quite match the photos provided online. Our group stayed in three different rooms, and unfortunately, none of the thermal meters were functioning properly. The rooms were uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to fall asleep. In my own room, the washbasin was also clogged, which caused further inconvenience.
