PPengguna TetamuBreakfast was excellent. The room was nice, but the heating didn't work properly. It was freezing, after the second call they offered a separate room, but we declined since it was small. They provided an oil heater, but it wasn't sufficient to warm the room. Aside from that, the place and food were superb.

PPengguna TetamuWhile the staff were lovely and friendly, Trip had not let them know that we’d being splitting a group of 5 between two rooms so would need the sofa bed made up in one room. However, the staff quickly provided us with the sheets and pillows needed.
The rooms were clean and tidy, although the bathrooms were in need of a spruce up, with the floor tiles in both needing fixing (chipped tile in one and a sunken tile in the other). Also, there were no sockets near the bed for charging phones etc. a bit of an oversight in room design.
However, these are all minor niggles. Overall we had a nice stay.

Many things to admire about the hotel but the friendly welcome from receptionist Lesley is a treat after a long day travelling.

PPengguna TetamuExcellent hotel in prime central location with views of the river Tay and both bridges. Staff very polite and helpful. Dinner and breakfast in the beefeater was great value for money. Room clean and warm with everything you would expect.

KkirstyRoom was amazing breakfast not so good eaten area was freezing cold no buffet like any other time was there staff not so friendly at breakfast time not much on dinner menu . Place is being ran into the ground won't be back kinda gutted tbh liked going here 😞

PPengguna TetamuI know this is a budget hotel but there is a lot more effort needed. There should never be mould showing around bath seals etc. It’s an easy fix. General cleanliness poor. We had to clean areas ourselves even after being transferred to another room after complaining first room hadn’t been cleaned. The staff in general friendly and helpful. Bins outside hotel full to the brim. I have a feeling staff don’t really care to much about how hotel looks. Anyway did the job for a few nights stay. But if I had the choice I would pay extra for a better room elsewhere and hopefully cleaner.
