民宿老闆吳先生非常熱情，每天早上都為我們準備美味的英式早餐，亦會介绍我附近的景點，基本上有什麼要求都可以提岀。有車輛的話可泊在民宿門口路邊或小巷內，非常方便，不會像其他酒店般會被發罰單。如果你想到附近的話，吳先生都會樂意送你過去。

Absolutely amazing, can't recommend enough and will be back again!

The hotel has a very good location, which is definitely a plus and makes it convenient for exploring the area. However, we were disappointed by a few additional charges. Bathrobes are provided only for an extra £8, and the hotel parking is also paid, which was not very convenient and added unexpected costs to the stay.

優點：環境優美，打開房門就是一望無邊的田野，經典的英國鄉村小別墅，床上用品非常舒適，洗浴用品齊全。有免費牛奶咖啡果汁麵包雞蛋穀物等早餐。 缺點：地理位置太偏僻，房間隔音較差，可以聽到腳步聲咳嗽聲。 總體來講適合有車人士，可以免費在前院停車。

Lovely old fashioned hotel in a suburb 10 mins from the centre of Durham. Spotlessly clean room, with comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast made to order.

Very good, convenient for self-driving. Downstairs is a bar, which is good for a relaxing evening. It's just that the stairs are too narrow and it's inconvenient to carry the box up and down. If there are only ladies, please consider carefully.

住了4晚很舒服，乾淨衞生，有餐廳，附近有一大片商業區，有公交車站到市中心，酒店整體隔音不太好，但我可以接受，鄰居都還安靜。沿途風景優美。

Could do with a good update. Having radiator on ready for guests arrival would have been a nice touch, room was freezing at first. Breakfast was buffet style and a bit chaotic but got there in the end.

Spacious room, nice kitchenette and basic accommodation. The room was a little tired and smelled a bit musty, but very clean and I slept well. Check-in was straight forward enough at the bar and very nice bar staff member. Several buses can be caught very nearby and it’s around 10 minutes into town (£2 single or £4 day pass). I would stay again :)
