PPengguna TetamuCheck in with relatively smooth even though it was during the New Year. One thing to note is that it was freezing at the check in counter because the draught was coming in through the opened doors. The bed in the standard room was huge and comfortable. The only con is the basin had poor drainage and water flowed very slowly when in use. Overall really happy with our stay. Location was fantastic too!

PPengguna TetamuGreat place near the airport with fantastic views of the airport.
Tip: Save on transport to the airport, don’t need to take the expensive hotel hopper, just walk out to the bus stop directly outside the hotel and take any public bus for a 5min journey to the airport!
Also, if you’re out for dinner or partying till late at night, you can take the direct night bus N9 from Piccadilly Circus and Kensington directly to the hotel!

KKimI do like the location although I did need my car or a taxi to go out. I really like being able to wander outside in the lovely grounds from ground floor room.
The lovely wild flower borders to entry's is very inspiring.
Even with a large wedding party it was very quiet at night. That was impressive as there were cars everywhere and still room for my little car.
I could have done with a shower cap as I was soaked in rain shower and normal shower combination. I can't quite see the point of that but if you have the knack of switching them both off I guess it's a thing nowaday.

LlibertyexploringThe hotel was pleasantly surprising for the price and proximity to Heathrow. Though unfortunately the tube strikes hit us, the connection to the airport via the underground would otherwise be invaluable. As it was, it was still fairly doable to get here from Central London without the tube and I enjoyed experiencing a different area of Greater London.
Only difficulty was perhaps the lack of guest entry without pressing a buzzer, which posed a problem in the middle of the night when no one was at the desk!

PPengguna TetamuGreat staff, clean quiet rooms and a wonderful breakfast buffet. I have stayed at Moxy hotels a few times and they don’t disappoint! The games area is well stocked with ping pong, pool, Photo Booth and arcade games. We were even greeted with a welcome cocktail and mock tail.

PPengguna Tetamu20min walk to the tube, bus-stop outside. Good cafe across the road. Local supermarket next door. Well furnished and new style kitchen and room and bathroom. Balcony. Heated towel rack. Small gym, Laundry and dryer self-disposable detergent, however requires coins to operate. Overall restful stay

OOllieSmithExcellent stay. Lovely room with a balcony looking over the canal. Very comfortable. Only negatives would be breakfast which always felt understaffed and chaotic. Took ages to clean tables etc. Apart from that, stay was brilliant.

PPengguna TetamuI selected the hotel because it was close to family, trains and buses. The breakfast was good, but the same very single day so became boring rather quickly. The air conditioners in the rooms are absolutely pathetic. It was a hot summer, and my room reached 35 degrees Celsius, with the air conditioner running at full capacity. I complained, and the friendly staff moved me to another room. Same problem. When I asked for my room to be cleaned, the bin was emptied and I received two new towels. No new linen and pillow case, even though I had to take cold showers for four nights to stop sweating. When I complained, I received two new pillow cases. My linen was not changed, the bathroom was not cleaned and the carpets not vacuumed once. I gave up asking. Even though the hotel is situated at a fantastic location, I will hesitate to use it again. It is not value for money. The staff was friendly and courteous.

TT.DublinLadies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly.
There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed.
The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner.
