I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

Excellent service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a complimentary buggy service to the beach.  The room view was spectacular, overlooking the sea horizon. Our second trip to Kalandara, definitely no regrets at all. Airport transfers were prompt and friendly, shout out to Emmy and Ahyar. Also to Wulan who acknowledged that we were a returning guests and Wulan Mei and Wina who greeted and served the breakfast with a smile. Will definitely coming back again.

非常經濟實惠的酒店 位置很好 在聖吉吉的核心地段 服務好 衞生乾淨 我們住了貴的房型也住了便宜的 都物有所值 性價比之王！唯一值得注意的是 由於印尼穆斯林很多 每天凌晨都會有廣播禱告 這非常打擾睡眠 如果您睡眠淺 可能會被吵醒。但這個問題幾乎所有龍目島的酒店多少都會有。

Pilihan yang memuaskan. Hotel ini mempunyai kemudahan yang lengkap, ***a reka bentuk yang unik, dan bilik-bilik yang luas dan selesa. Kolam renang di dalam biliknya bersih dan cantik, sesuai untuk dinikmati seisi keluarga. Kakitangan hotel mesra dan bertimbang rasa dan membantu kami menghubungi lapangan terbang untuk mendapatkan semula bagasi kami yang hilang. Kami biasanya bertegur sapa apabila bertemu Pada hari terakhir, kami bertolak pada pukul tiga pagi dan sarapan pagi yang dibungkus sudah disediakan untuk kami. Hotel ini mempunyai pemandangan laut yang luas dan bertentangan dengan Gunung Agung Apabila cuaca mendung, matahari terbenam dan matahari terbenam sangat indah. Restoran kali ini mempunyai pilihan yang kaya, berkualiti tinggi, dan sudah tentu harganya agak tinggi. Terdapat acara bufet bertema dari semasa ke semasa, dan tarian dan interaksi Sasak tempatan pada hari Isnin membuatkan keluarga berpuas hati dan gembira. Kawasan pantai di mana hotel ini terletak adalah kecil dan hanya untuk hiburan kecil. Ia tidak sesuai jika anda memerlukan pantai yang besar dan rata. Pendek kata, saya fikir ia adalah pilihan yang baik di Lombok.

I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of my stay from the service to the facilities. My room came with a private pool and a breathtaking sea view, which was the absolute highlight. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying a swim in my own pool while overlooking the ocean felt like pure luxury. The room itself was beautifully designed, spacious, and perfectly clean. The atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. I also appreciated how well-maintained the entire property was, and how everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure guests had a comfortable and memorable stay.

Wanita tua ini agak letih ( 30 tahun) tetapi berfungsi dan mendapat taman dan taman yang bagus serta diselenggara dengan baik. Peningkatan kepada bilik pemandangan laut amat dihargai. Perkhidmatan adalah pantas walaupun pada masa menunggu masa boleh dipertingkatkan tetapi apa kejadahnya anda pada hari cuti. Satu perkara yang patut diberi perhatian ialah sikap mesra dan prihatin semua kakitangan hotel. Bufet sarapan pagi adalah seimbang dan menawarkan makanan tempatan dan barat. Kolam renang bersaiz baik dengan kolam kanak-kanak yang berasingan, kerusi berjemur yang mencukupi pada kebanyakan masa. Penyebaran saluran TV yang lebih baik adalah bagus tetapi jika tidak pasti anda membawa tablet atau iPad bersama-sama untuk mendapatkan maklumat tentang kejadian, Wi-Fi tersedia di mana-mana, jadi ia adalah perkara yang baik. Saya berpuas hati dengan hotel ini.

The hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg) This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying. However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.

Hotel yang indah, selesa, bersih berhampiran Senggigi. Kakitangan yang mesra dan sopan. Saya menempah hotel selama 3 hari, tetapi memutuskan untuk melanjutkan penginapan saya. Hotel ini mempunyai pantai pasir hitamnya sendiri. Kolam renang yang indah menghadap ke laut. Kawasan hotel bersih dan hijau. Bahagian dalam hotel adalah dalam ***a Indonesia. Bilik-bilik sangat bersih dan luas. Makanan lazat di restoran di pantai. Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan pilihan hotel. Saya pasti akan kembali ke sini lagi.

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
