Hotel Batu Layar dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Ia terletak di lokasi yang baik, 10 minit berjalan kaki ke kedai mudah beli. Ia di sengigi tetapi jauh dari hotel lain, 15-20 minit berjalan kaki bukit mudah ke restoran lain. Terdapat restoran makanan laut berdekatan, tetapi restoran hotel cukup bagus dengan harga yang berpatutan. Bfast adalah ala carte dan hebat. Pantai bagus tetapi bukan untuk berenang. Kawasan kolamnya bagus. Kami menyewa skuter dari perkhidmatan yang diatur oleh hotel. Perjalanan kurang sejam ke jeti untuk pergi ke pulau Gili. Bukan kawasan matahari terbenam yang terbaik tetapi matahari terbenam adalah salah satu yang terbaik yang pernah ada. Terdapat hanya beberapa banglo di seluruh hotel. Sangat tenang dan saya mempunyai pengalaman hebat di lombok, sangat disyorkan dan pasti akan kembali lagi. Kakitangan hebat dan sangat membantu dan mesra.

Kami mempunyai penginapan yang mengagumkan di Sudamala. Ia adalah hotel 5 bintang tetapi layanannya adalah yang terbaik seperti hotel 6 bintang (Putu, Suhaimi, Dadi). Mereka benar-benar menjadikan penginapan kami sangat istimewa. Makanannya sedap terutamanya Ayam Taliwang. It is the best ayam taliwang in lombok by Chef Juandi. Dia juga menyambut kami semasa sarapan pagi dan makan tengah hari yang diatur khas. Bilik itu luas, katilnya sangat selesa. Kami menginap di Narmada 220 pemandangan matahari terbenam, oleh itu pemandangan lautan adalah hebat. Kami mempunyai penerbangan lewat petang, dan mereka menawarkan kami daftar keluar lewat pada pukul 3.

I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

Excellent service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a complimentary buggy service to the beach.  The room view was spectacular, overlooking the sea horizon. Our second trip to Kalandara, definitely no regrets at all. Airport transfers were prompt and friendly, shout out to Emmy and Ahyar. Also to Wulan who acknowledged that we were a returning guests and Wulan Mei and Wina who greeted and served the breakfast with a smile. Will definitely coming back again.

Pengalaman yang sangat bercampur baur. Ini adalah hotel yang agak lama. Bilik-bilik dilengkapi dengan perabot yang bagus, tetapi lama. Kolam renangnya bagus, sarapan pagi juga enak dengan kopi yang baru dibancuh, tetapi pilihan makanan barat adalah terhad seperti di hotel 3 bintang - telur dadar, telur, sosej, beberapa kentang dan itu sahaja. Kami menjangkakan pantai yang bagus, tetapi gagal sama sekali. Pantainya kotor, sampah plastik terapung di dalam air. Hanya satu soalan kepada hotel - jika anda menganggap diri anda hotel 5 bintang, mengapa tiada siapa yang membersihkan pantai anda? Pengalaman yang sangat mengerikan. Itu bukan sahaja masalah Sengiggi. Di seluruh Indonesia lautan dan lautan penuh dengan plastik. Berbanding 5 tahun sebelum laut menjadi tong sampah untuk penduduk tempatan. Fikirkanlah akhirnya!

The staff are very efficient and extremely friendly. Mba Mifta is a very concerned person. Restaurant staff and cleaners knew their job function very well. Landscaping work is amazing. I am looking forward to visiting this place again.

The hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg) This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying. However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
