Secara keseluruhannya, ia agak bagus. Saya menempahnya terlebih dahulu dengan harga lebih daripada 1,000 yuan, tetapi harga turun lebih daripada 300 yuan sebelum daftar masuk, dan Ctrip membayar balik perbezaannya. Ketika saya mula-mula tiba, saya merasakan hotel ini agak sederhana. Ia cukup selesa untuk menginap, dan saya juga sangat berpuas hati dengan cita rasa restoran.

I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

Resort yang sempurna untuk percutian yang santai! Suka pemandangan yang menakjubkan terutamanya lautan. Restoran menyajikan makanan yang lazat dan banyak pilihan. Spa adalah sempurna, dan bersih. Dewi dan Anna, ahli terapi kami, berpengalaman dan urutan selama 90 minit yang kami lakukan adalah penyembuhan. Vila satu bilik tidur mempunyai kolam renang peribadi yang menghadap ke laut terbuka yang sesuai untuk berenang yang tenang dan santai. Bilik bersih dan luas juga. Kami pasti akan kembali!

Kami mempunyai penginapan yang mengagumkan di Sudamala. Ia adalah hotel 5 bintang tetapi layanannya adalah yang terbaik seperti hotel 6 bintang (Putu, Suhaimi, Dadi). Mereka benar-benar menjadikan penginapan kami sangat istimewa. Makanannya sedap terutamanya Ayam Taliwang. It is the best ayam taliwang in lombok by Chef Juandi. Dia juga menyambut kami semasa sarapan pagi dan makan tengah hari yang diatur khas. Bilik itu luas, katilnya sangat selesa. Kami menginap di Narmada 220 pemandangan matahari terbenam, oleh itu pemandangan lautan adalah hebat. Kami mempunyai penerbangan lewat petang, dan mereka menawarkan kami daftar keluar lewat pada pukul 3.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband surprised me with this stay for our anniversary, and it was truly unforgettable. The location was beautiful, with stunning beach views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it perfect for couples. We enjoyed our meals by the sea, watched the sunset together, and relaxed by the private pool. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our anniversary so special. We will definitely come back again! ❤️ Highly recommended for couples looking for a romantic getaway.

Hotel yang indah, selesa, bersih berhampiran Senggigi. Kakitangan yang mesra dan sopan. Saya menempah hotel selama 3 hari, tetapi memutuskan untuk melanjutkan penginapan saya. Hotel ini mempunyai pantai pasir hitamnya sendiri. Kolam renang yang indah menghadap ke laut. Kawasan hotel bersih dan hijau. Bahagian dalam hotel adalah dalam ***a Indonesia. Bilik-bilik sangat bersih dan luas. Makanan lazat di restoran di pantai. Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan pilihan hotel. Saya pasti akan kembali ke sini lagi.

The hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg) This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying. However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
