A cozy paradise with turtles by the shore and kind hearts💕🏝️ Our vacation in Gili exceeded all expectations, and this amazing hotel is a great credit for this. We found exactly what we were looking for: a quiet, cozy corner where every detail is created for relaxation. The premier room was made with comfort. The bed is incredibly comfortable and soft. The cleanliness was perfect, which was monitored daily, and the snow-white linen added a sense of homely comfort. A special delight is the bathroom with an open roof — taking a shower under the stars was magical.🛁 The hotel is surrounded by greenery and bright colors, 🌸 behind which you can see the tremulous care of the staff. And right across the street, literally 30 seconds away, begins the best beach with giant sea turtles! Seeing them every day by the shore is priceless.🐢 Furry residents: Cute red cats live on the territory, which create a special atmosphere of home warmth. Be sure to feed them when you stop here! And just behind the hotel there is a local shelter for cats. If you have the opportunity, take some food there or make a small donation. It's a small thing for you, but it's a huge help for them.🐈 Special thanks to manager Sam! This man has a big heart. 💖He was incredibly attentive, helped us solve any issues, and told stories about the island and local life with such love that we got into this place even more. Sam, we sincerely wish you a speedy recovery and good health! It is thanks to such sympathetic and kind people like you that such places become truly special.🫶 This hotel and the entire island of Gili gave us not just a vacation, but a feeling of harmony and warmth. Мы нашли именно то, что искали: тихий, уютный уголок, где каждая деталь создана для расслабления. Номер премьер был выполнен с комфортом. Кровать невероятно удобная и мягкая. Чистота идеальная за которой следили ежедневно, а белоснежное бельё добавляло ощущение домашнего уюта. Особый восторг это ванная с открытой крышей — принимать душ под звёздами было волшебно. Отель утопает в зелени и ярких цветах, за которыми виден трепетный уход персонала. А прямо напротив, буквально в 30 секундах ходьбы, начинается лучший пляж с гигантскими морскими черепахами! Видеть их каждый день у самого берега — бесценно. Пушистые жители: На территории живут милые рыжие котики, которые создают особую атмосферу домашнего тепла. Обязательно покормите их когда остановитесь здесь! А сразу за отелем находится местный приют для кошек. Если у вас будет возможность, отнесите туда немного корма или сделайте небольшой donation. Для вас это мелочь, а для них — огромная помощь. Отдельная благодарность — менеджеру Сэму! Этот человек с большим сердцем. Он был невероятно внимателен, помогал решать любые вопросы и с такой любовью рассказывал истории об острове и жизни местных, что мы проникались этим местом ещё больше. Сэм, мы всей душой желаем вам скорейшего восстановления и крепкого здоровья! Именно благодаря таким отзывчивым и добрым людям, как вы, такие места становятся по-настоящему особенными. Sea Shell Hotel Gili is a small and cozy hotel where we stayed for two nights during our trip to the Gili Islands. The hotel is located inside the island rather than directly on the beach, but the ocean is still within easy walking distance — just a short walk to the left side of the island. Considering the size of Gili, the location is actually quite convenient and quiet. Our room was spacious with a large comfortable bed, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The bathroom was also quite big with good plumbing — hot water was always available and the water pressure was strong. Overall everything was clean and well maintained. One small thing that felt a bit strange was that we were given only one towel per person. If a place positions itself as a hotel rather than a guesthouse, it would be nice to have at least two towels per guest. Another detail we didn’t love was the drinking water system. Water is provided in a jug rather than sealed plastic bottles. While it may be more eco-friendly, personally I feel a bit more comfortable when the drinking water comes in sealed bottles. The hotel has a large swimming pool which looks nice, although we didn’t end up using it — when you’re on Gili, swimming in the ocean feels like the obvious choice. Breakfast was probably the most disappointing part of the stay. There is a menu, but in reality there aren’t many options to choose from. On the second morning about half of the menu was unavailable when we tried to order, and no explanation was given. Amsterdam - Good cafe near the hotel :) in the end we sorted out our breakfast there Overall, Sea Shell Hotel Gili is a decent option if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay with spacious rooms and a good bathroom. It’s not perfect, but for a short stay on the island it worked well enough.

Super accueil, petite chambre mais tout ce qu’il faut pour être à l’aise, nous avons aimés les petites attentions, chaussons, bouchons d’oreilles, brosses à dents etc. Ménage quotidien, un peu à l’écart ce qui n’est pas plus mal. Petit déjeuner bon et complet.

A nice clean and comfortable room and the hotel is in a good location.  2 nice pools but a distinct lack of pool towels.  Buffet breakfast had a good ish variety of items but mostly the hot foods were cold where the food heater was not working or switched on. Often the waiting staff spoke limited English so expressing a view became strained.

location: 4.5/5 - not far from the airport. about 40 mins to an hour. secluded. perfect for staying in and spending time and money on the services they provided service: 4.9/5 - the staff are friendly, attentive, helpful all that without being ‘too much’. any requests must be liaised through whatsapp, since they don’t have a phone in the villa, they will reply within 10 minutes. the 0.1 minus was bc i put a special request and they didn’t bother to do it. tried to book a massage appointment last minute too bad they have no availability. food: dinner 5/5 - prices after tax are still very affordable. had steak & frites for less than rm60 (Malaysia could neverrrrr). cocktails selections are good and strong. breakfast 4.5 - wide selections but nothing extraordinary. they have eggs station but the eggs were bland. your normal breakfast buffet spread mix of both asians and western price: a little on the higher side and i’ve spent a fair share of staying in nice resorts around Lombok but no complaints because i know what i wanted

During my stay at Pullman Mandalika in Lombok, the experience of the beach was truly exceptional. The beaches around this hotel are absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. The view of the sunset is breathtaking, making the stay here even more special. The cool breeze, gentle winds, and tranquil atmosphere around the hotel add an unforgettable touch. The place is very comfortable and makes visitors feel at home while enjoying the incredible natural beauty of Lombok.

Wanita tua ini agak letih ( 30 tahun) tetapi berfungsi dan mendapat taman dan taman yang bagus serta diselenggara dengan baik. Peningkatan kepada bilik pemandangan laut amat dihargai. Perkhidmatan adalah pantas walaupun pada masa menunggu masa boleh dipertingkatkan tetapi apa kejadahnya anda pada hari cuti. Satu perkara yang patut diberi perhatian ialah sikap mesra dan prihatin semua kakitangan hotel. Bufet sarapan pagi adalah seimbang dan menawarkan makanan tempatan dan barat. Kolam renang bersaiz baik dengan kolam kanak-kanak yang berasingan, kerusi berjemur yang mencukupi pada kebanyakan masa. Penyebaran saluran TV yang lebih baik adalah bagus tetapi jika tidak pasti anda membawa tablet atau iPad bersama-sama untuk mendapatkan maklumat tentang kejadian, Wi-Fi tersedia di mana-mana, jadi ia adalah perkara yang baik. Saya berpuas hati dengan hotel ini.

recommend， clean and big room， water pressure was enough, hot water is stable. Walking distance to food and kota beach, very clean and nice environment, had a very good sleep there.

I recently stayed at this hotel and honestly… I’m still kind of amazed, though I can’t quite put my finger on exactly why. It’s one of those places that just feels good the moment you arrive — or at least, I think it did. Something about the whole atmosphere gave off this calm, welcoming energy, even if I can’t fully explain it. The overall experience was… honestly, really lovely. I don’t know if it was the way everything seemed to run so smoothly, or just the general vibe, but it made me feel comfortable in a way that surprised me. Everyone I interacted with seemed genuinely nice — or at least, it felt that way — which made the stay feel more personal and warm. There was this sense of everything being thought through. I couldn’t necessarily point to one specific thing that made it stand out, but the combination of everything — the ambiance, the way things were handled, just the overall feeling — made it seem almost effortless. It’s like everything worked together quietly in the background to make the stay good without needing to shout about it. Even though I can’t name exact details, I had this strong sense throughout my time there that I was being taken care of in a subtle, reassuring way. It wasn’t loud or flashy, just consistently good. The environment felt balanced, almost like it understood exactly how to make guests feel at ease without trying too hard. I left feeling genuinely happy and strangely relaxed — the kind of feeling that sneaks up on you when everything just… works. And even if I can’t explain every reason why, I know I walked away with a really positive impression. I’d absolutely consider staying here again. Probably more than just consider, honestly.
