Hotel Malang dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Best in my Indonasia so far! The room was so spacious with the spectacular city view. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. I got a dedicated ambassador and everything was quick. The location is excellent. Highly recommended for your stay in Malang. The only improvement is bedding. The comforter was not very comfy and had stains. Sheets seemed fairly old.

We arrived as early as 11AM and thankfully given early check in. Any hotel that did this is 5 stars in my book! Room and bathroom were clean. Drinkable water can be obtained from dispenser in the hallway. Breakfast was nice! Great selection of food, snacks, pastries, cereals, etc. Hotel location is in the heart of the city. Probably the only minus point was, as a property the hotel is not the most spacious, so less parking area available. Bunch of cars tend to queue in the morning picking up the outgoing guests.

Lokasi sangat baik, bilik tidak begitu luas tetapi bersih. Bilik air kecil tetapi pemanas air berfungsi dengan baik. Wifi lancar tetapi meja kerja terlalu kecil untuk komputer riba dan cerek. Tetapi tiada masalah. Terdapat perkhidmatan valet percuma juga. Masalahnya ialah penghawa dingin di bilik kami 9012 (menginap 9 April 24) tidak berfungsi seperti biasa, kami hanya tiba pada waktu malam selepas pulang, tetapi kami telah menunggu lama tetapi tidak sejuk. Akhirnya staff engineering datang check dan tambah freon kat outdoor AC, lepas tu suhu bilik jadi sejuk sikit tapi tak sesejuk yang sepatutnya 😢 tapi sebab dah petang kami tak nak pindah bilik. Untuk menu sarapan termasuk so-so, kanak-kanak berumur 5 tahun dikenakan bayaran IDR 50,000, tidak seperti biasa, kanak-kanak berumur 5 tahun masih percuma. Tiada kolam renang kanak-kanak, hanya kolam renang dewasa dengan kedalaman 120cm. Dan malangnya ia hanya dibuka pada pukul 10 pagi selepas waktu sarapan pagi (mungkin kerana ia berada di tingkat yang sama). Dan tutup pukul 5 petang. Semoga perkhidmatan dan kemudahan akan dipertingkatkan lagi terutamanya penghawa dingin dan kolam renang. 👌

Stayed with family here and it was a great experience as the hotel is located in a very strategic place.

Fo average is good...there is a little problem but it can be tolerance...thanks for the service...we are having fun

The hotel strictly requires you to pay deposit of 200 thousand rupiah when you already have prepaid full. I don’t see the need to pay a deposit of such amount because theere isn’t any mini bar provided in the rooms. I booked a king premium room with the balcony and with breakfast!! There is no mini fridge at all, no tissue, no coffee and no tea sachets, no electric kettle. The soap is so small and the shampoo and shower gel is very small bottles also. I paid the room with breakfast but The breakfast provided is not even a buffet! For halal breakfast, you have to go next door cafe and the hotel only gave you breakfast coupon of 50 000 rupiah for each person!! And you have to pay some more for the breakfast because the money coupon the hotel gave is not enough to claim for the breakfast food!! Ridiculous service this hotel has. Usually if you paid the room with breakfast, you dont have to pay anything more! Even the hotel towels not clean! The cafe in the hotel at roof top is NON Halal which serves pork. Muslims not recommended to stay here due to non halal food which has pork. Honestly, we didn’t know until we stayed here. Luckily it was only one night. But it was terrible with no amenities and service staffs not welcoming and not smiling genuinely. Only the location is good at Kayoetangan. But you can choose the Whiz Prime Hotel which is better which is nearby and also in Kayoetangan.

Stayed at Ascent for three nights total, staff were friendly and check in was smooth. Room was clean, bathroom could do with some work. The shower head is covered in calcium and is black. The towels and bedsheets could also be washed better as they were stained or a bit smelly. Pool area is lovely but no shade and no pool towels. Pool is also not heated so it’s very cold and not really nice to be in, but nice to look at. If you’re a light sleeper you should stay elsewhere, soundproofing is poor, situated right next to the train station so the horns of trains honk until 2AM. There’s about 12 mosques in the vicinity and you can hear the prayer calls all day. We slept with earplugs and were able to avoid 99% of the noise. Other notes, old TV, great AC, windows in bedrooms don’t open, comfy bed, no fridge. Overall would recommend, just know it’s a noisy hotel and seeing as you’re likely here for the mountain and volcano with early starts, bring earplugs or stay elsewhere! Very good value for money and good location.

I stayed at Gets Hotel for a night and was genuinely satisfied with my experience. The hotel is affordable with budget-friendly prices, yet it offers excellent facilities and quality service. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring Malang. The staff were friendly. The hotel’s location is also strategic.
