Makanannya kurang banyak pilihan.. security kolam renangnya kurang ramah, sy buka 2 kamar dgn 4 org dewasa.. ketika itu sy mau antar anak sy masuk ke kolam renangnya tapi tidak di ijinkan krn hanya bawa kartu kamar 2.. seharusnya sgn buka 2 kamar sdh bs masuk 4 org dewasa, ketika itu 2 kartu lainnya sy tinggal di kamar.. intinya ribet bgt mau masuk kesitu.. tidak ada kebijakan sm sekali... yg lainnya sih ckp memuaskan

The overall experience is generally okay. The maintenance of the room must be improve ,the faucet of the shower tap dropped off since i checked in on 18/7 Whenever i used the shower,i will drop off when i turn on the tap. I willl just fix it back,i did not inform cleaning staff because if they wash the shower area,they willknow about this problem. I checked out on 22/7 n problem not rectified.

Stayin only 1 night for a concert in Beach City International Stadium. Only take 3 KM by walking. Location is strategic, easy to find cab, accomodate by free shuttle bus (wira wiri), spacious parking area (free). The staff are very nice, very helpful & kind 🙏👍. The room is clean, neat. Bathroom is fine, clean & complete amenities. I just didnt expect the swimming pool is full of kids, but its fine. Thanks Mercure Hotel 🙏🙏👍

이름은 호텔이지만 사실은 레지던스임. 개인적으로는 너무 큰방은 별 의미가 없다고 생각해서 이렇게 최신식으로 인테리어로 되어 있는 게 아늑하고 좋다고 생각함. 특히 청결도 면에서 대만족. 이불과 베개피에서 방금 빨래한 것 같은 깨끗한 냄새가 기분 좋음. 아쉬운 게 있다면 영어나 한국어 안내문이 없다는 거랑 중국인 전용으로 운영해서 그런진 몰라도 충전코드가 다 중국식 전압임. 변환기 필요. 공항까지는 20-30분 걸립니다.

Excellent stay & highly recommended It’s truly felt like home, even away from home, the room smell so fresh and very clean, the host provided all amenities, sandal, laundry bag, toothbrush, shower cap, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, towel and very comfortable bed. Lucky, I got to see beautiful sky after raining from the balcony. The fast internet, big TV to watch free netflix, Max, prime video and premium youtube. Will come back again to stay for sure.

PPengguna TetamuBooked a Swiss Advantage type room but was informed that the room is exactly the same as the normal rooms, apart from it being located on the high floors. The price difference per night is around S$30, so for those that only comes back at night to sleep it's probably not worth paying more for high floors. I feel that the differences in the room-type can be better communicated to us in your website. The room decor itself is modern and clean. However, some of the furnishings are not well maintained and can see signs of aging. Location is no-doubt the best feature of the hotel, located 15mins drive from the Airport and is directly connected to PIK Avenue Mall. The mall itself is huge, but seems empty. They have the usual brands like Uniqlo and Cinema. Massage places are lacking; we went to Meiso Reflexology (few stalls beside the Cinema). Small stall and basic, but they've nice massages. Check-in was prompt and service was well. Requested for late check-in and was given an hour extension to 1pm. Breakfast variety is decent, but the tastes are lacking. Personally, I'd rather venture out and eat the local delicacies. Nearby the hotel is the PIK market (around 10mins walking distance)

PPengguna Tanpa NamaDespite the “old” looking/vibe this hotel gave out. I personally think that this hotel is one of the best choice to stay in Kelapa Gading area. It is located right in Mall of Indonesia, in fact, the lobby entrance is just right beside the Mall’s lobby entrance. There are tons of convenient store (Indomaret, Alfamart) nearby. Also, no need to worry should you need to buy foods/other things because it is very easy to access the mall. For the hotel itself, the Aircon is very cold which is nice, amenities are great, hotel staff are all very friendly. Overall it has been such a joyful stay for me. Will definitely re-visit! Thanks.

LLonaK252When you enter the building, the hotel itself is actually located on the third floor. So you need to find the the elevator and go up. Previously I already requested to do early check in at 01.00 PM via booking.com and fortunately the room was ready and I was able to put all my stuff and hopefully enjoy my two nights stay there. I was given a vitamin C and a mask when I checked in, and when I turned on the TV in the room, it showed how the hotel tried to maintain the cleanliness during Covid 19 by doing disinfection, etc. I chose Whizz Prime Kelapa Gading because it is located across MOI and it has a swimming pool. I want to spend my staycation by swimming in the hotel, at least that's what I thought. When I was swimming, the pool staff approached me and told me that since I was not wearing a proper swimsuit, I was actually not allowed to swim there, for your information, I was wearing a hijab and it was impossible for me to wear a swimsuit, the staff even suggested me to take off my hijab which of course I said no. The next thing I know that the security approached me and telling me quite the same thing, because I was not wearing a proper swimsuit, I was not allowed to swim there. I noticed that the other guests who were also at the pool were staring at me and I felt humiliated. That's it. I got out of the swimming pool and heading to the receptionist and complained. I was assisted by mbak Sarah and she told me there should be no problem if I want to swim and she will talk to the swimming pool staff. When she returned, she told me to sit by the pool and she would talk to the GM. I was already angered by the situation and I chose to go back to the my room and write a complaint in the contact us section of the hotel website. And I decided to go back to the swimming pool and took a picture of the swimming pool. That's when Sarah approached me again, and apologized and make sure that I can swim in the swimming pool with the approval of the GM. I still don't get it, why did the pool staff and the security treated me like that, even need approval from GM, for a lady who wore hijab, to be able to swim at the hotel, while I was the guest and I paid for the room including the facilities? At the end, the manager talked to me and I apologized, ok, I accept the apology but I am already disappointed and cried. I felt horrible. I decided to check out early and ask for a refund. I am now waiting for a refund.

TTina_ChengI couldn’t compare with other hotels, but the air quality in this hotel is fine. It’s near the ocean Floyd area with next big mall in Office . Easy to taxi there two big shopping centers nearby gym is small but location is OK. There’s within 2 km radius good amenities food high-quality reasonable ones. They’re all fine so this is a good location. But the weekends really is the problem. It’s really easily sold out and priced very pricey over the weekend

EEddyLocation is great in the heart of Kelapa Gading. Very near to the MKG and also LRT. Many food choices around. This is a business hotel, so facilities are limited but enough for our stay. Service is great, we checked in with a big group and check in process are swift and seamless; and our request to be put into the same floor was arranged before check-in. Room cards are ready waiting for us.

PPengguna TetamuSaya menempah untuk 4 malam, saya diberitahu bahawa saya perlu mendaftar masuk pada pukul 2:00 Saya menunggu di lobi pangsapuri selama lebih dari 2 jam tidak ada yang menerima saya , tiada minuman selamat datang Kemudian seorang lelaki Indonesia datang dan membawa saya ke bilik Keesokan harinya, saya berkomunikasi di WhatsApp dan meminta air mineral dan tuala kertas, tetapi saya tidak membacanya selama 3 hari! Pada hari terakhir, saya menghantar mesej pada waktu pagi mengatakan bahawa saya sudah bersedia untuk mendaftar keluar, dan tuan rumah Cina datang ke pintu dalam masa kurang dari 10 minit... Saya ingin mengatakan bahawa homestay juga memerlukan perkhidmatan Anda tidak boleh hanya bergantung pada lokasi yang sangat baik dan pemandangan yang indah untuk meyakinkan pengguna.

NNaurahHad a pleasant stay here. Amenities were great, place is beautiful and clean. However, they don’t provide early luggage drop offs/luggage storage which is really troublesome. Hope they’ll improve on this. Another thing is the shower door no matter how shut it is there will always be some water going outside to the floor of toiletseat/sink. This made things a little icky because i prefer dry toilet. Other than that, wonderful!would stay here again
