Having stayed in 5 different hotels, this one was a first off (and last time) experience, I wrote an e-mail to the hotel management and am still waiting for their answer. Having booked & prepaid 3 rooms (for 6 people) everyone had to provide ID cards/passports, also a form had to be filled to let the hotel know where we cane from, and where we would be going next (?) this is not a SHA+ hotel in the middle of Bangkok! When asking for a copy of the policy, I was shown a sign where it stated that who booked must show proof if ID - After reading this aloud, the employee just shrugged and said everyone had to ID themselves. So we complied. The rooms were small but very clean, housekeeping staff was very friendly and checking out only required to put the hotel key pass into a box at the counter. The location is definitely not to be recommended, nothing nearby in walking distance.

Note: I was VERY disappointed this trip. After Trip.com confirmed my reservation, they called me back several days later to advise the owner had failed to notify them that they had booked their last 2 rooms. This reflects poorly on management of Le Park, and for that matter on Trip.com. Nonetheless, the rating reflects my previous trip when my stay at LePark was good. I was not concerned about the lack of transport this time because I had a car and driver from Bangkok. Not a convenient location unless you have a car because it is in a residential part of town: nice area, but tough to get a samlor (for in town trips) or taxi for trips outside of Muang Roi-et. Also, need transport to get to restaurants other than a place around the corner who caters to local Thais. But, fine in all other respects: Clean with good service & facilities, including breakfast.

โลเคชันดีมาก เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้ทุกอย่างในเมือง ร้านอาหารเยอะ ไปไหนในเมืองก็สะดวกเพราะอยู่ตรงกลางพอดี ห้องพักสบาย เตียงโอเค สะอาด ตอนเข้าพักได้ห้อง 415 มีกลิ่นบุหรี่ เลยไปแจ้งกับพนักงาน พนักงานบอกว่าห้องนั้นบางทีก็มีกลิ่นมาจากด้านนอก เลยเปลี่ยนห้องใหม่ให้ทันที บริการดีมากค่ะ อาหารเช้ามีหลายอย่าง ข้าวต้มหมู หมูนุ่มมากค่ะ มีข้าวสวย กับข้าว 2 อย่าง ขนมปัง ไข่ดาว ผลไม้ ชากาแฟ กาแฟสดก็มี คุ้มค่ามากค่ะ

ห้องพักสะอาดพอใช้ แต่ไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง ช่วงเย็นถึงค่ำ และเช้ามีคนพลุกพล่านพอสมควร ผู้ที่ต้องการตื่นสาย พักผ่อน ไม่ค่อยแนะนำ ที่จอดรถไม่มีหลังคา จอดตอนกลางวันรถต้องตากแดด จะร่มหน่อยต้องจอดหน้าบ้านที่อยู่ตรงข้ามโรงแรม อาหารเช้ามีขนมปังแยม ข้าวต้ม น้ำส้ม รสชาติใช้ได้ เครื่องใช้ในห้องค่อนข้างเก่า แต่ใช้งานได้ดี

Emplacement correct, proche du centre-ville...hôtel traditionnel plutôt ancien mais sur un secteur plutôt calme.Nous avons réservé une suite pour profiter de l'espace. Petit bémol concernant le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas très varié et très limité côté choix .
