The hotel was excellent. The facilities are beautiful, and the setting is absolutely stunning, very peaceful and relaxing. The hotel offers a wide range of services, including a restaurant, spa, excursions, and transportation options, all of which were of excellent quality. The beach is beautiful and directly connected to the hotel, with complimentary sun loungers available for guests. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would like to thank the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. The only point to consider is if you are traveling solo. Most excursions require a minimum of two participants, and the hotel does not currently offer group tours that solo travelers can join, which I found a little disappointing. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

We had such a lovely stay. The hotel and amenities are really nice, great pool & restaurant, clean and comfortable room. The location is a bit far away, but the hotel can help you to arrange motorbike rent to reach the town, which takes about 10-15 min. It's nestled in the mountains which makes it very relaxing though!

During my stay at Pullman Mandalika in Lombok, the experience of the beach was truly exceptional. The beaches around this hotel are absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. The view of the sunset is breathtaking, making the stay here even more special. The cool breeze, gentle winds, and tranquil atmosphere around the hotel add an unforgettable touch. The place is very comfortable and makes visitors feel at home while enjoying the incredible natural beauty of Lombok.

i had a great time at sikara hotel and for sure will come back again. location: literally around the corner on the centre of kuta district, within walking distance of all the lovely restaurants while staying quiet and not too overcrowded. service: staff always friendly and smiley, their operations not the smoothiest, as i encounted a small issue with them staying there but it was resolved very quickly and they were very helpful. facilities: very relaxing pool, very striking, i definitely enjoyed the relaxing environment and spent a lovely morning reading a book there. definitely coming back, it's also great value for money.

Lovely stay in the main hub of Kuta. Very central location close to shops and hustle bustle. Lovely service and a great team of staff. Extended my stay twice. Would recommend!! Thank you

Petugasnya baik, ramah dan helpfull. Tempatnya banyak ngadain acara juga, nawarin event bbq atau belajar surfing. Dapet kamar yg paling pojok, fasilitasnya standar, dapet bed di atas jd kalo geraknya extra ada suara krekek krekek besinya. Terus yg sangat disayangkan adalah bidet toiletnya kecil bgt keluarnya😭 trs yg mandi ada yg agak jorok gitu kek bekas lulurannya gak kesiram ngalir kebuang😢 mgkn karena mostly foreigner semua yg book disini kali ya, yaudala

Great stay at JM Hostel Kuta Lombok! The place is clean, comfortable. The staff are welcoming and helpful, and the location is convenient for exploring Kuta Lombok. A nice and affordable place to stay.

Lokasi sangat bagus Selalu menjadi pilihan utama kalau pergi kesini

The place is a bit distant from others as it is on top of the hill and the breakfast is a one plate course. Do take note that the jacuzzi doesnt warm up. It’s more of a chill pool However the view is nice, The room is nice, the staff are top. I would most definitely stay here again.
