We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is new, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location is perfect, We also appreciated the discounts offered at several nearby restaurants, which was a thoughtful bonus. One of our favorite features was the beautiful outdoor bathroom—it was unique, spacious, and added a special touch to the overall experience. The only areas that could be improved are the Wi-Fi connection, which was occasionally unstable, and the natural lighting in the room. The room felt a bit dark unless both doors were opened to let in more daylight. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel for its comfort, excellent service, unique design, and fantastic location.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 One of the best stays I’ve ever experienced in Lombok! Lombokhouse truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The space was thoughtfully designed — clean, cozy, and peaceful — perfect for resting. There’s also strong Wifi and TV with various channels, Netflix and other entertainment. The location was also ideal: quiet enough to relax, yet close enough to Kuta’s great cafes and beaches. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — from the well-kept rooms to the shared kitchen and communal spaces that made it easy to meet other travelers. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the host and staff — always kind, helpful, and quick to assist with anything I needed, whether it was arranging transport or sharing local recommendations. If you’re coming to Kuta Lombok and want a stay that’s affordable, stylish, and full of heart — Lombokhouse is the place. Would absolutely come back again!

Our stay was perfect. I stayed at a total of 5 different hotels or villa in this Bali/Lombok trip and i must say Lina’s Villa is my top favourite! The service crews are super polite and helpful. The vila itself is simply gorgeous! Just look at the photos, they look exactly like the photos the villa posted. The place is also a short 5-10mins walk to the main Kuta street. Villa offers free scooter ride to anywhere in Kuta area. Only small improvement is perhaps you may have to book or arrange early if you would like to try out their spa/massage service as the availability of their masseurs is quite limited.

We had such a lovely stay. The hotel and amenities are really nice, great pool & restaurant, clean and comfortable room. The location is a bit far away, but the hotel can help you to arrange motorbike rent to reach the town, which takes about 10-15 min. It's nestled in the mountains which makes it very relaxing though!

During my stay at Pullman Mandalika in Lombok, the experience of the beach was truly exceptional. The beaches around this hotel are absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. The view of the sunset is breathtaking, making the stay here even more special. The cool breeze, gentle winds, and tranquil atmosphere around the hotel add an unforgettable touch. The place is very comfortable and makes visitors feel at home while enjoying the incredible natural beauty of Lombok.

Lovely stay in the main hub of Kuta. Very central location close to shops and hustle bustle. Lovely service and a great team of staff. Extended my stay twice. Would recommend!! Thank you

Nice hotel with its own spa. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars is because there was a leak from the above room that they didn’t bother fixing. Luckily we both had ear plugs to sleep at night. Plus the bike they gave us kept breaking down so we refunded and got one somewhere else, the hotel quickly refunded us, apologised and offer to bring a new bike but we just went somewhere else we rented from before. They have a nice pool and delicious breakfast.

В номере не было элементарных вещей - стула, крючка для полотенец и тд. Персонал - милахи, принесли стул и сушилку на террасу (но во время душа полотенце все равно приходилось вешать на ручку дверцы, с которой оно постоянно падало). Отель очень уставший и требует ремонта. Плюс запах сырости, серые полотенца и тд...

The place is a bit distant from others as it is on top of the hill and the breakfast is a one plate course. Do take note that the jacuzzi doesnt warm up. It’s more of a chill pool However the view is nice, The room is nice, the staff are top. I would most definitely stay here again.

Grootte hotel in top locatie, goede service en goede eten. Jammer genoeg is onderhoud en schoonheid van de kamer niet de beste.
