KKrishna Kumar KBusy streets with many food restaurants nearby.
Hotel entrance roads are in bad conditions but noticed it that all but few had similar conditions.
Located well within places of interest like Mysore Palace and Jagmohan Art Palace.
Rooms were large and spacious though.
Aircon not working at times too.
Bathrooms can be better with piping modifications to provide hot water rather than mix with pails.
Overall a good place to sleep but not much to hang around.

VVIVEK MENONSLocation little far away from city.. They did provide an Early check in upon request... Parking can be little troublesome...but overall hotel amenities were good and staffs were cooperative. I will recommend this to any one with medium budget and needs a decent stay

PPengguna TetamuHotel is well maintained to keep the Mysore Palace look… staff is friendly and attend to visitor needs on priority…. Taste of food is good… play of traditional music gives touch of culture… perfect premium place for stay for Indian families and foreign visitors

พอมาเช็คอิน ได้ห้อง 1 เตียงใหญ่ทุกห้อง เซ็งมากๆ
บอกว่าวันนี้มีงานแต่งงาน ห้องคงจะเต็มแล้วไปเปลี่ยนยกชั้นให้คนมางานแต่ง เลยไม่เก็บห้องแบบ 2 เตียงไว้ให้เรา ทั้งๆ ที่เราจ่ายเงินมาแล้ว

PPengguna TetamuThe rooms are good no doubt. But the service is very poor. In the evening we went to their garden restaurant for dinner and all stewards are standing at the corner and chit chatting. No one bothers about the customer. When we order something they give another thing and they argue rudely with us. Morning breakfast complimentary. They just give one item and then after 30min they just pop up and ask for another thing. Like this they want to control the cost. Not worth the money we spent there

PPengguna TetamuAmenities is satisfactory . Location is average. Price point satisfactory . Spa service is satisfactory. Reception service is not satisfactory. Unpleasant customer service upon check out on 8/11/25 at 9 am. I was standing in queue waiting but the staff ( can’t really recall his name think it’s Sairik ) just ignored me and attended to another guest who came later.
