Overall it is a very nice property and very well maintained .A glitch however happened .. ordered lunch.. there menu says phoolka.. . I ordered 4 phoolkas . They missed telling me that as per them phoolka has 2 units and also this is not written anywhere in their menu... so overall 8 chappatis came which were very much in excess. I never want to waste food and decided that will consume it in evening after getting them heated up. But on calling them in evening to get the chappatis heated they refused even though I told them that I ordered them from their restaurant only for lunch .They could have easily done it. It is not a big thing . Food should not be wasted, is a simple and good thing to imbibe. Hope they are more considerate in future or do some corrections in their menu card.

We stayed for 1 night where we booked executive room.The room though a little small is very clean and well maintained.The staff are polite and helpful.But the highlight was the excellent dinner.The taste of the soup,chicken satay,mixed fried rice and custard caramel still lingers..it was one of the best dinners that we have had.The breakfast was simple but tasty.I would definitely recommend this place ,can book deluxe room instead of executive if more space requires

The place was very well maintained and clean. Though it is a bit far from the city center, taxis/uber are easily available. The best part of the stay was the staff. Santosh ji at the reception was very friendly, engaging and helped out everyone with suggestions on places to visit, routes and travel plans.

Good hospitality,humble and helpful staff specially Deress .....one of them and the owner themselves who helped us out when we lost our bag containing original documents in 2023 forgotten in a cab.🙏🙏🙏

It's a beautiful property in police bazar. Rooms are big, much bigger than marriott and vivanta, service is wonderful. Breakfast can be improved.

Starting from the location, the ark guesthouse is located in a neighborhood where restaurants, shops, public transport, etc is quite accessible. Its a safe choice as well as not too chaotic. The interiors are very pretty, and the guesthouse is quite aesthetic. Rooms are as clean as they could be. Aptly lit, and very airy. The staff is super helpful, courteous and accommodating. Excellent place for the cost they're charging.

It was a nice stay in phibha villa. It is quite close to civil hospital. The hotel staff is very good and helpful. The food is delicious. The hotel has its own restaurant. In cleanliness, i will give the rating very good. The room i stayed in had a double bed and a single one. The facility to prepare a cup of tea or coffee is available in the room. Phibha villa can be a fine choice for tourists searching for a budget friendly accomodation.

Best in shillong. But the lady manager is very cunning. Never hire hotel cab from them. They will charge you double. Other than than everything is fine. Internet here is having an issue as it connects and again gets disconnected.

Well appointed rooms, courteous service and outstanding pan asian/japanese food. I was fortunate to catch the Saturday night Live music which was a wonderful experience in an intimate cafe setting. highly recommend.

First of all I would like to say that I'm not Mr. Ayeti it's Miss Ayeti . About the washroom is that flushing system of WC isn't working properly also the wash basin there wasn't running water and the blanket was ....me as an architect I would like to suggest that your wash basin should have been placed atleast few more distance away from the wc as there's space . 🙏 Thanks
