hotel was average for a 3 star nothing great. parking is challenging they have limited parking. once the parking is occupied with 8 vehicles after that they ask to park outside. not expected at a 3 star hotel. no amenities for guests. simple rooms with air-conditioning.

Good location, Good room, clean bathroom. Service was awesome. Hotel staff was very courteous, polite and helpful. Food was good, just that restaurant ambience needs to be made better, it was not as per standard.

If you are going to visit hazoor sahib sachkand gurdwara the hotel is about 6km and it will take you about 30mins or so by auto considering the horrible traffic and road condition. The hotel rooms otherwise are very clean, hygienic and quiet. Beds are comfortable. They need to improve the water pressure in the bathrooms and take in or add a sink in the bathrooms. Breakfast is up to the mark a mix of south indian and local. The restaurant is a must try the veg variety is good. Compliments to the chef and the staff for looking after us. Location is good 5 mins from railway station. Rooms are clumsy. Needs more maintenance. The owner has constructed the hotel without any aesthetics with the only intentions to build rooms wherever possible making it clusterophobic. There is so much of commotion even in late night. The employees keep on talking in very loud voice on their walky talky. So if you need peaceful sleep this is not for you.

The overall experience was average. They provided 1 towel when another one i have asked for then brought a torn towel and it looked dirty and they provided one small water bottle only, and hot water was not hot it was coming normal in hot water tap.

Stayed overnight in executive room. Property is under renovation. Location and external ambience is good but service needs improvement. Wash basin and commode were broken. Washroom needs renovation. Drinking water and towels were provided on request. Kettle and tea/coffee making facility is not provided in the room, which is expected keeping in view the high room tarrif. Did not try food.
