PPengguna TetamuThe hotel’s location was very convenient. However, for a five-star property, it was surprising to experience loud noise from a neighboring outlet near the lobby during check-in. We booked a room for three with an extra bed, and I expected it to be prepared for three guests with essentials like towels and dental kits, without having to remind the staff. While the towels were clean, they were quite old and rough, having lost their softness.
On the positive side, the F&B and housekeeping services were excellent.

PPengguna Tetamufinding this hotel in ola is so difficult from Mumbai airport, food good u can get boiled eggs and omlette for breakfast, different idli and parota also available for breakfast. other services are also good 👍

人人生是一场马拉松The front desk service and room service person are very kindly. The location is near the stadium and have a nice view of stadium. The only con is the room has another door near the wall of TV .This door is for big family members to easily access the next door's room avoid corridor . But it could hear the next door room child crying very clear from my room at night. My suggestion is not give such room type to families with kids if they cloud not take both 2 rooms.

JJefferyNgThis hotel is close to factory area but there are restaurants and convenience store at the downstairs. The Aircond in the room is not consistent and toilet cleaning can be improve especially the basin. Breakfast is good.

KKay LeurisOverall, this was a wonderful stay at hotel at archana residency. Everything is nice, clean and luxurious. unforgettable memories.If I have to visit mumbai again, make sure to stay here again.Cleanliness is superb. They even sanitize toilet which makes me feel less worried about it.I am not a cleaning freak but still feel bad if a hotel has dirty toilet bowl.
Breakfast is delicious and high quality.Make me feel touched with the Indian heritage.I feel close to indian people, thanks to the hotel. All stuff are polite and well-trained. The best service ever.

The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The staff was courteous and always ready to help. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

In cafeteria, there is hardly anyone to help , no one will come to your table , here I will say the quality of staff is a big concern Overall not a decent place to stay in current situation
