Hotel Fiumicino dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Nice place to stay overnight for catching up next day’s flight, close to the airport, easy to check in with internet access for the facility. Cozy and clean room. Thought it would be noisy due to nearby airport, but turned out that I had a great sleep and didn’t hear any noise (or simply just too tired from long flight and jet lag)

I have stayed here many times and have been able to observe a decline. The walls in our room where very dirty and the buffet breakfast was really quite poor with a limited selection. I found the younger staff members at check in and check out the be very unprofessional and very dissmissive. I did find one of the staff members at reception to be very professional Angelo.

Location is good since it is close to the airport. There is a shuttle to the airport, making it most convenient. We tried to call reception to ask for information about the shuttle.  However the message recorded was in Italian and got us most frustrated. We had to ask the police and got directions. The receptionist was not too friendly.  However,  breakfast is very good with quite a lot of varieties to choose. The cake was excellent and staff at the restaurant were most friendly.

Even though we were staying on Christmas Eve, everything was functioning and the staff was very helpful. We checked in at around 2 pm at no additional cost. Moreover, we were leaving at 3 am and they were kind enough to offer us a box breakfast to take away. Unfortunately, there was no shuttle service at this time and it was not easy to get a taxi.  Personally I find 7€ per person for a 5 minute shuttle ride a bit exaggerated, that's why I took one star off. Otherwise, everything was really good!

Very convenient location. Staff was nice but not the most attentive. When entering the room, I saw what I thought was a roach in the bathroom but turned out to be a silverfish. It wasn’t dead but I’m not sure which would’ve been the better option. Room was otherwise clean. Breakfast was good and had good options. I would’ve liked a bit more info from the hotel on where to get the bus from airport.

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place. The location is excellent, just 7 km from Fiumicino Airport, which makes it a perfect choice before or after a flight. The hosts are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived and were always happy to help. The room was spotless, with perfectly clean towels and fresh bed linen. Everything was very well maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making the room very comfortable. If you're looking for a clean, peaceful, and convenient place to stay near the airport with wonderful hosts, this is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

The receptionist is very polite and talented . She care about all the Clients and she is very prepared around the area . Not even at Westin excelsior you receive. Attentions and consideration as from the evening shift receptionist . Hope you treasure her as much as we are pleased with her services . Room is tidy all functions and there is a very good restaurant Calle i conti near by . Good experience

Good location but traffic and parking is crazy. The bathroom was very small and outdated but working fine. The staff was helpful.

Very clean and kind hotel. They let us check in early and organized a taxi for our early morning flight. Very close to all the restaurants. Only issue, was the bathroom door locked us out. They manager came to help quickly, but that was a strange problem, eh? Overall would recommend.
