TTravelling travellerWe loved this place. It's in the centre and walking distance to all restaurants and sites. It's best to inform the B&B of the time you will arrive because it's a self check in place, and you need a code to access the property. You only get the code once you go inside. There is a number outside, but its best to give them a heads up so that you are not left out.

BBodoWhat a nice place to stay in central Pisa! It doesn't look much from outside, but as soon as you pass through the front door you find that you're in a quiet cool oasis (note: there is quite a long flight of stairs up to the rooms - no lift - so not great for those with mobility issues).
Our room was spacious and comfortable and, despite overlooking a small square with restaurants, very quiet at night (there's quad-glazing on the window). You can order breakfast, or just enjoy the snacks left for us in the room. There's a microwave and drink making set-up in the lounge which was very handy.
The owners are friendly and helpful and were happy for us to leave our luggage for a few hours on the last day.
Staff are on site only in the mornings, and initially we were a bit sceptical about the entry/check in process (done with a QR code online), but it all worked flawlessly.
We would happily stay here again if we visit Pisa in the future :-)

PPengguna TetamuFixed list breakfast from the cafe: croissant, double toast fillet with cheese and ham, fruit, juice & tea or coffee. Nice room but only one chair, fridge. We couldn’t get AC working but kept window open as it was spring time and not hot out. Show closet should be repaired as one door was difficult to operate and shower handle not able to fix in place but needed to keep in hand all time. Very nice personnel. Sometimes busy in the cafe as many locals use it as well.

SsatsumatableNot many hotel options in Pisa. This hotel is within 10 minute driving distance from the Tower of Pisa, but the city is very small and even after 10 minutes of driving you're pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Fine for an overnight stay before heading to the next city.

PPengguna TetamuHaving read mixed reviews on this hotel, i decided to give it a go as the price was reasonable for a large hotel with nice pool. Upon arrival, the front staff was fantastic, polite and helpful. We got upgraded to a larger room with balcony. The room was quite simple but clean. We had to request for slippers and toothbrushes as it is not provided unless you ask. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed even though it was 21°C and the sun was blazing hot. I chose this hotel so we could chill by the pool on the first day but obviously that didn't happen. The pool area was not maintained well maybe because of winter just before. It states in the website, there are two restaurants and bar but there was only one restaurant called Lumen. We went there the first night, the starters were excellent but the mains were very mediocre. The spaghetti was horrible, very soggy. Paying €150 for a meal for 3 if us was not really worth it as the mains were not good at all, and we had one dessert to share. Breakfast was not great, hot food option was not that nice. The bakery items were good though.
Overall, it was okay... esp for that price. Location is close to Pisa Tower (15mins walk) and 7 mins ride to Pisa Centrale Stazione. Taximove app is very reliable and we used it to get to station and airport at reasonable prices.

The reason for the average score is that we stayed in a ground floor room.
The room was very dated and in desperate need of updating, also you could hear everything in the room above as I’m assuming there’s no sound proofing/insulation between the lower and upper rooms.
Other than that it was great.

Tticoeur090Points positifs : Pratique car pas loin de l'aéroport (25 min à pied environ), même distance pour se rendre à la tour de Pise. Pas mal de magasins, de restos et snacks dans le coin. Personnel sympathique.
Points négatifs : A notre arrivée le soir vers 19h30, porte close et après avoir sonné une dizaine de fois personne pour nous ouvrir. Personne à l'intérieur. Nous avons finalement appelé le numéro affiché sur la porte pour qu'on nous donne le code d'entrée et le numéro de chambre où la clé nous attendait. Il fallait le savoir !
Petit déjeuner pas très varié.
Mais surtout aucune climatisation dans ma chambre un vrai four.
Bien pour une nuit lors d'une arrivée ou d'un départ....

Номера не большие, но чистые и уютные) Я путешествую один и мне более чем достаточно.
В санузле душевая кабина, к которой затруднен подход. Для кого то это будет большим неудобством.
По завтраку ничего сказать не могу… я его проспал, он оказывается до 9. Так что будьте внимательны.
