Hotel Chiba dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

All rooms are quite clean , except there is some faint smell of body odour from last guest (s) that was not totally removed. Also happened to the other room I booked for my family. Bed is comfortable, but can do more by adding another pillow. Onsen is clean but no ambiance, too bright to relax in onsen.. suggest to use warm light instead of white light. Location is convenient with quite a few F&B outlets around it, needs 8mins walk to main Chiba station.

The location of the hotel was great. Close to the airport bus and close to Makuhari Messe Hall. There are lots of shopping next to the hotel. The Lawson that’s connected to the hotel is very convenient. Staffs were friendly. Check in was easy, it was done using a screen/kiosk attached to the front desk. The cleanliness in terms of the blankets, pillows and towels are a bit worrisome — almost felt like they weren’t thoroughly washed with enough detergent. There were a few stains on the blanket and since I only stayed a few nights I didn’t bother to get housekeeping to come change it since the room has very little space to move around — I just turned the blanket around to the bottom.

It was spacious. I did not like the smell but I chose the smoking room so that was on me. It was a last minute booking and they were helpful. The tub is big. It's walking distance to the Chiba subway station and right across is a 7-11. Really great location

Lovely hotel in Chiba with a great view and helpful staff! We enjoyed our stay, especially how close it is to the beach for a walk and to various restaurants & shopping areas (walking distance from the train station too).

I traveled through Japan and Korea—10 different cities in 24 days—and this hotel was the best for me. The location, amenities, and breakfast were excellent. I would definitely return.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, and the bathroom was so clean that I felt comfortable using the bathtub (ofuro). They changed the towels and bed sheets every day. They are so detail-oriented that even the cups and napkins had the hotel’s name on them. Thank you so much for the wonderful days!!

The location is exceptionally convenient. It is a short walk to the train station, with 7-Eleven and Y's Mart right nearby, and the airport limousine bus stops directly in front of the hotel. The staff were lovely and extremely eager to help throughout my stay. While the room size is standard for Japan, it was well-equipped, and having a laundry machine on the 9th floor and a microwave on the 8th floor was very practical for a multi-night trip. On the downside, soundproofing was poor as I frequently heard noise from neighboring rooms dragging chairs, and there was still a faint cigarette odor despite booking a non-smoking room. Nevertheless, for its prime location and great service, I would definitely recommend it to business travelers.

Didn't enjoy my stay here due to the poor sound proofing. I could hear my neighbours in the middle of the night for both nights I was there (up to 1am and 3am respectively). Had to call the front desk to stop but it didn't help. People were laughing loudly and talking loudly in Japanese. Seems like they gathering there for some party. Breakfast was really bad too. This is the worst hotel breakfast I ever had. Only the view (21F sky lounge venue) was nice. Don't pay extra for this. Room is quite run down and the toilet bathroom as well. Didn't use it but go to the onsen instead. Parking is 1000yen per night and you are allowed to enter and exit many times. Pros: Next building there's a Donki and lawson Opp is a 7-11 Onsen is nice

there was a constant noise from a hole in the wall that i assume is for ventilation. the location is very close to the aeon mall and train station. the breakfast is small. you can get some more vegetables and soup at the self-serve area, but i could have eaten all the vegetables by myself. there's not much. i wouldn't call it a buffet. the taste was good, especially the eggs, but the self-serve vegetables tasted basic. i expected better since it's a restaurant, but it's really just a mid-range hotel breakfast. the coffee was also not tasty. there were no other fresh drinks, just water and a drink machine.
