Hotel Chiba dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

The hotel is conveniently located, about a 5-minute walk from the station. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel feels new overall. However, there were a few minor imperfections in my room, such as a chipped corner of the baseboard. I stayed in December and used the air conditioner for heating, which worked fine. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor, with access by room key via the elevator. The selection is quite good and includes European options. The menu changes slightly, so it does not get boring. There are signs asking guests to return their used trays themselves, so please keep that in mind. Regarding the signs, I was surprised that in this hotel you need to specifically request room cleaning at the reception. I have stayed in many hotels where the door sign has two sides, “Do Not Disturb” and “Please Clean the Room”. Here, the sign had only one side, “Do Not Disturb”. I think this is something the hotel could improve, as it is not very convenient to ask for room cleaning separately. It would also be helpful to add more English translations. For example, all the buttons on the TV remote control are labeled only in Japanese, and the notice on the slippers saying “please do not take them home” is also only in Japanese. I can understand some Japanese, but for other foreign guests this may be confusing.

hotel location was literally a 3 min walk from chiba station and was super easy to navigate to! there’s also a family mart and 7-11 nearby all the staff were super friendly and spoke english well! the hotel room was neat and tidy, and amenities were great :) would totally stay again!!

The location of the hotel was great. Close to the airport bus and close to Makuhari Messe Hall. There are lots of shopping next to the hotel. The Lawson that’s connected to the hotel is very convenient. Staffs were friendly. Check in was easy, it was done using a screen/kiosk attached to the front desk. The cleanliness in terms of the blankets, pillows and towels are a bit worrisome — almost felt like they weren’t thoroughly washed with enough detergent. There were a few stains on the blanket and since I only stayed a few nights I didn’t bother to get housekeeping to come change it since the room has very little space to move around — I just turned the blanket around to the bottom.

The location was superb! It's the same building as Chibachuo station and surrounded by mini marts and restaurants. And it's 10 mins walk to Chiba Port Arena. The staff were nice and willing to help. However, I booked for non-smoking room but still smelled cigarette smoke in my room. Especially in the night. I guess it came from the other room :(

Had a really pleasant stay at this Hotel. The location is super convenient-close to transport, food, and everything you need, which made getting around very easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall service was smooth and efficient. Breakfast is nice and delicious. Overall, it's a reliable and comfortable place to stay, especially for the excellent location. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Lovely hotel in Chiba with a great view and helpful staff! We enjoyed our stay, especially how close it is to the beach for a walk and to various restaurants & shopping areas (walking distance from the train station too).

The food in the fridge from previous customers wasn’t taken out so we had to take it out by ourselves. Other than that the room was clean and rather spacious for two people.

My family love this place! Very reasonable price for family accommodations of 4 person. Comes with simple delicious free Japanese breakfast from 06:30-09:00 daily in hotel lobby and free tea or coffee until 10:00. Very nice helpful staff. 200 yen for Wash one load of clothes for 30 minutes and 100 yen for drying also 30 minutes, large wash loads should split into 2 loads for drying if wanted to dry quicker. Near shops and restaurants. 5 minutes walk to Chiba JR train station (specially good if you going to Disneyland or Disney Sea area). 5/5 stars. Would book again if coming to Chiba.

這次旅行是為了看 VNL 的比賽，因為會場在千葉港體育館，所以以 JR千葉站為搜尋點去找。 當初找住宿點時就發現預算內東京的旅宿房間普遍不大，這間飯店的房間大小和別人相當不同，看評論提到飯店設施方向偏“愛情賓館”，雖然心裡有些忐忑，想說有伴還是訂了。 實際住宿後發現房間真的非常大，浴廁分離外，浴室很大（浴缸可整個人躺進去），洗手台旁有可梳妝空間，卧室除了床還有個小客廳，2個行李箱打開完全沒問題，除了房內，飯店大廳還提供很多備品（與房內不同品牌的洗髮精、浴鹽、簡單的保養品等）、簡單的小點心、紅、白酒（不過沒吃過，不知口味如何），看海報還有一些免費設施可以預約（岩盤浴、卡拉OK那些），我們是沒運用，不知道實際使用會如何，此次的住宿含早餐，早餐也是蠻美味可口，整體住宿起來很舒適，而且離京成電鐵千葉中央站步行非常近，要轉乘至東京是方便的。 說完優點，來說說缺點😆首先，以房間的設備來看真的很有可能是日本人的“love hotel‘’，床旁柱子有薄紗可以放下（公主床？），卧室和浴室的燈光可以調整（氣氛？），飯店裡一直播放著巴里島氣氛的音樂，當然這是和我之前住宿過的飯店比較而來。整體住宿比較大的缺點是晚上出飯店後馬路二側整路站了滿滿的牛郎，雖然他們知道我們是外國人不會來招惹，但是要去車站附近的超商、店家，得硬著頭皮穿過他們，心裡還是覺得很有壓力，獨旅的女生如果計劃要住這個飯店，請務必將這個部分列入考量。

It was a pleasure staying at the Famy hotel clean good breakfast and a very good reception staff specially Kozo who was friendly and very helpful highly recommended closed to Makuhari hongo st.. only 45 min from Tokyo ( suidobashi st. ) I stayed there 8 night straight got Onsen with sauna at the top and local Hal’s see food restaurant at the top if you lazy to go out to eat basic and good buisiness or if you want to have a cheaper solution and don’t mind a 45 min ride to Tokyo also easy to get to the airport one way with Kristi line so give good solution .
