Room was very clean and spacious, and the public onsen was quiet yet well-stocked - face creams, body washes and body creams all there. Loved the outdoor onsen. In the room we had a huge onsen tub in which we could choose to use regular hot water or spring water. Breakfast was superbly superb! Very generous portion (our 2 adult breakfasts were enough to be shared with our 2 kids under 10). And it was delicious too - a few slices of fresh sashimi, tofu, real mentaiko, mackerel fillet amongst hot rice and miso soup.

The room comes with three standard-sized beds, and each of us has individual lights and charging ports right next to our bed, which is a really thoughtful design. The room was really spacious, and we had sufficient space for three big luggages. It also comes with a dining table, chairs, a full-sized refrigerator, and a television. The best of all, the view from our room is superb! We were really lucky, and we managed to see a clear, beautiful view of Mount Fuji straight from our room! 😍 We never expected this for the good price we paid for the hotel room that is rather basic. Buffet breakfast was provided and tasted okay. The hotel parking was quite a distance from the hotel, but the rate was not expensive. Price for value, and I would recommend this stay for budget travellers.

Great for drivers as the hotel sits next to the state road parking is free. Their breakfast is decent enough the hot spring bath house at level one is a big plus. Good for a short 2 nights stay. If needed longer stays suggest their other chain as the rooms here are smaller for its price line. In all good value for the price paid.

Spacious room 2 double bed Everyday Housekeeping Location near to Premium Outlet. Near to Highway Acess because I'm driving 2 minute walking distance to Halal Local Japanese Food Restaurant. Have in room Sauna which is a surprise, a bathtub and mineral water cooler in the rooms. Very happy to choose this Hotel for our 4 nights stay.

A perfect hotel to stay if you want the best view of Mount Fuji! I opened my eyes with Mount Fuji view! Pyjamas provided and is super comfy! Premium outlet located at 10mins away! I will stay at this hotel if I were to visit Mount Fuji again. Just one disadvantage, this hotel is located an hour away from a few tourist spots.

🗻 Location: The hotel offers a very clear and beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The scenery is truly stunning. However, the hotel is located a bit far from supermarkets and convenience stores, so having a car would make it much more convenient. 🍽️ Food: On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, there are complimentary light snacks provided, which is a very nice touch. The chef was very kind and attentive, and the food was delicious. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but the taste was decent. 🧼 Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the bed was soft, warm, and comfortable. 🧴 Amenities: Guests can freely pick up amenities near the elevator. There is also free hot and cold water available downstairs, which is very convenient. 🧺 Laundry: The washing machine service was slightly expensive. 👩💼 Staff: Most of the staff appeared a bit serious, but they were still professional and provided good service. However, they did not smile much or proactively give recommendations as much as I expected.

Hotel ini benar-benar lama tetapi sikap dan lokasi kakitangan sangat baik. Berhampiran dengan stesen Gotemba, jarak berjalan kaki yang mudah. Terdapat pasar raya Bigday berdekatan. Untuk makan malam mereka memberi saya udon percuma dengan kari, saya membeli sarapan secara berasingan dengan harga 550 yen dan bersarapan dengan pemandangan Fuji. Kekecewaan: bilik sangat sejuk, tiada air panas, mengatakan terdapat masalah teknikal. Kakitangan menawarkan untuk memindahkan saya ke hotel baru dengan air panas secara percuma, tetapi saya menolak kerana ... Hari sudah petang dan perjalanan hampir 1.5 km. Hampir tiada lampu di bandar pada waktu petang, agak menakutkan untuk berjalan sendirian.

Located at the side of main road in Gotemba with enough free parking spaces, and walkable distance to lots of restaurants around so better drive with your own car as it is 15 min away from train station ).  If weather is good and clear, you can see Mt Fuji just on front of the hotel.. Restaurant foods, mainly brekkie, are really basic and without many choices.  Hotels staffs are helpful and polite.
