Our second day stay here. Again service is excellent. Front office staff Ponny even came in at 6:30am to drive us to the train station as she was afraid that there may not be taxis available that earlier since it was the start of Golden Week. Guess overall Niseko is still a winter place! Nothing happens after the winter season.

My experience at The Terrace Niseko was outstanding! The property is stunning, with spacious, modern apartments offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch, perfect for a relaxing getaway . What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from assisting with ski rentals and transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome. I highly recommend The Terrace Niseko for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Niseko. It’s a beautiful hotel, room is excellent. The grounds around the hotel is very pleasant, making strolling around the area refreshing. It’s was during the off peak period, so it’s not crowded, though several businesses were not opened. It’s a good time to enjoy some less energetic exercises like walking around and enjoying the scenery and fresh air.

Best in class resort for design and hardware. Exceptional personal touch by managers and senior team. Terrific on-site dining options. Love the Italian, Chinese and Japanese restaurants. Ski in ski out. Beautiful indoor pool and jacuzzis. Equipped gym. Private onsens available in certain room types. Bit of a indoor bug infestation problem and general staff need more training, given hotel rate class. Otherwise the nearest to perfection stay in any ski resort anywhere in the world!

Wonderful ski in/ski out location. Lovely family accommodation with everything you need. Close to convenience store and restaurants. Sunday was extremely helpful and transported us to the local train station at the end of our stay. Gustav was very helpful via email but the resort was uncontactable on arrival to arrange hotel transfer from the bus drop-off (reception phone switched to after hours message). Also could not get a taxi (none available on the app) so had to walk up the hill dragging luggage. That was our only complaint.

A very comfortable and clean apartment with amazing views and in a great location. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, with plenty of space to relax with friends on our nights in. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and proximity to Yama Sports was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at your property in Niseko. Everything exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We especially appreciated the thoughtful complimentary snacks and refreshments that were prepared for us. It was such a lovely touch and made us feel truly welcomed. I recently had the pleasure of staying at INTUITION NISEKO during my trip to Niseko, and I can’t recommend it enough! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was help with my luggage or in-room facilities , they made me feel truly valued as a guest. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Especially the sofa, I even asked for the brand name that I would like to buy a same one for my home. Super thanks to Dorothy for the info she provided! Moreover, I loved waking up to the serene snowy landscape outside my window! If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Niseko, INTUITION is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

Amazing experience, all the staff was so nice and helpful. They really made me and my friend feel at home for my birthday week. Private onsen in the room, used it twice a day for 4 days. Ski in ski out, ticket booth right next to hotel. Couldnt have asked for anything more. 5 stars niseko prince for the win! Arrigato!!!!! 🙌🙌🙌

Right at the centre of Hirafu - you have to walk a bit upslope to the ski lifts. Check in is at another building / hotel so beware if you're not driving. The space is well equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine, as well as heaters. There is also a ski locker on the ground floorwhere you can pit your ski equipment. However we noticed a smell of fresh renovating works once we entered the room - though we're not sure where that came from. If you're driving, beware they only have 2 parking spaces in front of the building which are not designated for guests. So if someone else parked that space, you have to find somewhere where you're not considered a hassle. Note you are not supposed to park behind the building nor the space next to the 2 parking spaces.
