PPengguna Tetamu最讓人印象深刻的就是早飯和晚飯都很不錯！！！推薦大家來羣馬的時候可以住一下這一家温泉酒店。晚飯的主菜是壽喜鍋，味道非常不錯，一道道的料理也很細心。這家料理的味道也很好吃！
這次住的是帶露天温泉私湯的房間。這家的温泉質量很高，源泉不加温，在欣賞谷川岳的同時泡温泉。
服務的各種細節做的也很到位，包括專門的睡衣和夜間低咖啡因的焙茶。
第二日早上也可以喝免費咖啡又欣賞谷川岳。

LLammieWorth the price if you’re looking for authentic Japanese food and ryokan experience. Comfy private indoor onsen. The staff are really nice and can communicate in English via good translate. They has a shuttle to Minakami Station when we checked out.

ชชญาดาพาเที่ยวหากคุณเป็นชาวต่างชาติสิ่งสำคัญที่ต้องมีคือ เครื่องมือแปลภาษา เพราพนง.พูดอังกฤษไม่ได้ หรือสำเนียงเราฟังไม่ออก และเมื่อสื่อสารกันไม่ได้ ทำให้เค้ามีกิริยาที่ไม่พอใจใส่เรา (พนง.ไม่ยิ้มให้เราเลย90%) มีพนง.คนแก่ ที่ยิ้มแย้ม โดยเฉพาะพนง.รับจองกิจกรรมสกี 🤬🤬แย่สุด
อาหาร ธรรมดา ไม่ได้หลากหลายหรืออร่อย
ห้องพักสะอาด ห้องน้ำออนเซ็นพร้อมของใช้ ดีเลิศ
สรุปคือ เพราะการสื่อสารที่ไม่ดีและพนง.ไม่มีความกระตือรือร้นในการแนะนำกิจกรรมหิมะ ทำให้ทริปของฉันจบด้วยน้ำตา😭😭 จากที่ตั้งใจจะมาเล่นกิจกรรมหิมะมากมาย กลายเป็นได้แค่เดินเล่น ปั้นหิมะ และนอนคลุกหิมะแทน
ทริปหน้าคงไม่มาที่นี่แล้ว คงไปหาโรงแรมที่ยินดีต้อนรับคนไทยมากกว่านี้

PPengguna TetamuOur visit to this hotel was perfectly adequate. The traditional setting provided a nice sense of atmosphere, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient.
The onsen facilities themselves were clean and relaxing, meeting our expectations for a hot spring experience. Our room was spacious, but the amenities felt a little dated and could use some refreshment. Dinner and breakfast were included, offering a standard array of Japanese cuisine that was palatable, though not exceptional. The staff were polite. Overall, it's a safe and decent choice if you're looking for a no-frills, standard onsen hotel experience.

BBenSo many little things that make this hotel much better than anything else. The way they show you to your room, the way they put your shoes away and bring them back on your departure date, the way dinner and breakfast is waiting for you at your own private table, the way they let couples share an onsen during quiet hours. My point is - you will feel like a VIP here. The staff and always there, taking care of you in subtle ways, but you never feel watched or intruded on. This kind of invisible service - maybe hard for westerners to understand, but it is excellent. You will feel like you are really being understand and looked after. Highly recommend. Best hotel service I've had in japan in 2 years of living here. Highly recommended.

PPengguna Tetamu1st they welcome host like a 4 or 5 star hotel. Even me coming with my bike with sweat and dirt. They directly give me a place to store my bike for the night safely (we are in Japan but it's better to keep your bike inside)
Then the diner was really good, it's a buffet and i was starving so i could try everything. They keep cooking in front of you to make sure it’s stay warm.
I recommand for bike trip

PPengguna Tetamuコスパ最高でした。一泊2食、夜お酒飲み放題付でした。今期2回目の利用です。学割にはやられましたが…（苦笑）。少し残念だったのが駐車場が一杯で離れた場所に停めた際、もう少し上手く誘導して欲しかったかなぁ。

PPengguna Tetamu11月下旬、1泊しました。紅葉は最終盤で残念な時期でした。豆腐懐石料理は味よく、美味、彩りも満足しました。回りのホテル、旅館は廃業多く景色に寂しさを感じました、お風呂と料理を楽しみたい方にはお勧めです。
