Hotel Minamitsuru District dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Nice spacious room, complete. Secluded hotel up the hills, need transportation to go up 200m of ascend. The room had the best views of mt fuji. Definitely a plus! The dinner serve was fulfilling n nice for cool spring nights. Perfect for a quiet n peaceful stay!!! 2 nights in mid April, 2026

A beautiful location facing the lake and Fuji Mt… buffet dinner was so reasonably priced with so much variety and time to enjoy, before calling it a night🤗.

First time stay . Thought it come with the private outdoor bath but realize the official website and 3rd party booking us different ,so slightly get disappointed. Overall stay is good with shuttle bus to pick up during arrival and checkout but do take note upon requesting it booking only. The lobby will have snacks and welcome drink which allow u free to take. Room is spacious and clean. The dinner was great who prefer simple and varieties japanese food. The location so far is good is about 15-20min walking distance to kawaguchiko station

Pemandangan hotel ini sangat bagus. Satu-satunya perkara yang buruk ialah pemandunya. Apatah lagi dia terlambat untuk daftar masuk dan mengambil dan memindahkan perkhidmatan pelanggan wanita dalam bahasa Cina sangat bercakap dan saya tidak peduli memohon maaf. Kami membuat temu janji pada pukul 10:20 apabila kami pergi, tetapi seseorang pergi pada pukul 10:00 pemandu mahu saya turun dan menyertainya supaya dia boleh menyelamatkan saya sekali lagi. Kemudian, dia sangat keberatan dan tidak membantu dengan bagasi, berwajah hitam sepanjang masa, dan enggan membuka pintu tanpa berkata pada akhirnya, seolah-olah dia berhutang tiga juta macam ni? Boleh dipecat. Empat mata pujian diberikan kepada bilik hotel dan perkhidmatan pelanggan Cina.

Tilam tebal di atas tatami bolehlah untuk tidur. Saiz bilik dianggap baik di Jepun. Terdapat meja bulat yang besar dan dua bangku sofa yang berasingan. Ada kolam mandian seperti air panas Airnya sangat bersih dan suhu airnya sesuai . Hotel ini terletak hanya setengah minit dari tasik. Terdapat kedai sewa basikal dalam jarak 2 minit berjalan kaki, dan Lawson dan FamilyMart berada dalam jarak 10 minit.

For some reason I was not sent a QR Code to my email to check in. I was sent a pin number which was not necessary or utilized. We arrived at the villa several hours early and called to see if we could check in early, they apparently have a strict after 3pm check-in. We found a place and paid to store our luggage and then came back to the villa at 3pm. Again, still had not received the QR Code. Called again, was hung up on. Called back, was told it would take 10 minutes. Called back and was asked for my email, was put on hold then was asked for my email again (which was already provided at booking). Then was asked to send them an email, they didn't get it and then was asked to send to personal icloud email. They finally found my email and sent the QR Code to me at close to 4pm which was an hour after check-in and we had to stand out in the sun the entire time. This was so frustrating and ridiculous. My email address was in the reservation, why it took so long is crazy. The process needs to be updated so this doesn't happen to other people. There was a huge spider above the TV in the corner, we got rid of it but it was creepy. The view from the villa was great! The beds were nice! Loved the double showers! The body sponges are so clever and left our skin feeling smoothe! The clothes drying was very innovative and did work effectively, needed to turn the heater on twice to get the clothes dry. Towel rack on the wall was broken on the right side, the rod wouldn't stay in. The one pot in the kitchen was burnt on the bottom inside, we tried to clean it to use it but could not. We did use the grill to make dinner and it was a wonderful touch!

It was definitely an enjoyable and worthy experience of traditional ryokan with tatami and futon with the best view of Mt. Fuji from the room window! The hotel itself overlooks parts of Mt. Fuji with Lake Kawaguchiko, and we even added on dinner and breakfast during the stay! They are simply one of the best meals during the trips in Tokyo! The onsen is another bonus to enjoy while seeing the view of Mt Fuji, even though it is public hot spring which might be a culture shock. Definitely worth to try it out again to enjoy the traditional Japan vibes around Lake Kawaguchiko.

The staff at Fuji Premium Resort went above and beyond to help us when we had some difficulties.  When we went it was snowing hard and had been involved in a minor car accident. The staff kept registration open late, got us food at no extra charge from the gift shop because the dining area was closed, and arranged transportation for us to get back to our car the next day because it was not able to get up the hill in the icy conditions and no other cost.  The rooms were nice and comfortable and the buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious.  Would absolutely stay with them again.

Our stay at this hotel in Yamanakako was absolutely wonderful. The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery and such a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. We stayed in a Japanese-style room, and it exceeded all of our highest expectations — spacious, comfortable, authentic, and truly special. The breakfast was delicious and incredibly generous. There was so much food that it was difficult to finish everything! The grounds around the hotel are also beautifully arranged and cared for, creating a very relaxing environment. We also had dinner there, which was excellent and offered at a very reasonable price. Yamanakako itself is much calmer and more peaceful than Kawaguchiko, so for us it was definitely the better choice. We highly recommend both the area and this hotel to anyone looking for a more relaxing stay near Mount Fuji. The only possible downside for some travelers might be the limited transportation options, but for us it was not a problem at all. There is a bus that circles the lake, and we easily reached Oshino, Fujiyoshida, and Kawaguchiko. In the evenings the town becomes wonderfully quiet, which was actually a huge advantage. After busy days in Tokyo, the silence and calmness here felt deeply relaxing. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We would especially like to thank them because my husband accidentally left his insulin medication in the refrigerator in our room. We did not even realize it was missing. After finding it during cleaning, the staff contacted us immediately and literally drove to the bus stop just five minutes before our bus to Mishima arrived to hand us the medication personally. We were truly touched by their kindness and care. This level of hospitality is rare and unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Kami perlu menaiki bas laluan Merah (R) dari stesen fujikawaguichiko dan berhenti di hadapan hotel, tetapi tangkapannya adalah jika anda membawa bagasi, harap untuk menyeret jalan pendek menanjak ke hotel kerana ia terletak di sebelah stesen Ropeway . Walaupun meja depan (bukan tempatan) kelihatan agak bagus, tetapi bukan juga kehangatan. Saya rasa terdapat banyak sekatan (Tidak), dan dia cuba menerangkan dengan tekun.. saya rasa peraturan dan polisi hotel adalah pelik berbanding banyak hotel yang saya tinggal di dalam Asia/dunia. walaupun ia mendapat pampasan dengan pemandangan indah tasik kawaguichiko. Pilihan sarapan pagi tidak banyak, tetapi semakin asing untuk memakai sarung tangan untuk mengambil makanan setiap kali, walaupun ada yang cenderung lupa semasa mendapatkan hidangan kedua.. ia bukan era covid, dan pastinya banyak cara untuk menangani SOP pengendalian kebersihan ..
